Self-Tanner

Okay so I don't wear bikinis, I wear tankinis so the only parts of my body that are tan at the moment are my legs, arms, and chest. What's the best way to tan my breasts and stomach/back area? Any really good self-tanners that don't smell awful or make me look orange? ALL help is much appreciated :)

depressed around period

hey, i've noticed that i get really depressed around my period, or like right before i get it. I cry at everything, i feel so sad and depressed and i'm also really irritable. I tell my mom i'm getting my period and she understands so that helps but its really... inconvenient i guess haha. i mean it sucks to feels depressed and hopeless for like a week straight, and i'm always snapping at people around me. does anyone have advice of how to help these PMS symptoms or anything??? thank youuuu

sinus infection?

I noticed a bumb under my eye (like a little less then an inch from my eye) and its gotten bigger over the course of when I first noticed it (two days ago) and it's tender when I touch it. My aunt is a retired nurse and when she looked at it she said it may be a sinus infection. I have had a headache recently. Is a bump in this area normal for a sinus infection? Has anyone had this before?

I wanna model... and i'm kinda short but i'm just right for modeling.. i'm skinny, and i'm not ugly, well, that's what people tell me and i really don;t wanna sound concieted. but anyways i have a little extra fat on my inner thighs because of my carbohydrate intake. my matabolism or however you spell it slowed down this year and i didn't realize it. i ate food as if there was nothing wrong and that i would forever have a fast digestive system. but now i am a 14 year old girl who has dreamed about modeling forever and now that my mom has got an agency for me, i instantly get fat.. like seriously? anyways.. do you know any excersizes for the inner thigh? would runing help? what types of foods should i eat? help asap before i get fattter..

hiya i went to my local family planing clinic to day to go on the contraceptive pill and the nurse said i cna only go on the pill for 3 mohts as i am overewight and if i want to caeey on taking it i will have to lose weight....thing is i dont look overweight a lot of people say and im a size 12?? but i weigh 12 stone a lot of my body is muscle so i presume thats why i weigh more??
thing is i do love food and if i go on a diet i can NEVER stick to it because im hungry all the time and i just crave junk food..i work full time and my ahifts are tiring i will get up at 10am and be in work for 11 then i will have like a full meal at that time?? i undertsand if i got up earlier and have a proper breakfast then that will help but i just ...

When I get turned on and get wet, it always smells funny. I was just wondering if most other girls experience this? like, do yall just smell like peaches down there? or is there no smell at all?
I wash every day..and I don't think I have anything wrong with me just because I can't remember it not being like this and I don't have any symptoms of anything.

my period gets very very very very heavy in the beginning.. and i try everysize pad (to get the picture... i have 13 different packs of pads in my closet) and it always ends up on my underwear... so every month or so i have to buy new pairs... can i prevent this?

Losing weight.

I am fifteen. Approximately 140 on the dot. I need good workout routines that work. I'd like to stay away from running because I don't have a good endurance for that kinda thing and crunches just don't work. I want to have a float stomach for the summer, I know this is kinda short notice to get actual good results but I need help. I feel like I'm over weight, I don't know if I actually am but I want to be proud of my body. So please, workout routines, moves and such, tell me how long it took for good results, how much weight you lost and all that good stuff. Thanks!

I need advice on how to get rid of scabie scars.

Hi,
I am a 30 year old woman and when i was 19 i got scabies. I treated it and managed to get rid of them. I still have small round scars from the scabies. Is that normal to still have these scars after these many years and is there any way that i could get rid of them? I was thinking about laser surgery, but my only ins. is medicade and im not sure if that would be covered. Please help me!!!

ok i havent gotten my first period yet, but i had a spot where my vagina touches (srry :P) that was brown, like almost poop colored. it was pretty small though. like a little smaller than a dime, or a dime sized. i got it like two days ago but havent had it since. i had a little more than usual discharge 2 or 3 days before it happened i also in the past 2 days after i got it had pretty light discharge, almost none when i have been getting it for a while. what is this? do u have any idea what could be happening? If your boobs dont get bigger but only a little bit, can you start you're period then after they grow? also, cld you still start with only a little pubic hair, even if you get it and arm pit hair and all do you have to have all these to start? ik that you have to hit puberty but what if you are like 13 or sum and you havent got it but you no you started puberty but...........ughhhhhh this is so confuzing!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay so if you look at my questions before, i have asked alot abot my period. Im not sure if the symptoms i have are related to this or a cold. i have been getting
- a few head aches but there really short
-cramps
-i had some spotting

Period Issues

I got my period near the end of 2008-so I've had it for almost 2 years now

It never bothered before, but lately I've been noticing some slightly concerning things about my period...
-My period is NEVER regular. I've gone months apart without having a period. I don't think I've had my period in quite awhile. It just skips around randomly... Some times I'll go two months apart and then have another period a week after that one is finished.
-I wear a pantyliner everyday...Not just for odor though. For some reason, (and this is going to sound gross...) I always get sticky, clear, odd-smelling discharge in my underwear. I also sweat a lot down there...unfortunately.
