Okay well i guess this isn't a diet, but all I eat pretty much is like junk food and im kinda overweight..i think anyways..so i want to try and stop eating that and eat healthy. The thing is, since thats like all thats in my house is things that are bad for you its hard and thats what i crave all the time-sugar or something so its really hard to stick with it..what should i do to keep with the healthy food and stuff and not eat sugary things or junk food??

how can u keep a diet? i have to watch my diet for soccer and i can never hold up to what im going to eat because i always back down on my diet. is there an easy way 2 eat less food or diet nutritionally?

Hey everyone, Since the winter has come I started eating ALOT because no one is active in the summer! And i am under weight but i have BULGY stomach! Is there a way to keep me to stay from the food anyone have and suggestions or comments?! Thanx

I'm trying to reduce my fat and sugar intake- can anyone suggest some low fat, low sugar foods that are good for you to eat on a regular basis? Also, my friend told me that pasta is fattening. I thought it was just complex carbohydrates- not fat or bad for you. Does anyone know how good pasta is for you?

I've heard that if you go on a diet that restricts food intake or doesn't have the right nutrition, that when you go back to normal eating, you will gain back all the weight PLUS more. The gaining back all the weight makes sense, but what is it that makes you gain more? Just curious.

well i have lived here in kenya for months and i used 2 live in india. i moved here before the tsunami hit which was pretty lucky. Kenya is great but we do not have much good stuff. So didnt india. But when i moved here i had to leave a lot of stuff including all of my food and supplies and stuffed animals. Well now that i came here to Kenya, we somehow dont have any bananas around which is bad for me cause banana is my favorite fruit. i had to leave all of my fellow bananas that always rescued me from my problems of being allergic to peaches. So i want y banan as back to meh beh beh. i have not eaten bananas for a long time. im very hungry for bananas and im starting to go crazy like trying to do a handstand on a Fire Hydrant or trying to ...

why are people so rude and hurtful to overweight people?! i mean i am just a lil overweight but i cant help it i have a hip disease which disables me to run and participate in athletics or PE so you need to be more considerate at other people when you say if i saw you i would throw up and lose weight .... yes you Cardboard Tube Samurai

ok well im a little overweight and when i wear tight shirts you can see my stomach ... so my question is, is there ANYTHING i can do to temporaraly make your stomach flatter. i thought of duck tape but that would hurt like a mother but i want to wear a cute outfit tomorrow but it is pretty tight on me. but i am going to work out every day after school and tonight so PLEASEEE answer ASAP!!!! thank you in advance and i will rate 5s to almost anyone :) but i need your help cause even my mom calls me fat

How can i eat healthy i do eat healthy but i would lyk to be more and i am 13 i dont think i am fat if n e one thinks that i just want to stay in shape 4 basketball and softbal and swimming which r summer sports!

okay, i would REALLY like to shed a few pounds and get a nice flat stomach for spring break. I always tell myself that im gonna eat less & drink more water, but i never do, and i get a guilty conscience because i cant ever follow through with my goals. What are some tips that could really inspire me to want to be skinny & loose weight..everytime i start working out it only goes on for about a week..and then i`ll skip a day and say 'well i`ll do it tomorrow, i`m busy tonight" and then never do it the next day, and it just keeps going on and on til i forget about it. im really desperate, anything will help

im tryin 2 put on a few pounds. wat r sum ways to gain some healthy weight without having to eat an excessive amount of food. my goal is to get in 3200 cals a day(i no, thats a lot!) PLZ HELP me find some ways i can get these calories in! its hard to eat that much but i REALLY wanna be a few lbs heavier thanx!

ok.. well.. heres my little situation! im about 5'6 and i weigh 106. yeah i don't like my thighs very much.. i mean they're small.. but big. yeah that makes sense right? haha i know it doesn't. anywaysss well im going to california in march and i want to maybe loose 2 or 3 pounds to weigh 104 or 103. i don't want to be anorexic about it or anything even though i act kind of anorexic sometimes. yeah i don't know if i should try lose a couple pounds or not.. i mean i know im skinny.. i guess but w/e. do you think i need too? and i dont eat that much already so what would a healthy (atleast somewhat) way to do this?

i need a way to lose wweight fast, in like the next few months but because i am only fifteen i am not allowed to get certain things from sites such as www.ediets.com. I am fifteen and weigh 194 i am about 5 ft 8 in and would like to get sown to atleast 160 and 150 would be AMAZING!!!!!!!! can anyone suggest something that would work?

i usually eat very very verryyy healithy (fruits, veggies, protein, etc). buttt everyonce in a while i have junk food cravings--a snickers bar or a slice of pizza or a package of sour patch kids---you get the idea. how often is it okay to have one of these things if you want to stay healthy and maintain your weight?
