I am 10years old and my mom had hers at age 11 but i also have cousin that had hers at age 9!(I am 10)

So I have this pretty big dark brown freckle "down there" in the area where the pubic hair grows and it's right in the middle. I have been insecure about it my whole life, and my last boyfriend was a jerk about it. We didn't have sex but he did see the freckle and he texted me about it saying why do you have that Indian dot by your vagina it made me wana throw up. He seriously said that. I just had my very first gyn visit today. I am not sexually active but I had been having problems so I thought it would be a great idea to go. Even though my nurse and my doctor we very kind, the whole appointment hurt so bad that I cried and bleed a little and it was so so painful. My doctor said that he could barely get his finger in the vagina to feel for any issues, and he said he was trying to avoid to do any more extensive testing because it was so painful.
The problem is that me and my boyfriend (who are abstinent) are planning on getting married this summer. After the visit, I am just so worried that I will never be able to comfortably have sex because of how tiny my system is. I want desperately ...

i never had an intercourse but the doctor said that i have my old ripped hymen and wounds call 6 o'clock 3 o'clock or something that i didn't understand because i am 12 years old at that time, the doctor insert me a thin metal when he found the result, its painful but when he told me to relax it would be done quickly and less painful, then the result that he told me is that i am not a virgin, and now i am 22 and still wondering what happened to my hymen because i never had a sex, what are the possible thing to ripped the hymen without intercourse? i am still a virgin even if the doctor told me i'm not virgin because of my old ripped hymen and i never experience sex?
