What should I put on it??

I got a sunburn on my face not to bad but now there are some spots where its darker and really dry..I've been putting on Aloe Vera Gel but it's not really doing anything. Is lotion okay to put on it and what else can I do to make it go away??(I've had it for about a week)

Okay i am almost 15 and i am now just getting into public school. (I was home schooled for most of my life) And my boyfriend of a couple months really wants me to go pretty far. I am ready. But i don't if i should shave down there or not? Or how to? Or risks? etc, etc.

My left knee feels like it needs to pop

I went sprinting today, trying to put in some speed training for soccer. I didn't have enough energy to put in my full power while sprinting, so it wasn't a super efficient speed training session. When I got home, my knees felt completely normal. But after a few hours, I noticed that my left knee felt like it needed to be popped. I tried to pop it, but all I got were a few cracking sounds, like the sound you get when you crack your knuckles. My left knee still feels like it needs to be popped. It doesn't really hurt unless I put a lot of pressure on it like doing a squat with weights. But I just want to know what is going on with my knee and how to fix it.

i am 13 and i just started cutting myself on my wrist i mean they arent deep but there still cuts idk what to do bc it feels so good but i really want to stop i look at the cuts and i do it again i use bobby pins what should i do i told my mom and dad anad there getting me help but i dont think thats going to help ill still do it what should i do ?

is 20 minutes pranayama (Yoga) too much to start with ?

Hi,
I have a query regarding Pranayama. Basically I am 26 years old and i recite mantras loudly everyday since past 4 weeks. So i recite a mantra as i exhale and inhale deeply to recite the mantra again with the next exhalation of breath. So my mantra japa is similar to pranayama. I do it for 20 minutes daily but i have observed that i get tired and my body feels choked with air and aches too. I have read that doing excessive pranayama can damage the body. So i want to know that was it okay to start with 20 minutes of pranayama or was it too much ? Have i harmed my body and can the damage be repaired ? Please suggest ways to recover any nervous damages or any other damages that could have been incurred due to this.

i am a christian. i am saved and going to heaven....i dont get along with my parents. they yell at me and use to hurt me and got arrested by the law. i moved in with aunt and uncle along with my sister. we were in a car accident and i am now paralyzed for the rest of my life. i play many sports and im very talented and then this happened. to make it worse, i now have cancer. so i have no parents, lost my walking, and have cancer and have to get open heart surgery. i have many friends but i dont talk and cant talk to any of them about my problems and how scared i am! idk wat to do with my life anymore so i want to end it and go to heaven already. lots of people would be sad but i cant stand living like this anymore. i cant talk to anyone abo...

I was swimming at an indoor pool last week on vacation. My friend thought it would be funny to push me in but she didnt do it right and I hit the edge and broke my back and now I am in a wheel chair and cant walk for a while til after a few years (if that) of therapy. So im stuck with two things...number one, I am so scared and mad because i am super athletic and now i cant even walk!! number two, my friend cries all the time and wont leave her home cause she feels so terrible and bad about what she has done. I was SOO mad at her for a while because if it wasnt for her, i wouldnt be this way. However, i have to forgive her but she is so afraid to see me. Im a 14 year old female. My life has many downs to it. I have many problems too. Then again, I have things to be greatful for. I have a few friends I love and many great church friends. I play high school softball, travel softball, and basketball. I absolutely love sports causr I am mainly a pitcher! Then...last week I was in a terrible car crash. I had to go into immediate surgery and had servere brain injurys that caused me not to remember anyone for a few days. I almost lost my legs completely but I didnt. i have no clue how much it hurts to break a bone. I have never broken a bone. In the past weeks ive been trying to get in shape. I think something happened to my left foot because whenever i walk it hurts in the same spot . I kind of limp cause it hurts. I have no idea what it is if i should go to doctor or maybe just go away ina week?

He says his neck hurts and it costs 4,000 to get the car fixed and we don't have that money. The airbag stopped him from getting killed. A girl hit my dad real hard on his drivers side and she ran off in her car. My dad was the only one in the car, he was so shook up he didn't get her license plate number. Right side of neck sore

Hi I am a teenager. In the middle of the day I noticied the right side of my neck was really sore. It doesn't hurt to move it side to side but it hurts to pull it back. Then when doing chrunches I would lift my neck and then again the right side of my neck would hurt. It feels like I pulled a muscle in my neck! I do ballet and my class was yesterday so that could be it. I also have been really stressed with school and I left the pilliow I ussually use at a friends house. So what's with my neck? And how can I make it less sore?

I'm M/15. My poop is normal and my stomach isn't hurting as I type. BUT for the last few days it hurts when I lay or move in certain ways. It doesn't really hurt it just feels funny. In gym I ran a lap & got a cramp there. I also twisted to the right really quick while playing Bad Minton. It's at like the lower middle right. What is this, how can I stop it?

Last year arround this time I started cutting myself. I thought it was because I had problems in my life but then I realized I have a pretty good life. But then I had to transfer schools because mine closed and I feel really depressed here but I don't want to leave my friends. So now I'm back to cutting myself and only a couple of my friends know and they want me to stop but I feel like I can't. Now one of them wants to tell an adult about this but I'm afraid to. I don't know what to do but I really do want to stop I just feel I don't have the strength to. What should I do?
