okay so i have naturally curly hair and i think its beautiful its like taylor swifts hair just shorter and not blonde i want to hear mostly from guys what hair you guys like better and girls you too

my mom wont let me dye my hair.
im 16 years old and i can think for myself
and she doesnt get that. everyone dyes there hair these days and i still cant.
i dont understand why i cant. i get highlights
and my mom dies her hair. so i dont understand why i cant.
she keeps telling me its the biggest mistake. and youre gonna have to keep redoing it. blahblahblah
i have blonde hair. but my hair used to be sooooo much blonder. that my hair is like practically like brown. and i hate it.
i want to go like one shade lighter and she wont let me.
any suggestions?

My perm that I'm really hating!

Okay, this might be a little long. I appreciate any answers I get though. I just got a perm a few days before Valentines Day I believe. Now that wasn't my first perm. I've gotten like 2-3 other perms in the past. I'm really wishing I wouldnt've gotten this perm, but I already did it so I can't complain now. When I was first getting perms, I really loved them. And after finding out that guys really don't like curly hair most of the time, and they like straighter hair, I didn't want this anymore. It's also the fact that my hair is just so frizzy, but I'm sure it won't always be like that. Before I even even got one perm in my life, my hair was already naturally wavy and very thick. Okay so I don't usually carry purses/handbags because it's always kind of been inconvieniant for me, seeing as I'm very forgettful and always leave it everywhere. However, I've decided lately to go ahead and get one because I saw a girl who had a really cute dark blue one. I don't really know the girl and she's kind of known to be a little rude so I don't want to just randomly ask her o.o so I've been scouring the internet, looking for this bag. I'm not very good at looking for it though because, as I said before, I usually don't carry them so I don't really know the different types and brands and stuff. I will be traveling to florida soon and will be around alot of water.that also means that well...i have absolutly no idea what to do with my hair. it is about my arm pitt length. up here in canada i usually just wash it, dry it, straighten it and...thats it. its all good until the next day ;and I do that pretty much everyday. even though i straighten it everyday, i also condition it extremely well. It's very gold, thick and healthy:)So what should i do with it in florida?because it's very humid, straightening it would probably be pointless.originally my hair is not curly or wavy, it just pretty much goes everywere. and i don't like puttig my hair in a ponytail.Should i just moose it and let it fly?maybe i icould just ghold a little back wit...

Heavy strapless gown

I just bought a strapless dress for prom. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. The thing is the dress is very heavy and I was wondering if anyone knew any tricks on how to keep it up. It wouldn't fall of my chest, but it falls lower than it should.

So do guys expect a shaved vagina or is it normal to have your hairs still intact?
Should it just be shaved a little so that it's not a giant bush or should it be more shaved than that?

prom is in a month and i am soo pale. its disgusting. well i want a tan and spray tans don't work for me. they make me look orange and it smells and the tan washes onto my clothes. i know fake baking is bad but i would only be doing it for a month. once a week. sometimes maybe 2. thats it...
can someone please give me a good argument i can use against my mom so that maybe she will let me?

Hair Troubles

Hey
so i got side bangs about a year ago. they were horrible and i ended up getting cowlicks because the little hairs wouldnt stay to one side. ive let them grow out but there are still these little hairs or wisps that drive me crazy and wont seem to grow out. im just really frustated and want to cut the little hairs from the root, but im scred they will grow back funny. any suggestions?
