Preventing Ingrown hairs

So I've always had ingrown hairs after I wax down there. And apparently, to prevent ingrowns I should exfoliate. But if I exfoliate, won't the friction and such cause MORE ingrowns?
Or am I not understanding the word 'exfoliation' properly? What is it then? and How?

im 17/f and so far, from what i've lived, life sucks. my boyfriend neglects me, my friends don't get me, my family tries to help but can't, so i've made a decision to move out when i'm 19 across the country to oregon.
can anyone give me any tips on how to start totally anew, on my own?

Bad Roommate

I am having issues with my roommate, and we have only been living together for a week. We met in class, and she asked if I needed a roommate. She seemed like a very nice person- very helpful, studious, friendly...but now that we live together, I am seeing a very different side of her, and I cannot stand it.
For one thing, she is incredibly critical of many things, no matter how miniscule the issue. She is incredibly cheap as well- EVERYTIME, literally EVERYTIME we've gone out to eat, she obsesses over the bill, how much tip we should pay, if we overpayed, etc., etc., she is SUCH a perfectionist in so many aspects, and will count down to the last cent. It's ridiculous. AND, to top things off, it seems she has ulterior motives,...

So I want to live in Europe in the future. I'm already a citizen of an EU country; i just wanna move back.
I've lived in NY for 10 years now, and I'm getting fairly sick of it. It's crowded, dirty, cramped, and traffic in NYC is ridiculous. Plus, I'm not that into America's profit-drivenness that has the laws favoring big business.
But anyway.
I was just wondering which country would be nicest/best to live in: Poland, Germany, or Spain? (I speak all three languages)
No, I'm not making a definite decision based on your answers, but I would like some opinions. If you can, please mention a specific region/city to back up your answer, as well as other (and any) factors. Tips would be appreciated, as well.

What I have noticed lately is that many people stress about what other people do.
I try not to but everyone does.
What do you think the world would be like if people didn't care what others did?
And just worried about their own life, with a few exceptions.
Do you think it would be chaotic or peaceful?
Examples: paparazzi and what magazines print.

Do u ever wake up have nothing planned and feel sad. SOmetimes I wake up and I feel like I dont want to call anybody I just want to have something to do...like school or a career i enjoyed or a place to go...somewhere I can go when im feeling down...something I can do???...do you ever feel this way...what do you do when you wake up feeling BLAH! I felt this way today and all I wanted to do was call my bf becasue he is who i turn to but I understand that he has his own things to do and doesnt want to here me complain. So i spoke to some friends on the phone and heard them complain...this didnt help me and so i watched a movie by myself...still felling BLAH! what should I do to put me in a more positive mood???

so im thinking of going somewhere to have a 'brazilian wax'.. Its my first time ever and i dont know what to expect exactly.
They will remove the hair on the mound, right? But what about the hair at the sensitive places like in between the legs? Does that get waxed too?
I used to wax there myself and i'd get ingrowns.. Will i get them if i get it professionally done?

Why do birthdays suck so bad?

Today is my 16th birthday and its just disappointing. I dont like telling people its my birthday cause then they'll be like "oh, happy birthday!" I mean even if they didnt know its not like its going to make me feel better because if you didn't say it after I just told you its my bday then it would be awkward. It only feels good when you don't tell people, and they remember. That feels really good. Or maybe I'd say it in advance.. or they look at my facebook if they really give 2 shits about me for when my birthday is. I mean I'd go above and beyond for people for their birthdays.. like I always make birthdays a big deal and have planned a surprise party for my mom's 40, among other people like my other family members. like i make...

Why didn't "Skins" series 2 have a happy ending?

I just watched the entire series in like less than a week and just saw the finale. and i feel so sad.. okay chris dead.. wtf he was my favorite character!!!!! like when i think about which character i'd miss the most or which character I'd love to know in real life from seasons 1&2 its definitely Chris (with Tony a close second haha). And I felt sooo sad they had to split.. what happened to that guy who was with Cassie anyways in NY? why did he leave? i dont get that part.. and why Cassie was crying (from episode 9.. Cassie's ep, season 2 obv) when he left. did she want to be with him or Sid? And then I just wanted to see more of them! like what happened to Tony and Michelle.. they definitely should be together but their universities ar...
