okay well i went on yesterday and i wasn't a mod so i just thought there was technical difficulties or something. and i went on today and im still not a mod. watz wrong?

pop-ups?

hey ppl i want those little pop-up thingies for my advice column and i need to know how to get them. you know the little things that like pop-up and say "hey what's up?" or w/e and then the person clicks "ok". well ya that's what i want. plzzz tell me how to get them!!! i'll rate u a 5 if u just help me!!!!!!!!! <3 xOxO stupid OxOx

I need some codes or sites for all the little pointers, pop-ups, back grounds, etc. I'll give all 5's (unless your just leaving somthing like,"why in the hell would i know") I want to bring my profile to life, plz help I really want music on mine, so if you can help, thanks sooo much! What is wrong with my column??

Alright I just recently asked a question on how u get a picture on your column. I did what everyone said and it then it said you tried to upload a picture but it was greater than 15k in your filesize. It couldn't be uploaded succesfully. Does anyone know what that means or how I can possibly make a picture um..smaller than 15k..whatever that is lol. thanks again..

ok I know this has already been asked before and i know how annoying it is when people ask question 15,000 times but I couldnt find the quesiton anywhere so I have to resort to asking. how to get a pic in the upper left hand corner (where everyone has one) on ur advice column? thanks and sry this is a repeat!

Electrical Advice in Multiple Unit House

I live in a multiple unit house that has shared washer and dryer in the basement. The washer is hooked to one floors electric. The dryer to the 2nd floor. The third floor tenant is paying no cost. How can we split the cost up between floors fairly? Are there meters we can put on the appliances? Rewiring techniques? Appreciate any options to split the cost.

i was informed by email that i had a new question in my inbox, so i logged on and the inbox link was bolded and had (1) next to it. when i clicked it, it said i had no unanswered questions. my email tells me it was sent at 3:00 pm this afternoon, and i havent answered any questions asked from today. how can i get my question back? :(? -ask_anything

AT&T DSL CONNECTIVITY

I've just recently installed a windows xp program on my computer and cannot enable my dsl to function properly.I know it works due to the fact that I've used it prior to my upgrade.I was previously in operation with wndows 98. I took upon myself to alter my settings with the hopes and intentions of improving my software. In the begining I was acomplishing something, but in continuing(erasing things I obviously shouldn't have)I succeeded in erasing my windows 98 program completely. My screen was blank. I now have windows xp and still have no knowledge in what what I'm doing. I continuosly run into the same "error" message along the lines of: server not being able to be located.
P.S. My lan light on my modem refuses to eluminate.
