Bleached hair?

Hey everyone im a girl, i had blackish brown hair, then i bleached it. Now it strawberry blonde and light brown. I wanna be light light blonde. Will bleaching it another time make it very light?

Skin Tone

How do you know what kind of "skin tone" you have, or what "undertones" your skin has? I've never been quite sure. I think I have pink undertones, but how can I be sure? I always read advice on makeup and hair colors with reference to what kind of undertones your skin has, but it's useless to me if I don't know what mine has. I am pale and tend to freckle AND tan if I stay out in the sun. I have medium brown hair.

Prom Jewelry

Okay, so my prom is in a week and a half, and I have pretty much everything I need but jewelry.
This is the dress im wearing;

I have medium skin tones, usually on the fair side, but I've been tanning lately. My hair is mainly also fair.
Now here's my dilemma, I'm wanting to wear jewelry that is subtle, but still noticeable. Im thinking a necklace would be too flashy considering the material of the dress, so I was just going...

how to wear a sports jacket (from topshop)

basically i bought a "bomber" type jacket from topshop that is black grey and red (in case any of you have seen it).
it looks like those jackets american football jocks wear and give to their girlfriends after a game =)
the problem is i do not know what to wear it with.

prom make-up

can anyone give me some good makeup tips? or any picturess? i have a turquoise dress, dark/medium blonde hair, dark blue eyes and my skins light but i went tanning so now its more medium-ish.
i'm planning on doing eyeliner and mascara but idk if i should wear eyeliner on top and bottom or just bottom? and what kind of eyeshadow? and other stuff. thanks so much.

2 questions here.
question #1:
for starters, there is a formal, school dance called the eighth grade dance.
(you can skip these next few sentences. they are just me rambling)
i'm only in seventh grade, but we are still allowed to go. i'm getting my nails and hair done. i have a dress and shoes.
(start reading here again)
so me and my friends and our dates will be taking pictures at a friends house. i was told to bring my date a boutineer, like all my friends are doing. and our dates will be bringing boquets(which i think is totally lame.)
i was wondering if there was any special way to put on a boutineer because i don't want to be like clueless ...

Red Dress

My cousin's getting married next month. She wants all of us to wear red dresses. The thing is, I'm having trouble finding any that I like, let alone ones I can afford. I could use some help...? I wnat something cute but simple, knee-length or so, not too prom-ish but still pretty. Here's just an example of something I like:

Do lighter parts of your skin tan more than darker parts? Like..will my skin even out eventually? Because I'm going to use this tanning spray (don't tell me that spray tans are gross or w/e because i am shielding myself from the sun!!!!!! and i want to be tan.) and i want to know if my skin will be one shade (or at least close) eventually because right now my arms are tan but my tummy is WHITEEEEEE

i've been wanting to get a nose piercing or a lip piercing for awhile, but i'm wondering a few things,
1. I have a smallish face, with bigish cheeks =P. my nose is a normal size. So, taking this into consideration- how do nose piercings make features look? Meaning, do nose piercings enhance cirtain features of your face?(ex-they make your face look thinner/fatter,make your eyes look bigger-things like that-other features than just the nose)And, also, does it make your nose look bigger or smaller? Or does it do nothing,just a simple piercing upon a face?(this is just simply something i was wondering =P)

awhile ago hot topic had one of those "do it yourself" fashion things where it showed you how to make your own clothes different
there was one where it showed cool ways to cut a tshirt
like with the sleeves off and tying the sides and everything
they took it off the site though :/
does anyone know any cool things to do with a plain colored shirt with instructions that are really, really easy?

Hair for Formal Dance

alright, theres a dance in a couple weeks, its formal.
so girls will wear dresses and guy's nice suits or w.e.
my dress is blue, btw!(:
anyways, my hair now is about 1.5-2 inches above my shoulders.
it's light brown and i have my hair parted to the right side and side bangs. the bangs go a little past my nose.
my hair doesn't curl well. but i was thinking banana curls
with straight side bangs. but idk how that would look with my
short hair. but what else do you think i can do?
btw, i usually straighten my hair, so something new.
i want all my hair down for the dance.

ive read lots of reviews about urban decay primer potion but its soo expensive! 22 dollars? not thanks.
are there any drugstore bases that are comparable?
