Okay so here's the thing guys. I really need help. Okay im 18 years old and i feel like im wasting my life away with all this technology. So i need some help with not using my cell phone...this include txting/calling/getting ringtones..lol,and ect and i also need help with not logging on to FACEBOOK every 2 seconds!!! I mean in stongly beileve that i cant stay focused with anything anymore and its driving me insane! So if i can go eleven days without tempting to pick up my cell phone and txting or even replying to a txt msg then i will feel like i got some freaking will power. Oh and if i can also go eleven days without checking my facebook or even up dating my status then i will feel even better. So if you guys have some real WORKING techn...

Red dot on my tongue.

Okay. Well last night I was at my boyfriends house & we were making out, then I went down on him & gave him oral.
This morning I noticed a little red dot on my tongue. It's about the size of the tip on a #2 pencil I guess.
It doesn't hurt, & when I was brushing my teeth it didn't come off like blood would.
Any ideas on to what this may be?
Please, please tell me it's not like a disease or something.

I'm getting my teeth pulled today and I'm kinda scared about it. I'm getting numbing gel and laughing gas before I get the shot but I'm still scared. I have to get two baby teeth pulled. Can anybody tell me if it hurts?

Is This Appendicitis?

hopefully someone out there can help me. i know some of the symptoms of appendicitis but im not positive. im 14/f and probably about the end of June or the beginning of July i started getting this random pain out of no where in my middle back on the right side. hurts so bad like a knife is slicing my back open but at the same time it feels like liquid pain surging through my back in a line at light speed. then starting around august 30, i just felt, ick. i was dizzy, nauseous, tired and weak. however it went away the 6th and hasn't been back since. during it i was active and went on with my life. on the 5th i left for vacation and i just got back and i was fine. now im getting this sharp pain on my right side almost like a cramp. i want to ...

HOW DO I GET RID OF A COLD SORE?

ok so im desperate here. im 14 going 2 have my 1st kiss on wednesday. it is currently sunday night so i have 3 days to get rid of this cold sore. it is almost gone! you cant pop it because it looks more like a scab now. im taking about 4 lysine pills a day (thats how many you can take) and 2 little bottles of the liquid lysine. i am using every medicine i can think of on it. lip balms, liquids, creams. and i put hot tea bags on it. ive had it for a week or maybe 8 days now. please give me something that will work :)thank you so much for the advice <3

My hair is damaged from using my chi iron everyday, so i've been wanting to get the instyler thing. but on the comercial it says 30 day trial for 14.99, what happens after the 30 days do I have to give it back or do I have to pay more? if I have to pay more how much do I have to pay? I tried calling the number, but I got some rude lady and ended up just hanging up, then I tried calling back, and they started asking me all these questions like "what my first andd last name is,and where I live" I told the lady I only had a question, and she insisted I gave her my information so I just hung up, and figured i'd ask on here!

How do I tell my daughter about periods?

My daughter is 9 years old and just came to me about having her first period. We have never had "the talk" about periods or sex and I'm not really sure how to explain this to her, especially since she's my only child. I didn't expect to have to deal with this with her being so young still. I helped her clean up and quickly ran over how to put on a menstrual pad but I am clueless as to what I should tell her about what periods are. Obviously she's curious why this is happening all of a sudden. What should I say to her? How do I explain periods to my daughter? I told her that we would talk about this tomorrow but I have absolutely no idea what I should say. Thank you.

Dry menstral cycle (brown blood)

I am a woman 25 years of age. My menstral cycle began when I was 12 years old. Since the beginning of my cycle, I had always had irregular periods. Last month (July 2010) I had a normal period which last for 5 days. This month (August 2010) its very light ( brownish color). Usually I bleed for 5-7 days. This month I bleed for 10 days as of today. Also, I'm experiencing nausea and fatique. I love to eat but some how I've lost my appetite. The last time when which I was sexually involved was May 2010. I took a pregnancy test and the results were negative. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

shaving vagina

i have a lot of problems when it comes to shaving by pubic area. my skin is very sensistive and my hair is too dark, so even when i do shave you can still sort of see it under the skin. i want a really smooth bikini area that is flawless. any tips? i have tried everything that has to do with shaving. ive soaked in a bath before shaving, exfoliated, used new razor and shaving cream, and shaved in the direction of my hair. no matter what i do i always get an ingrown hair, or red bumps, or the apperance of hair under the skin. i just want to have a very flawless bikini area. so ladies, what products or techniques do you use to get a nice bikini area?

I need some help with my face. I have acne, not a lot like most people. Just a little here and there, nothing too noticable. But it still bothers me. I would like to know if there are any home procedures that could be done to clear up my skin fast. Like I said, its not that bad, but its annoying. Im also broke, so I cant afford any skin creams, so dont suggest that. Thank you!

Parents accuse me of anorexia

I am not anorexic. I eat whenever I'm hungry and I eat until I feel full. I even eat snacks in between meals. I think my parents mostly have issues with my portion sizes and my choice to eat tofu meals. I eat small portions because eating too much makes me feel uncomfortable.
I want to be vegan when I move out (I've done my research) so I've been trying to cook my own meals with tofu lately. My parents make me eat fish and chicken whenever they make it because for some reason they have this idea that I can't possibly survive on a vegan diet. But I'm fine with that; I'll just wait until I graduate.
But my mom constantly, constantly, CONSTANTLY reminds me to eat. Actually it's more of a nagging voice. I'm real...

Really Thirsty At Night

At night, starting around 10:00 pm, I start getting really thirsty. I've been tested for diabetes and it doesn't matter how much I drink during the day. Plus it's mostly fruity or carbonated things that will quench my thirst for a bit.
What do you think it is?

loll so im 18 and one of my breasts is bigger than the other. will it ever catch up to the other or am i pretty much done growing and gonna be stuck with uneven boobs for the rest of my life?! is there a certain age or time after puberty that they stop growing?

I am going off to my beach house for a week this week and when we go away, we turn off the air so the whole house gets moist and stuff. Two summers ago my grandma got a huge cough from my beach house and so did i. i was diagnosed at home later with allergetic ashthma that was formed and i wasn'tborn with it. my grandma then caught pneumonia. she fought it for months. we thought it was mold in the vents. so we got it examined and turns out that we DID have mold in our vents but i was allergic to the type in the vents. They cleaned it and then it was fine. but that was summer '08. Now it's summer '10 and that was a while back. OUr beach house has meadows behind it and a bay. I am scared that deadly mold has formed over the years. ...

i'm 18/f and i know it's normal to have some of that like.... stuff in your underwear lol. but how much is normal? i feel like i have too much like it's always wet or something. and i can sort of smell it at times :/ does this happen to everyone? idk
