i have never really met my dad and not im starting to but idk. no one knows if im really his because my mom slept around a lot when i was concieved..im getting a paternaty test done bu idk wat to do..which leaves the question..what if im not his?

my step dad died like 5 months ago and my mom left to las vegas so i was forced to live with my dad who ive never known.. ive been dumped on him and his family including his wife. she is a complete bitch who screams at nothing and is hypocritical. my bf says i should hold out till i graduate then move out but i graduate when im 17 and im only a jr. they dont understand anything about me ive tried the whole "talking to them" thing but no such luck.. i could use some sort of guidence to get through this

so i woke up in the dream and my mom handed me a pack of cigarettes and said "here you can smoke if you want to". so i smoked the whole pack in less than half and hour. i was smoking a cig and i ran into this kid i yoostah know. I was like wasup jakob then he said hey... then i gave him a hug and he was surprised and said *gasp ur nice to me... then im like ofcourse then he's like but you wont be nice to me tomorrow. then i was like yes i will. then i went up the stars to my house... it was the end of the world and we expected rhinos and elephants to be going wild so we packed and waited for it to happen.... (note.I DON'T SMOKE AND MY MOM IS STRICT AND WOULD NEVER SAY ANYTHING LIKE THAT TO ME.)

My husband has 3 children from his previous marriage and has full-custody. We've had custody of them for 3 years now in Texas. Their mother lives in California. She has been unemployed since she moved out there 5 years ago. She makes no efforts to be a "real" part of the kids' lives. She hasn't come to visit, her cell is continuously shut off so calls are limited (once a week or every two weeks). And the children are currently 11, 8, and 6.
The other day the 8 year old asked if I knew why she didn't correct someone when they call me her mom. She then told me she didn't want them to know I was her step-mom. I asked her if she believed it was a bad thing and she told me no, she thinks I am a mom. I told her it was fin...

shoplifting lawyer

My daughter got caught shoplifting recently and I need to know if there are shoplifting lawyers or is there some other defense?
I don't know why she did it. In fact, She has NO idea why she did it. So she says, anyway. I am both furious at her and scared that a trifling bit of stupidity will ruin her entire life. Can anyone suggest a course of action?

Okay I'm a little confused,
Say I had sex 7 days ago, I take a pregnancy test resulting from the 7 days ago I had sex..but I had sex AGAIN the day before I took the test would it relapse and effect the results from the first time I had unprotected sex?
Let me try to break this down so it's not confusing..
7 days ago I had unprotected sex with my partner
I took a test, However I also had unprotected sex again the day before I took the pregnancy test. Would the test come out negative or would the results get effected?

My daughter is in the 5th grade and doesn't interact with children her age. when anyone talks to her or asks her questions she just shrugs her shoulders. shes on depression medicine because of the loss of her grandparents years ago, she told the psychotherapist that she had feelings of killing her self she has a second grade reading level. I am needing help finding out what to do with my daughter. her medicine shes on is fluxen not sure on the spelling. and how to talk to her about her period.

I recently saw my daughter left her email open when she left for school one morning. Obviously I looked at her emails and saw a boy's name that I did not recognize. I was excited, thinking she had gotten herself her very first boyfriend, and opened the email up to read for myself.
The boy is not from this town though. The boy is actually on the other side of the country. They, apparently, have been talking for a number of weeks, if not months, about all sorts of things. I don't know how they first came in contact with each other but there are lots of emails and they have been chatting on IM based on the email content.

How to keep my kids calm when going through the drive-thru?!

I like to take my little twin boys out once a month. We end up going through a drive-thru somewhere and getting lunch or dinner and heading down to the playground or park area for a couple of hours. We always have such a nice time but I have a problem when we first start the adventure at the drive-thru! As soon as we are in the line at the speaker post both of my boys start going crazy. They start yelling and screaming and trying to get out of their seats. They say all sorts of things from greeting the person taking my order over and over and OVER again to demanding ice cream, cookies, toys, and other treats. It's so embarrassing and I'm sure the order-takers probably think I can't control my own kids in a drive-thru line!

16/f my boyfriend of 1 and a half years is 17. My boyfriend gets grounded for the most stupid things ever. for even having an opinion on anything. I am so sick and tired of him being grounded. we never get to hang out. well last week he was ungrounded. (shock!) and wednesday i went over to the house that he stays at throughout the week. after school, he called his dad to check in with him. My daughter is only, 12 days old. Premium Formula makes her eyes real goppy she can't even open them we are taking a warm wash rag over and over again wipeing her eyes several times about every 5 minutes. I switcher her to Soy milk and she got really bad diarea but her goppy eyes stopped and I was afrid she was going to get dehydrated so i m oved her back and called the doctor and still waiting to hear back from her has anyone expierenced this or no someone that has?

okay i'm 14/f and i already have my ear lobes pierced. today i asked my mom if i could get my cartilage pierced and she went off and said no. i was like wtf? the only reason she had was that ears aren't meant to be pierce their ears there. i even offered to pay to get it done but she still wont budge.. how can i get her to let me get it done? im about to just do it myself..

wanting another baby

ok so I just had a baby 4 months ago and shes just my life. but ever since now i've been wanting another one. I wanted a boy in the first place but I didn't get what I wanted. even though I'm happy with my little girl I want a boy now. but when I had my daughter I had a c section with her even though I wanted a vaginal birth. It just didnt work out the way I wanted it to. So I want another baby I just dont want to have a c section again. I was wondering if anyone thinks this is weird that I want another one. and if anyone has gone through this same situation. Is it possible for me to have a vaginal birth if i did have another one? I'm thinking the reason I had a c section is because I drank olive oil to induce my labor early. I got sick and...

I have been in I believe the first stage of labor for probably a month now maybe 5 weeks tops. How long does this take. With my son I went to my 36 week check up and was admit to the hospital and had him that night. I am almost 37 weeks (on friday i will be) At my 36 week check up I was 3 cm dialated 70% thinned and the baby was all the way down in the birth canal. I know its the longest part of labor and I know at this point most pregnant woman are very anxious. It just seems to be taking for ever.

As of today I have been having flu like systems. Such as extremely tired, weak, stumoch pain, a few contractions and this is gross but my stoles as of today have been loose. Am I getting close or Just being anxious again.

Hannah is my bro's feiance. She is a bad situation at her house and when she turns 18 wants to move in with me. My daughter is 13. She has been playing soccer since she was 5. We have a tournament this weekend and the last game of the day is at 5:30pm. It will be over at apprx. 7pm. The tournament is about 1 and a half hours away from our home. If she plays the game we won't be home until about 9pm. She has her first school/Valentines dance on Saturday which starts at 7pm until 10pm. She is very good at soccer, attendance is key and her position may be comprimised if she doesn't play. But, this is her first dance and she really wants to go. Her dad says play the game and forget the dance. I say forget the game and go to the dance. What do we do?
