i constantly have to lie to my best friend

I'm 19 and a female. ok so every friday nights my best friend wants to hang out with me she's a girl too. And I have a boyfriend as well and they don't get along at all for a lot of reasons so they don't talk.
It seems like every friday they always plan to hang out with me the same time and it really sucks because I can't choose who I want to be with. Sometimes I hang out with them both or just one of them on fridays. It becomes a big disaster in the past because they want to hang out with me. Sometimes I hang with my best friend and I tell my boyfriend and he gets mad because he wanted to be with me but then he goes and does his own thing. If I tell my best friend I'm with my boyfriend she will get mad and do her own thing. ...

my bestfriend lives with me and my mom and dad. she got kicked out of her house and shes been living with me for about 7 months. im put up with it and now im just getting annoyed very easily. Hey ,I went out with a guy and it turned out that my best friend loves him !
When we broke up .. i was sad so he asked to date him again but I said no bcz i didn't want to lose my best friend !
But that wasn't what she would do .. she told him she loves him and they're getting closer !

I believe there was an issue i wrote about this last year.
Im 15/f, hes 16/m, the 'other chic' is 16/f. My best friend's name is lance. His ex (and soon to be girlfriend) name is Rebeeca. Anyway, lance is going to ask her out again in 2 days (March 3 2011). I don't exactly like this girl but i thought 'whatever' right? As long as i don't lose my friend. So i recently hear that Becca is threatening to hit me as well as threratened to kill me. This was told to another close friend of mine who imediately told me. I dont want to bring lance into any of this, nor do anything hasty.
She is always giving me skank looks and makes it obvious that she doesnt want me around-anywhere for that matter What am i supposed to do?

my best friend has changed dramatically. Well first she had a severe eating disorder, and that's when everything went down hill. That was last year, and now she is really

Like we have this one friend, who yes sleeps around often, but I don't see how what she does behind closed doors affects me...and my best friend is like she's disgusting and I refuse to talk to her. And she wears all these cross neclaces and Rings that have crosses and stuff. She never used to be like this. She has many symptoms
of a shcrizophrenic (sorry, that's probably no where near spelled right, hopefully you know what I mean)

my best friend/boyfriend has moved once before when we were younger and he came back... Well last summer he had to move agian to the same place because his grandpa(whom he lived with) died. I know we hav a connection but i dnt think he ever thinks about me... Im also afraid hell never come back.. Will he? I miss him sooo mutch!! Somewhere im almost sure ill c him again, but then on the otherside i stress myself out saying he wont....... What do YOU guys think?

Okay, here's the problem. There is this girl named Jordan, & she was in my homeroom (7th grade) & so... like we started becoming good friends. She came over & my mom didnt really like her & so she said tht i shouldn't get to attached to her. Well, i did. So we went back & forth being friends & enemies. I got jealous the first time b/c she had her bf in our homeroom & mine was in the other pod (on the other side of the school) so i didnt ever see him. We had a pep rally at school & her & her bf were holding hands & i was jealous b/c i couldnt hold my bfs hand. & i called her bad names over txt. So after I broke up with my boyfriend I forgot one little detail that still connected us. When we were together we got two hamsters together and now after this break up we don't know what to do. I mean I still love our hamsters and want to keep them and see them so we talked and we found a solution. My ex said that we can each keep them for 1 month...so my month is coming up but I don't know if its okay for me to see my ex having a new boyfriend myself. I mean I asked him if he was okay with it but he keeps telling me no comment so I ask if this solution I have with my ex is a good idea or should I just let him keep the hamsters????

My friends think I enjoy drama. I'm always in the middle of things, even if the drama isn't my fault. I swear, I'm only involved when my friends ask me for advice. In fact, I get asked for advice a lot. And I'm such a pushover, I always end up helping them out. And I get involoved in so many issues, and so much is in my head, sometimes their secrets just slip out. I can't help it, its like- my head is too full.
For example, one of my closest friends was dating one of my other closests friends. She just broke up with him, and hes absolutly wrecked. Around October, I met my best friend, which happens to be a guy. I've never had a guy best friend before, so I was excited to try something different. In time, we became so close, it was hard to pull us away from each other when we were talking or laughing. Around the middle of December, I changed. its been a long process, i've went through a questioning period before but now i'm pretty certain. i just don't know how to tell my friends that are girls. or my boyfriend, whom i love with all my heart. i've been having sexual fantasies about my friends and i don't want them to think that i'm coming onto them or something. one of my ex friends did this, told me she was bi and then immediately asked me to go out with her. it scarred me and completely ruined the friendship. i've known these girls for years and don't want to fuck it up.
is there any way i can get rid of these urges, or at least tell them without scaring them off?

I have a best friend or so i thought he was and something happened between us and now were not as close. he knows a secret that involves me and he wont tell me what it is about. I know its silly to get into a fight over this its just that he told me he cant tell me because he doesnt want to break the trust of the person who told him. but he told somebody else about it and she told me what he said. i am stuck in a really crappy situation...
i had a bad bad experience last year. first there was a guy who totally used me (i should have seen that one coming but as it "could never happen to me" given that it was my first relationship" i didn't know how to say no cause i wasn't sure of anything... anywayyy...) school pressure, prof truing to make a move on me, parents pressuring me, money...etc. i ended up seeking an escape by getting involved with a bunch of people who are not exactly innocent...
i mean every one has fun, but these guys are on things every weekend if not drunk or partying or hooking up or getting people to hook up after fu...
