Diet

I always try to go on a diet but I have a hard time staying commited so it never goes on past 3 days! Same with exercises too. How can I get over this and finally stick with it??

ok i am 5'4" and i weigh 106.5 lbs. am i overweight? is it irrational to think that i am fat???people tell me i worry too much i dont c y though.please help!
also latley i have been feeling guilty after i eat. help with that too plz.

Energy???

Hey all, I'm working as a waitress and often times I get soooo tired because I normally dont get off work untill about one in the morning. Anyways, I was wondering if there were any types of things I can take or do to boost my energy?? I havnt drinkin' any carbonated beverages for over 2 years, so those drinks are out, and when I take caffine pills, or energy pills, they make me sick. Its so anoying!!! Anyways, this is an easy five question and any help would be great!! Thanks

hey y'all..
im anorexic (if your just going to tell me how dangerous it is, don't bother ok?) and i have been for 2 years of and on. i have a wonderful boyfriend (we've been going out for 17 months) but hes always tickling me and poking me in the stomach, and im very self concious about it. he knows about my ed and how much i hate attension being drawn towards my figure..but he still does it anyway. i know he's just being playful and flirty but i dunno...it makes me uncomfortable, especially after we eat (which is usually because he always makes me eat something when we're together for obveous reasons)
is there any other way i can tell him that i don't like him poking my stomach without being rude?

Sodas

Do you think if I cut out all sodas would I lose about 5-7 lbs in 2 weeks? I usually drink about 1-2 sodas a day, but I am not overweight or anything I am 5'5 and 110 lbs. I would just like to lose about 5 lbs or so. Also I hear people say to even cut diet soda out? I thought diet soda was okay to drink b/c it has no calories, how could I benefit from not drinking diet either?

Im starting a diet today. Your traditional no soda, all water, fruits &&veggies kinda thing. Im planning on becoming a vegetarian also..I alrady know the excersizes im gonna do, so dont think that im not stupid enough to juss search this, but what are some good MEALS, like for dinner i could eat? My mom is always making something with MEAT in it. She says shell make me something else if i give her an idea..so any ideas?

Weight

Ok 4 about 2 weeks I have been loosing alot of weight! I mean like I have lost 7 or 8lbs in that time period. What I have been doing is not eating ANYTHING from 7:00am to 3:30pm and I have pratacly been starving my self. When I think of Food I get so hungray. But I don't feel like eating. I weighted 220lbs and now I weigh about 212. Is this healthy. I eat when I get home. No Smartasses please. Thanxs

ok well im fighting this monday for the championship for teens. and the guy im fighting me is alot bigger and im so nurves. im stronger but he is so much bigger im scared my hit wont hurt him at all. his record is 60-5 mine is 65-3 so any one please help.

my friend's 90 year old man who needs to put on weight for health reasons. he eats 3 solid meals and snack in between but does not seem to put on. if his weight drops, it will eat away the muscle. appreciate some answer how can he gain weight.

hey i got a new job. and my friend margeret works there, shes cool with a lot of people. margaret was talkin to this boy craig and hes popular and he gave her his number for me to call him. so i talked to him online but i was too scared to call him. a couple days later i decided to call him but he didnt anwser so i left a message with my number and telling craig to call me back. but he never did. i joked about it with him and he told me he didnt have service in his room. he always asks me too hang out but we did tonight and he didnt even talk and just decided to leave after a while. my friend margaret says he likes me. why else would he give me his number. i called him again tonight but he talked to me for like 2 minutes and then randomly...

What are some healthy snacks I could take in my lunch each day? I have yogurt and carrot sticks, apple slices down, but those don't fill me up.

Fruit Smoothies and Chocolate

Hi. I'm not on a diet, but whenever I talk to friends who follow a 'healthier diet' than myself, they always, always mention fruit smoothies as a great big help. And they mean it as in home made smoothies. They mention something about a blender fruits, milk and no sugar but I have nooo idea how to make them. Does anyone know how to? And are you supposed to add sugar?

And the evil question: does chocolate cause facial skin irritation?

okay well my friend is kindof a eater i mean when were at lunch she eats alot plus everyone elses food i dont want to tell her she should stop eating cause shes fat but like how do i tell her cause shes my friend and i dont want her to regret it when she gets older for being a lil big and ya know i dont want to hurt her feelings

Not Eating

Well for about 2 weeks so far I've been skipping breakfast and lunch and only eating a snack and dinner.My wrists are really skinny but my moms are 2.And my friends are really worried about me.They're always trying to shove food down my throat.What could happen to me if I keep eating this way?

Diet

I need to go on a diet but I don't know what a healthy diet would be. My question is what kind of diet should I go on and how should I do it.

Note: I'm 130 pounds, so nothing to drastic, I want to get down to about 115 or maybe 110. I'm also exercising along with it. Thank you for any help you guys give.
