CURSORS!!! (sry if it's long but i need help!)

I went to DiamondRains.com for my cursor. I picked one out and everything, but there were 2 codes or website addresses or i dont know. One was an HTML and one was a CSS. Do any of you know which one of these i'm supposed to use. Also, where do i put these so a cursor on my column. People are telling me to put it in my "about section" and i've done that. But all i can do is make it say "cursor provided by DiamondRains.com" in my column. BUT THERE'S NO CURSOR! Give me step by step directions. I have no idea what i'm doing.

i just wanna know..when ppl rate you, how do you see it? i mean i have no idea..sometimes i see it on peoples columns..but i wanna see it on mine..how do i do that?

How do you get a new cursor on your column? I have the cursor and links and everything but i don't know where to put the links so the cursor will show up. Also, where do i put the music links? thanks!

No 1 is sending me any questions!! I think this is because when u type my sn in search nothing comes up!!! It also isn't on the browse list so it's like my column isn't there!!! HELP!!

I had a pretty good advice column, and advicenators dleted it, yet when i try to use the same username when i register, they say its taken, and that theres no user with my e-mail address, i'll rate a 5 for the most helpful
