I want to move out because lately, I can't stand being at my house.

I'm a sixteen-year-old female and I've been thinking about moving out of my house. I know you have to be like seventeen in the state of Michigan to move out of your home. When I asked around, someone mentioned something about court? Any tips on that would be appreciated!
The reason I want to move out is because lately, I can't stand being at my house. I'm normally a cheerful person, but I just can't stay happy at home. My sister seriously hates me, my dad and I have never gotten along, and recently, my mom has been telling me that apparently I can't make it in life and I will never go to college like she wants me too and I'd die an hour without someone to take care of me. long story short.
im 20, have a 10 month old daughter, her father lives with me and my parents. when we get along we are best friends, when we fight he says terrible things. you could basically compare our life to an eminem song. mainly love the way you lie, because it has gotten physical. on xmas, my stepdad threatend BD (babydaddy) because he was sick of him taking advantage of this situation, he has not worked in 7 months, doesnt help and sleeps like all of the time. that gave BD more power than he needed because afterwards he played the if you love me you wouldnt let him do that card. i said fine and kept our daughter from my parents for a month. on valentines day i ended up calling the police on him for getting vi...

I think my mom is bipolar. She has pills for depression, and her dad has depression too. i am worried about her. I want to ask her to go see a doctor, but I dont want her to go off on me.
How do you think I should bring up the subject without her getting really depressed??

My mom says i can go to boys houses if she talks to the parents. I told her she can talk to this boys parent that i like,but now she wont let me go unless my friends come with me.She says he can come here,but i want to be able to go out too! What should i do?

my father over the years growing up is very demanding,everything has to go his way... and he\'s very hard to please ......... there\'s nothing in this world u can do n please him...he\'s never satisfied, he\'s an impressionist to the public and a beast behind closed doors..... and i always kept my pain n anger in me until one day he was very disrespectful....... then i started blurted out cryin and tellin him how i feel and still he doesnt care..he finds it fit to say am rude n disresptful.....to be honest this whole issue is affecting me how do i deal with it?...sometimes i wanna expose him to d public because he is sayin am ungrateful n not me alone even his family he tells them they are ungrateful.........

Lately-past 5 days(not including yesterday)-my parents have yelled at me to no end.To the point of saying they want to smack me and are saying the f--- word.Even my super nice buy me stuff drive me to school brother is always mad at me.They all act like they hate me.Btw my mom is bipoler-don`t know how to spell it sorry-and she can only hear out of her right ear.Plus yesterday-they didn`t yell at me-they pretty much think I am a liar and I had NO memories of what they said I did but I can swear-I NEVER swear-that I did it.Btw I am 13 and am a chic.It said to put my age and gender if it`s a relationship question so ya.*help*

How can I break free of traditions that my family are holding me to? They will not allow me to get married!?
I am 20 years old and was raised in the U.S, as is my wonderful boyfriend of two years. While my family is of middle-eastern decent, my boyfriend is not. I was always expected to be in an arranged marriage to a middle eastern man of my parents' choosing, however my boyfriend (who is of the same religion as me and very respectable) changed those plans. I have never wanted an arranged marriage, but to be married to someone who truly makes me happy, and he is exactly that. this may be long. sorry but i need help..
my phone got stolen a few weeks ago so I have been using the house phone to talk to my boyfriend. well the other night he was out to dinner with his friends so i went and got my moms phone to text him. She has about 300 unread emails, and she got a new one. I didn't want the LED light to be flashing since I was using it to know when my bf texts me. So i was gonna open then close the email.
Turns out it was from her "lover."
This isn't the first time I have "caught" her. When I was in about 7th grade, I opened up her email thinking it was mine and read some stuff. Showed my sister, she talked to her whatever. I was young.

I babysat for my parents from nine p.m. until 3 a.m. My baby brother is nine months old. He woke up at midnight and did not go back to sleep even when my parents came home. My sister and I do not do good with my brother all by ourselves. My parents were all the way across town. The baby cried for two hours straight and did not want his pacifier or bottle. We did not hear anything from my parents until 3. They wouldn't answer their phones and came home TWO HOURS after I told them my brother was screaming crying nonstop.

I am fifteen. My mom recently found out I am dating again. Due to past relationships that broke off badly and left me in a horrible depression, I have been not allowed to date. But my mom didn't seem upset or angry at all when she told me she found out. I want to talk to her and tell her she can trust me not to make all the bad decisions of sex again and tell her I know what I am getting into. I'm afraid she's bluffing so I will spill the beans faster.
Is she bluffing or should I talk to her?

I have been with my boyfriend for about three months now. Of course, my mom doesn't know. Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl.
My parents never listen to me, I always get in trouble by them because I'm not "Perfect Enough". I'm not pretty, I'm not smart, I'm not athletic. I don't write neatly, my room looks like a whore house, I can't take responsibility, I always want more, I get what I want, I'm not popular, This is what they tell me. Really, do they need to say that?
I'm never allowed to lock my room or close my door, my mother constantly barges in no matter what, searching my room for anything illegal. I don't do anything illegal, hell, I'm not even allowed to drive yet or go for walks, so how am I supposed to GET the stuff?
I can't do this anymore, I try talking to them, but it always ends up in them telling me how unperfect I am. What should I do?

I am so depressed!

I'm very depressed. My mom died 8 months ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer. When she first found out, it was still at an early stage, so she could have cured it, but when she told my dad to go to the doctor with her, he said 'I don't give a fuck', so she ended up just living with the cancer for 3 more months or so till it reached the last stage and spread through her entire body, and she died. You see my dad hates my mom, and he's been abusing her since before I was even born. i got home really REALLY late(4:15)..of course im not going to tell my mom..

I have a 4 year old and a 7 year old step son. My in laws live in 3 houses on the same land. So all our holidays have been out there etc its just easier. Well My step son is mean and my mother inlaw wont get him any help. His mother hasnt wanted anything to do with him in a long time years. My husband was 17 was he was born and unable to raise him. So my inlaws have full gaurdian ship of him. I would like to take them to court and raise him our self which could cause alot of problems but unable to have the money to get a lawyer right now.
