Hi everyone, I have a formal in exactly a week. The past couple of days, I have been feeling very bloated, and when I tried on my dress, it zipped up (but only barely). I'm not asking about how to lose 35 pounds in 4 days or anything like that, but how can I change my diet to try to avoid bloating? I haven't been eating much solid food this past week because I had oral surgery recently (applesauce, yogurt, soup, etc). Thank you!

Its kinda of weird problem... 26 yr old virgin male. never got any girls so resorted to masturbation for few years now, however it got 2 much i guess(2-3 times a day). its habit now, want to get rid of it(dont know how), feel restless,tired,no mood 2 work...help required

what if i already practiced walking but i dont feel nothing ihavent lost anything i want to now how much to run a day please help me i want to loose 50 pounds as quikly as possible im not weak i lift weights and play soccer but still i have some fat problems so please answer my question "HOW MMUCH SHOULD I RUN A DAY TO LOOSE 50POUNDS AS QUIKLY AS POSSIBLE"?

A few questions!
Is it possible to lose 30 lbs by summer (with proper diet, and exercise)... I'm 150 lbs btw.
and
On average, how many calories are supposed to be burned a day, without exercise, just by doing chores or shopping / every day stuff

Okie, so heres the deal im 94lbs right now, a week ago i was 99lbs and my mom got really piss off at me for being 99lbs i WAS!! 90lbs and im not suppose to get ovr weigh past 90lbs, and im trying really hard to loose weight and im not sure how to do so,...and PLEASE do not write to me and say im under weight, cause i know, but i feel fat and stuff and all i need to know is how to loose weight, i excerise every day, run 4miles everyday i do pull ups push up abs workout everytime, it's jus im not loosing fast enough i wanna loose faster, i know there is a way because when i gain 3lbs i loose 5lbs, and i need to loose more to be 88-90lbs quick! sooo pleaseee help me. please and thank you

i did this ab workout and it toned my stomach. but my stomach is pretty big, and it had cellulite on it before but then the workout got rid of most of it. so i was wondering, since it already toned my stomach, should i keep on doing the ab workout and maybe it will finally be flat? ps. my stomach is not flat at all

i run almost everyday for about 30 minutes and by like 10 minutes i get very bored, like i just want to stop. so what can i do to make running more fun? i also bring my ipod but that also doesnt work ..

Ok, so I'm starting to think about working out for the summer. The only problem is, I have a terrible procrastination problem and I don't commit to things very easily at all. I also want to start dieting but those problems still apply. How do I make it easier to wake up and actually enjoy running?

hey. well, i'm going to start loosing weight. i've been eating healthy for about a month now, but i just haven't had the time to work out. well, yesterday my mom signed us up for a membership at the YMCA. So i'll start working out now. but i really want some cute clothes to work out in. nothing really tight, something comftorable and cheep, but cute. and also, i've seen on tv shows before that when people loose weight, they have a lot of left over skin so the have to get a tummy tuck or somethin to remove the extra skin. does that really happen? cause i don't want that to happen to me. i want to look thinner, but not with the skin from when i loose weight. please help!!

curvy like hers, and the other side is just pretty flat. I would like the curvy side to become like the other.
Here is what I try to do daily.
Eating
Eat breakfast(poptart & water)
Lunch(changes, but I always drink a juice)
Dinner(usually home made)
& I eat candy like once a month
Exercising
Basketball(&& two laps around the gym, which is running upstairs and down, our gym is a h...

Ok, so I've been trying to lose some weight lately by running. But whenever I run, my legs get really itchy :/ I don't know what is causing it or what will make it stop. Is this normal? If it is, is there anything I can do to make it go away? Please help, it's really annoying and discourages me to go out running. thanks!

when i run on the treadmill, say i burn 300 calories.
since everyone says running gives you the quickest results, would i not get the same results if i go on the elliptical and burn 300 calories?
and what are other really effective ways to lost weight quickly.
i wanna weigh like 115 by july, and i'm 150 now.
