hm; i wanna change the way
i put on my eyeliner to make
my eyes pop i have black eye
liner and my eye change from
blue to green to grey so how
can i shape it so it looks
different and it pops? &
most of all so it looks

Eye questions

So i'm african american and i have dark, almond shaped eyes. How can I make a smoked eye and make my eyes look bigger?
I also have these deep creases under my eye. There not wrinkles or anything like that, their natural. I don't think i can get rid of them but how can i reduce the appearance?

Hey im 18/f and i really wanna get this tattoo. My names ashley and i thought it would be cool. Like Ashley forever (A4E) I like the way this is designed. The only thing is im not sure where to get it because im going to college and majoring in nursing, so i want it to be a place i can cover it up. I was thinking on my stomach/hips? Any suggestions?? Hairstyle like Lauren Graham's?

So I currently have bangs across my forehead, and they are definitely not working very well - I have a horrible cowlic right in the front of my bangs. (causes horrible split and the bangs to stand straight up)
I was wondering if my hair would work to where the part was sort of like Lauren Graham's - further over to the side. (I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow and I'm trying to decide if I should have her go ahead and cut my bangs how they are or if I just have her trim them so I can grow them out) Are hers completely side bangs, or is the part just further over?

Ok, so for all you One Tree Hill fans out there like me... I need help. So in season 4 episode 17, the one where Mouth is lost in Texas, and everyone goes to get him, Peyton is wearing this jacket:

dyeing my hair

okay so i really want to dye my hair a bold color. today i tried dyeing it with kool-aid and it failed miserably. you couldnt even tell a change, i tried purple, and than blue, and neither of it worked. i have medium brown hair so its really hard to dye it a bright color, and all the websites i went on said i have to bleach my hair. like i want to use manic panic, special effects, or splat hair dye, but im really skeptical about bleaching my hair to get it to look bold. any suggestions? anyone thats ever done this have anything to say? like is bleaching your hair that bad? helppppp.

So my mom and I were watching Gilmore Girls today, and she saw a top that Lorelai was wearing and she fell in love with it.

Dress

Alright, so I was looking through magazines last night and I found this really cute sweater dress. It was gray, and thick, so clearly for winter. I'm pretty sure it was an old issue of Vouge, but i don't know. I know it's xoxo. BUt i looked on the site and since its out of season they don't have it.
Its gray with a thick scoop neck its really cute, wher can i get either this one or a similar one?

bleach

well i used to have lots of highlights in my hair that made it pretty blonde. and then i dyed it dark brown over it. the problem is, when i dyed it dark my roots were already grown out a bit.
after the dark faded, i almost when back to the same color but my roots are still brownish, and now my natural hair color is comin in and thats like a dirty ash blonde.
i wanna bleach my hair pretty damn blonde, but i dont want highlights. i want it all one color for the most part.
therefore, i have two questions
1. will it come out different colors if i bleach it due to the different colors in my hair now ?
2. whats the best hair colorin kit to bleach my hair with the least damage ?...

I'm 14, and I've got a fair amount of skin discolorations. Reading up a ton on things to help, I've come across a certain ingredient many times in skin whitening products--
L-glutathione.
It seems like a miracle, especially when taken as an oral supplement! Helps pimples, evens skin tone, improves overall health, helps your liver.. It just seems like a miracle.
But, is it too good to be true?
and, if I DO take it to help with my skin problems, might my skin become TOO white and look sickly since I'm already kinda pale?
My shade in (covergirl) make up is 'Natural Ivory', so that might help you get an idea of my skintone.

hey ,...... i am going into high school and i want to make an IMPRESSION i dont wanna be laid back i want to show my true personality , which is a total girly girl. I LOVE to wear high heels and mini skirts (which i always wear on the weekends and to the malls and stuff. Thats just who i am. I LOVE acting girly, but i never wanted to be like that at school because i didnt know what people would think. So.... i think that going to high school and with all the new people it would be a good idea to finally be ME.... but i wanna know what you guys think. Between African Pride, Doo Gro and Organic Root Stimulator. Which one is better at making hair stronger with less breakage. Helps with growth and manageability. I want people who know about these products and have used them . Thanks
