Im 98 pounds, but Im small, too. Im about 5'0. So thats normal right? But, I feel like I look overweight. Everyone in my school makes fun of me (in a nice way?) and is like "omg, you get everything because your a stick." or they'll be like "did you eat today?" I eat ALL the time. But I feel like I look fat. When I look in the mirror, I see a pudgy face, big stomach and huge thighs. I dont know WHAT to do. Ive never acted on it but today in math (I was bored, lol) I pushed my tongue to a point below my moler. It made me throw up a little but i swallow & no one noticed. Then, when I got home I did it again. Im afraid of it spiraling into something more serious what do i do!?

okay im skinny but i like obsess over diets like i dont know i love being on diets i eat like a pig but like ill either be on a diet with no slat or a diet with no saturated fats or something like that but like idk i need a website where it tells you things with no sat. fats and stuff or like what certain things do to you body like if you eat too much sat. fat you get pimples n oily skin and stuff like that and i LOVE fruit expecially oranges and rasberys what are the good things and BAD thing of eatin too much oranges like can i get like some acid disease or will it stunt my growth or something dumb like that? please help i rate 5's

I'm a 19 year old female. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 135 pounds. Ever since I was 16 I've wanted to lose weight. I've been going to the gym at times 5-6 days a week for 3 months then I see no results AT ALL and stop going. I've been the same weight for 3-4 years. I've tried cutting back on calories but and it seems to be working well until night time. Then it is like I can't control myself and have to eat, if I see it I want it, if i know its in the cabinent I want it. I know I just need to tell myself no but has this happened to anyone else?!?! I restrick myself during the day but after dinner I lose it and undo my diet. I honestly need help...i was thinking of wearing a bracelet as a reminder to feel guilty or something when im bingeing

I am 15 years old and i use to give advice but now i need some advice. I 'll rate 5s....First of all i would like to say that i am 56 pounds and 1.65 m tall. Everyone says that i am ok and that everything is fine about my outward appearance.I asked a nutritionist and he said the same too. But, i would like to be48 pounds. The last time i ate is before four days. I feel a little bit dizzy now but i want to be slim. I don't have enough time to start a sport or sth like that.Could you please tell me what could i eat or generally what could i do to lose pounds FAST???
P.S. It is not because i don't have self confidence.i know. A lot of boys like me and i have a lot of friends. And in my class everyone thinks that i am really self confide...

I've tried eating fruits for a meal (Like apples), but minutes later, I'm hungry again! This doesn't make sense to me. Why does this happen?
Also, I don't like many veggies. Are there any vegetables that actually TASTE GOOD? I can't stand broccoli.
Last question! If you want to lose weight, is it REQUIRED to decrease the intake of carbs? I'm a very picky eater, and most of the food I eat has carbs.

k this summer i was slightly anorexic and now i keep getting really moody when i have to eat fattening food
also i get hungry at ten in the morning, 4 in the afternoon, and ten at night, even though i have to eat every mori=ning at 6:30, 11:50 for lunch, and 7 ish for dinner.
how can i fix this? i dont really eat that much at meals and then snack or go hungry between.
please any help at all?

my face has been really dry lately! and ive actually been puttin on alot of lotion (thats probly bad for it) but i dont know what else to put on it! and also i have a lot of pimples on like my forehead..i dont know there actually not pimples kind of like blackeads but when you get close you can see the little bumps.. *[embarassing]* and i use this stuff called noxema for your face. and i dont wanna get that pro-active stuff my mom wont let me and she also wont let me go to a dermatologist..already asked her lol. any other suggestions?

Well I'm a 16 year old girl.
I usually have a huge appetite and I would eat enough for about two or three people my age but for the last month I have had no appetite at all. My friends think I'm going anorexic but I'm not. I want to eat like I used to but I'm never hungry. It has been 5 weeks since I lost my appaetite and I see no signs of it coming back soon. My friends and I are getting worried because I have now lost almost 7 pounds and I was originally at the healthy weight of 124. I don't know what to do. I talked to my counselor and she told me to go to the docotr but I just went to the docotr about three weeks ago because my throat was looking really bad and hurting.
