Stationary Bike

People have always told me using a stationary bike will work your butt muscles thus making your butt look bigger but now people are telling me stationary bike does nothing for your butt as it's just sitting there and if anything, your butt will get smaller.

Which one is true?

Um I haven't been excercising at home due to the overload of work at school and it's a new semester; gym was brutally devastating and it's only been the second day. From when it was over til now when i woke up, my left toes, my stomache, and my whole left arm hurts when I move in any way that could activate it, which is basically just moving. And I turn a lot when I sleep so I know I'm not hungry or something because when I turned, my stomache hurt so bad I was going to cry! And I can't raise my left arm into the air, it only goes as far as elbows and up when I try to lift my arms.

What do you think is the problem and do you know any way that I could fix it?

Puking after running.

Is there a way to avoid throwing up after running really hard?

That is my question and the story behind it is this:
I do track at school, and I run the 1000 which is 5 laps on the indoor track. However, after a minute or so after I run it for like 10-15 minutes I have to be in the bathroom cause I keep gagging. I've never actually puked, although have been pretty close to it. I don't know if this affects it, but the air in the track is EXTREMEMLY dry, which causes me to cough [which partially caused the gagging].
If the air is less dry, would that make it better or worse?

i cant stop

i want to lose weight. im 13 years old and am over weight by about 30-40 pounds but i dont look like it. i want to be healthier and i lost 20lbs last summer but i gained all back and i want to lose it by may but i have a slight problem, whenever i think about how i look or start a new eating healthy plan or something i get all depressed because of the way i am and start eating. horrible and weird i know but i cant help it. i have an elliptical at home but i never use it. i want to lose weight more than anyone knows. Help! what type of foods should i eat, what kind of excersises what do i do?? help! thanks in advance!!

lemonade diet

so i was just searching around the web and came across this lemonade diet and you just drink lemonade for at least 10 days and you lose weight.. i know they will probably gain the weight back.. but is there an actual diet that wont make you gain the weight back if you just eat a certain kind of food/drink?

i wanna lose weight, so i go on the elliptical.
but i hear the treadmill is better.
the thing is, i have really bad stamina, i can't run for long periods of time without running out of breath, and i need to improve this a lot, and quickly.
any ideas on how to improve my stamina a lot, and quick, and also just how to lose weight.

So, I was wondering whether it is a good place, environment, community, etc. wise.

Area on Thighs: Exercise

I am in shape, I guess. I am 5 foot 4 and weigh between 110 and 116, but I'm not muscular at all. I am the pear shape. I am VERY skinny on top and got a small rack (which I love). ;) My lower stomach, butt and thighs are a lot fuller.

I do a few exercises everyday (bicep curls, pushups, situps, squats, etc.), but how can I tone up the top inside area of my thighs, near the crotch I guess, and the lower part of my butt?
It seems that squats and such are for the thighs, but not that part of it. And these excercises for butt muscles never show any difference, and are very awkward to do. I want my booty all toned up with a clean shape, not pudgy.(?)

I'm fine with my more feminine hips but I definitely don't...

please i need to get a diet that works fast, obviously not like ...10 kg in a week hahaha but that it last mmm 3 weeks .. a month?? most i need its like to specify what to eat on breakfast snacks meals and dinner cause im at school all day until night so i dont have much time to go and just workout and im not trying to loose impossible weight haha which frustrate me cause i dont wanna loose thaat much but still i can't do it im 123 pounds and i want to loose 15 pounds because of my height (5'15)thank you :)

i just get turned on by seeing panty & bras...is this normal?

will abstinence from masturbation help before getting to sex?

Well, this year I didn't play basketball and I've been eating a lot of junk food. So, guess what?! I got love handles. I'm going to stop with the junk food but what are some exercises I can do to get rid of than. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

alright. so my aunt's wedding is in 17 weeks & i wanted to start losing weight now. [because i can never stick w. anything! haha]

its a strapless dress - if that helps.

does anyone have a workout plan that i could do to help me lose weight - maybe 30 pounds? i dont think thats practical to lose it healthily so 20?

how long is this gonna take?

for about a month i've been doing lunges to increase my butt size and push ups to increase my upper body strength. i'm only 110lbs (16/f, 5'7") and all of my strength is in my legs, i have NO upper body strength, and i have no butt what-so-ever. i was doing about 15 push ups a day and 20lunges a day and i've been doing this for a month and i haven't seen any increase.

how long is this going to take to see a difference?
~i've also been drinking these milk drink things that have extra protein in them to help me gain weight.

i guess this is a two part question so the other part is:

Recently i visited my cuzins house and they had bought dance dance revolution for the playstation 3 i think it was. I really love that game and its great excersise! I was just wondering is it available on dvd like for tv or something that isnt a game system. If so, where would i be able to purchase this in Manhattan?

145-150 lbs

Can someone give me a diet that I can lose a couple of lbs. off of? Maybe to 135ish. I don't want like a you can lose 15 lbs in a week. Just something that can slowly give off lbs. I play basketball, so I have a lot of muscle, but I would like to try to get rid of that little fat I have. Mainly around my stomach and hips. Its not like "wow she need to lose weight". Its just to me, its "ugly". && Some of my weight also comes from my boobs. (their a D) Now I wear a size 6-7 in jeans, and would like to be maybe a 5.
Anything you guys can say will be tons of help =D

((&& I don't care for my BMI, that thing doesn't take in the fact that muscle weighs...
