Im on my name AlYsSa13192 and i payed for it yesterday and it wont let me decorate my page. Why wont it let me?

There is currently a question in my inbox that I was just about to answer. I clicked on my inbox and the question shows up but the option for "Answer Question" and "Reject Question" aren't there. In escence, I have no way of answering this question. Could someone please help me to figure out how to answer this question? Thank you.

This site sucks. The moderators do a crappy job of filtering stupid questions, people reply with asshole answers with no reprecussions, and most of these people give crappy advice. Why cant the mods or anyone make this site worth comming to? Why do most of your guys's answers suck, and why do some of you have to be assholes?

Question: I have the "Partika" or whatever layout on my site, and I want to make it so that the scrollbar isn't that plain old blue color. I got the HTML code to change it, but I don't know where to put the code. I put it in the Personal Profile (or something like that) box, but it just deleted itself. Where am I supposed ot put it? And is it even possible to change the scrollbar color with this layout? Thanks in advance.

how come some people dont have a column but they have a column name..every time i try to view like a few peoples columns but it says - No column was found with the specified username, or there was an error in the username specified. If you'd like this name for yourself, register at Advicenators.com and start your own free advice column! -->what is this?

Hey, my average rating was a 4.78. I was just rated a 5 and my rating went down to a 4.5! What happend??

How do you rate people and how do you get rated? Do you have to be a paying user in order to get rated? If you tell me how to rate, I'll rate you a 5! But what I really want to know most is how to get rated!

If You ask a question while you are signed in, will it show up on your page? before,or after (or both) its answered?
because some questions i DONT want my friends to see!

oh I always Rate! 4 or 5, unless your mean to me, then i just dont rate- i think that if you dont like that they say- you should rate then low, because then your being mean right back!

umm....how do you put cursors and music on your advice column and where do you paste it because i've paste it probally everywhere and then i click submit and then nothing happens.
