this sounds really really silly..but i hate my boobs. they are huge, and it makes me feel out of shape. they`ve always bothered me, but just recently they`ve seemed a lot bigger than normal. does anybody know if theres an way to "decrease" the size of them? like does exercise work? or what you eat or w/e?

right, i know people wont like this question as 100's of other people ask the same thing. but i actually do need to lose weight, i need to loose 36 pounds to be my right weight for my height.
my career actually depends on this, i want to join the army or royal marines (i live in the UK) so yeah this needs to happen by about this time next year.
i am so desperate to do this healthily and slowly so i won't put all the weight back on.
i just have NO willpower at all, i say i wont eat chips/chocolate/fizzy drinks.. and i do i just can't help it.. i think im also addicted to carbs i can't stop eating potato based foods.. chips/fries/chocolate that kind of stuff.
so if any one has any ...

I really need to lose weight but I work from 4-9 so when I get home I eat which is bad. I can't eat on my break because it is only 15 minutes long so I can't eat that quick. Should I just skip eating dinner or what?

i'm currently changed my eating habbits. I now eat breakfast, pack my lunch (instead of eating the schools groce lunch), and for dinner i try to eat something kinda heatlhy.
ALso, on monday i startred the biggest loser dvd, it has a 6 week plan. Also i do the gazelle, lift weights(mialy legs now bc of the BL dvd), and I walk on the tread mill alot.
what are good choices for lunch & breakfast?
i usually, for breakfast, have like whole wheat cereal (yummy) or a bagel ( not heatlhy i know ) and kinda weird things.
for lunch i have like a sandwich w/turkey or chicken. sunships, nature valley bars, banana, yogurt, apple sause and other sorts of things <-- those are examples ...

16/f. ok so since about january i have been watching my weight. (working out, eating right.) it really worked because i was 119 pounds. all of a sudden, starting about 2 weeks ago, i just started pigging out and it was like a couldnt control myself. i eat when im not hungry and i havent been exercising as much. i gained 8 pounds. its terrible. what can i do to stop this and get motivated to lose weight again?

Ok.. I was extremely sleepy today during 2nd period & I took two 200mg caffeine pills. Well.. I dont know all the effects they have.. but was that just too much because afterwords I had hardly any appetite and I felt dizzy like I was going to pass out. I mean... I took them on an empty stomach & I didnt eat anything the rest of the day except for a Rice Krispy Treat. But I got this horrible, horrible headache. I've gone before without eating, but it never had an effect like that. How much is 400mg of caffeine equal to anyway & what are the cons of taking caffeine pills?

I am waaay too overweight, but I can't seem to get it off. I've tried counting calories combined with exercise, and I had to get down to 900 calories a day to lose weight, and even then it was less than a pound every two weeks.
The only thing that has every worked for me is the South Beach diet, and it worked really well. The only problem is that I kept getting really sick on it. I was dizzy, lightheaded, and nervous all the time, and I kept throwing up and having diarrhea.
I went to my doctor, but he doesn't believe me. He says that it's not possible for me to have such a hard time losing weight.
So here's my question. Can anyone tell me any medical reason that I might be having trouble losing w...

I am fat and I know I need to lose weight.
The problem is I do not know what foods to eat to stay healthy! I do not need to lose a whole lot of weight, just about 10 pounds. How do i eat right without eating too little or too much and what do i eat?
Any professional help would be great or someone that really knows about this stuff,...please help!

Im not really fat, like huge. But Im 13, 5'oft and I weight about 127. Im very un happy my weight, and honestly would love to loose to 10 pounds. I asked a question once on here and some guy told me it was a bad idea to split up my workouts in too, like exercizing in the morning, and then in evening a little.. And anybody else have any tips to help me loose weight? im deterimed, but clueless.

I read that if you eat breakfast everyday you will lose weight, is this true? If so, then how can I start eating breakfast without gaining weight because I have not been eating breakfast for a few years? This is so confusing! Please explain and help. Thank you so much.

Hey im 15/f and i was wondering if there were any face products that actually worked on fighting zits and pimples. I tried almost everything! But it either makes my face dry or gives me more zits and doesn't work. I pop them when they come but they become a horrible problem.. so it there any products that i could use that work and wont dry out your face? And another thing is, i know that some foods will make you break out or do something to your face. What foods are thoughs? Thanks a bunch i rate high!

I need to start eating healthy. But it only lasts like not even a couple days. And then i just say screw it and i give up. I need something to motivate me but i haven't yet found anything. But i need advice on how to stay on a healthy diet and not give up. What foods should i stay away from? i know chocolates and sweets and other? Thanks a bunch!

So I have a weight loss problem. I just can't do it. I talked to a doctor and a dietician and they are sending me to a specialist who is going to show me some pills for options. Chances are theyll come from GNC or something.
Before I go, do you have any idea on what pills I should take? Any success stories with any particular brand name of pills etc?
