Losing Weight! I need quick help!

Hi Everyone.
I need Diet help!

I am 5'3, 110 lbs, and I'm active in sports.
I'm thin/athletic build.
I play sports.

I would like to reach the 100 lbs mark. I'm sure a lot of you are wanting to give me the whole "Your fine as you are, don't lose weight!"

Well I've made up my mind, I want to lose 10-15 lbs. I need suggestions, and ways that have helped you.

baggy eyes

no matter how much sleep i get, i always seem to have bags under my eyes. i heard it once somewhere that allergies can affect this and i have allergies. does that really have anything to do with it? if you have any solution on how i can make them go away of any info about this please help me. thanks

Is this the way dieting works?

This is just an example. If I eat 2000 calories a day, and I burn off 2500, does that mean I've lost 500 calories, and 1/7 of a pound?

Or, if I eat 2000 calories, but I require 2200 daily, does that mean I've lost 200 calories?

Which of those two ideas is the correct one?

I am not very sure about how dieting works. For example, I need to eat 2200 daily to maintain the way I am right now, I know that. I also know that 3500 calories equals a pound.

I asked "If I ate 1500 calories in a day, does that mean I'm -700 calories?", but the person answered no, to lose weight I would have to start going under 2200 before it would work. Does that mean I have to eat like... 300 calories, and then burn off 400 to be -100? I'm so confused, and I would really like to know what to do.

Do my calculations mean I'm losing weight?

I'm 5'7, 170ish pounds, and very inactive. I go to school, and then sit at the computer all day.

A few days ago I decided to start a diet, but I don't think I'm doing it right. I calculated that I need about 2300 calories a day, is that right? Or is that how much I consume? How much do I actually need a day?

Today, I consumed a total of 1163 calories. A pound is 3,500 calories. Does this mean that I'm -1137 calories today, meaning I lost half a pound? I'm very confused with everything, but I want to lose weight, and I need to know if I've planned it correctly. I just need to know if I've got it all wrong, and if I do, what can I change?

Diet Plans

Ok.. Here's the thing.. I'm 15 female & I'm 5'8" also.. Im like 175 pounds.. so yeah.. I'm overweight & it really sucks. I was wondering if anybody out there knew of any good websites with diet plans or exercise guides or anything. I mean, my biggest problem is stress with grades & all & when I'm stressed out I tend to eat. So.. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on a healthy weight loss plan without the use of crash dieting.

Am I dieting the right way?

I'm 15, around 160-170 pounds, and starting a diet. In my diet I plan to eat 1500 calories a day, and burn off 200-300 running daily. I'm also going to eat healthy foods like fruits, and not any junk food. I figured out this will probably help me lose 1-2 pounds a week.

I never really feel like dieting will help me lose weight, because I've been big for so long. Will I be able to lose weight according to my plan? If not, what do you think I should do?

Do you think this is a good idea at my age, and will it cause any problems?

I'm not asking for you to make me a diet plan or tell me what to eat, but I'm just wondering if the one I made will work for me.

I'm 15, 5'8, and I weight 170 pounds. I'm not very active, but I do own a treadmill. My new plan is that I will eat 1500 calories a day, and burn off 200-300 calories on the treadmill every day. I think I've worked out that I will lose 1-2 pounds a week. Is my calculation accurate? Will I actually lose weight (the food I'm eating is healthy, mostly fruits and some meat... just good food)? And, is this healthy/okay for me to be doing? If this isn't going to work, what do you think I could change? Thank you SO much in advance!

basically i am very unhappy with my body right now. i'm fifteen, and i know that's normal... but i want to fix it. my skin has been terrible lately, huge pores, big zits, bad breakouts. i've gained a lot of weight within the past few years as well. i feel DISGUSTING. i'm about 5'1" 160 lb. i know that's big, i don't need to be insulted, i need help. does anyone have any HEALTHY ways to lose weight? things that i should stay away from? does staying away from carbs actually help? i've tried going without eating for a few days (again, please don't preach) and i can't do it. my parents are always questioning me, or i forget that i even made that pact to myself. and when i do go without eating, it doesn't help! and my skin, any products or ...

Stretch marks

Hey, its about to be spring and all and then bathing suit season...i can't wait but i have this big problem! i have these massive stretch marks underneeth my butt... there are a bunch of them and i have had them for about 2 years? well i dont know how long...but they are driving me insane! i want them gone..i have been doing all sorts of excercises for my butt..still havent goone away though...unfortunatly. my butt is pretty much all muscle since i am into sports dance tennis soccer..im very active i even go to the gym sometimes..but they still havent gone...i just need help to try to get ride of these... does anyone know a way? or maybe an exercise i could do to get rid of them quick? id really appreciate it if you helped me out...im pretty sure other girls have this problem also!

ok so for lent i'm promising myself to walk the dog atleast 1 a week, do 15 situps a day, eating healthy (tho i can never do it) and practice soccer and tennis whenever i can....what else can i do to get results....FAST?

gaining weight

I would like to gain at least 20-30 pounds before April 11th, 2006 (my b-day) I am at least 120 pounds. All of my life, I have been skinny. I'm now 14 years old and in high school. Most of the girls are thick with boobs and butt. I got butt but nothing more. I'm a black girl and I'm not thick but long and skinny. If I were to gain at least 30 pounds (of thickness!) I would fill out my clothes better and feel good about myself.

1.) Can someone give me websites on how to gain pounds faster?

2.) Can someone tell me how they gained weight? (if you tried to gain weight and succeeded)

3.) You can also give food ideas!!!!!!
