What does HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed error Mean?

In laymen's terms can somebody tell me what HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed means? I'm getting it every time I go to a certain web site and then it's back to normal and then displays this again. It's driving me and the site owner nuts.
How do you fix it as I heard it had nothing to do with the page but something to do with the server on our end not the site's. Any info is much appreciated. Beleive me I Googled this and cannot understand what in the hell it means.

i own a layout site on myspace and i was wondering if there are any ways i can get tons of friends super fast without posting all thoses stupid bulletins and stuff.

my parents have blocked one of my fav web site and wont unblock it no matter how much i ask them. so is there any way to unblock or get ride of firewalls on Mozilla Firefox? one more ? how do you get a site off the ban list on Mozilla Firefox? please give easy to follow directions cauz im a blonde?

Ok, so I have two screenames for AIM. One of those screenames is blocked by somebody. If I were to link the two screenames, would the person still show up on my buddy list?

I deleted my recycle bin

Hey, I deleted my recycly bin on accident, How do I go about bringing it back? And not a copy of the recycle bin... the actual one.
(I went to yahoo answers & they told me how to bring a copy of it back. But you can't delete the stuff that's in the recycle bin that way)
