i am on a diet right now but it isn't enough. i need to loose wieght and fast. i want to be bulimic but well i don't know how to make myself throw up. iwas just so stressed that i cut myself. it hurt but it wasn't to bad.i only did it twice. i could really use some help. i need to loose 15 pounds in one month. what should i do.

I want to go on a crash diet, yea its bad for me but w/e iDc. SO my meals everyday would consist of:
Breakfast: Some sort of fruit
Lunch: A small snack maybe a sandwhich or something of that sort
Dinner: Maybe a bowl of rice and some meat. or just anykind of plain meat.
That way i get some of the pyramid into my daily meals.. So tell me if that is good enough or not
and no i will not be throwing up any of this food. im not belimic or anorexic.

ok for summer my goal is to lose like 7 lbs and more, but i CANNOT keep with it! i'm gonna try the pic of someone skinnier than me on the fridge but what else can i do? to remind me what my goal is?

I wanna lose weight (no this question does NOT ask how!). So I told my friends and they said that the way they lose weight is to go on an "all you can drink" diet. They said it's where you can drink anything you want at any time but you absolutely cannot eat anything. The only things that you can't drink are milkshakes, coke floats, alcohol, things like slim fast, and soda (unless it's diet).
Is this unhealthy? So far today I haven't eaten anything and I've drunk diet Dr. Pepper and Gatorade.

I'm having my wedding dress made in a few weeks, and I need to quickly lose some weight! It was suggested to me to do a high protien diet. What are some good high protein foods i can eat to help me drop the pounds?

Lately I've been having real trouble eating. When it gets to dinner time (I live in a University residence, so all our meals are provided at set times) I'm hungry, and I go and get my food - there's soup, somekind of main meal like roast pork, or pizza, or curry, and then dessert. I eat the soup fine but then when I start on the main course I gradually feel like I can't swallow, and it feels like a huge effort to eat. I can only take really small mouthfuls every few minutes and eat them really slowly. I don't have any trouble swallowing liquids though. Later on, I'm hungry of course, because I haven't managed to eat anything. Any ideas what could be causing this? And any suggestions what I can do about it - I only weigh 50kg as it is, so I ...

the last few days ive been eating a lot, i never feel hungry.about 2 days ago i weighed myself, then i weighed myself today,and i had lost a pound.i havent excersied at all and ive been eating A LOT.why am i losing weight from eating so much junk food, and is it a good thing?

so my friend gave me a lil bag of farenheight diet pills (100% safe dnt worry) but i dnt know the dose i need. does ne1 know if i take 1 or 2, or one a day or one every 4 hours or what!?!?! i dnt want to overdose but i dnt want to use so little where it doesnt work. please help.

Hey i am really skinny but the thing is I eat properly (vegetables, meat etc)n sometimes induldge myself with chocolate or chips or anything i can find but i never get fat. Its damaging my self esteem and I dont dare to wear short sleeved tops or a bikini or anything.
Is there anything that can help me be more evenly proportioned- Ive heard of fattening milkshakes but I dont know how they work or if they work..

I got really sick for about a week and a half, and all I could manage to do was lay in bed and vomit (sorry for the info) So anyway, when I finialy got back to school, I feel so much slower and weaker in athletics, can you get totally out of shape in a week? I haven't gained any weight..I just feel weird. Is that normal?
Also, I've alwyas eaten healthy...but after being sick..I've become addicted to carbs...what do i do?

it seems that when ever i eat something, no matter what it is and no matter how hungry i am, i become full with in the first few bites. but then i feel like i should eat mroe so i do, and before long, i am so full i feel almost sick! am i eating to fast or what?

hey im 15/f. I was wondering if there is anything to help with like energy boost. I know that there are energy drinks but those dont really work for me. See im always like falling asleep during school or whatever im doing. I'm always tired i have no energy and i just dont want to do anything. I dont eat breakfast because i never really have time. I get enough sleep. I'm just always tired like i can sleep an entire day. But still be tired. And i have no motivation to do anything. Even sometimes when i eat breakfast it doesn't help. Is there anything i can do to help me increase my energy level and not be so tired? Plezz help thanks.

Hey. I need serious help.
ok lately I've noticed that I been eating only when I feel bored and not when I'm really hungry. I'm really scared because I've also gained weight, not alot only 2-3 lbs( im not fat),and I just want to know how can I stop this habit before it gets out of control and I turn overweight or something?
Please help me I rate fives and recommend.

ok i have "dangerously high" cholesteral according to my doctor, and she is putting me on a strict diet. No fat, No red meat, And absolutley NO sugar of any kind(junkfood...etc). The problem is, i LOVEEEEE chocolate and cant go without the taste. I had gone 3 days w.o sugar and then today my moim made brownies and i cracked and ate 3 *cries* Are there any foods that taste like chocolate, but arent disgusting, and are healthy? Like not a lot of fat, sugars etc. Foods that you can get in places like shoprite, pathmark, costco and stop&shop. Preferably things available to people in NYC, specificallt staten island, cuz thats where I am currently living. Thanks a bunch! I rate high for good answers
