Scroll Box

How do I get a scroll box to align right?
I have two scroll boxes. One I want to be on the left side of the page. The other I want to be on the right side of the page.
I want both scroll boxes to be on the same line/row.
Please give me a specific scroll box code. (HTML)
Don't just tell me to add "align=right" to the code,
because I tried it, and I can't figure out where it goes in the code.

Making a Simple Site

I want to make an 'anything site' you know, like add quotes, codes, etc.
like this for example:

I tried that but it's too complicated.
so maybe something simple for me to start off with by adding links, pictures and such?
and if you can, give me an example?
Any sites in mind?
Not MySpace please.

so i just got done putting in a code that hides my contact table on my myspace page.
i dont want a table i just want one that says
" add message block" kinda thing where u just click each word and there not in a box with all the others.
ive gone on so many websites but i cant find that.

Is there any way I can get the new Internet Explorer? When my dad fixed my computer, I ended up with the old verison.
And also, how do I get email addresses saved. Like for example on Myspace, when you type in your email, it comes out.

So I was on a site talking to a random guy and on this site its easy for people to get your ip address so I googled ip address and saw this site that has like a satellite image of my ip address location but when I zoomed in it wasn't my house so I was wondering if this random guy I was talking to got my ip to that "house" would he be able to find me? Or would he just go to that house?
The reason I ask this is because there was a man in front of my house like a month ago and he had binoculars and was looking in and my mom saw so she went outside and he quickly drove away, we filed a police report but I'm always so paranoid that it will happen again. The most info I gave him was my first name (which is really differe...

iPhone 'rival'?

I was walking in the mall today, and these salespeople for T-Mobile stopped me and tried to convince me to switch to their company, even going as far as to say that T-Mo now has a phone similar to Cingular's iPhone. Is this true? And if so, what make and model is it?
(I tried going on the t-mobile website but couldn't find any information on it)

does anyone else find the ratings offensive? especially if they did not get nominatd for anything? im not quite sure how this app works. i tried to use it but it only showed a few people my network.. like the same people kept popping up and i had to compare that person and another person and the whole thing was really dumb.

hi, i got a text message on my phone this morning at 2:30 am. i didnt know it was there and when i checked my phone later this morning it was there. the message was:(ola) yo Abe stcks poised to explode, Sym:chvc don't regret later Gail
i thought it was really weird because i had no idea who it came from or what it meant. so i just googled sym:chvc to find out what it meant and instead i discovered other people have been getting it. this is all around september 11th, today is the 15th and i got it today, someone got it on the 11th, another on the 12th. its strange and scary and i really don't like it. does anyone know what it is or what it means? im gonna report it to my phone company but is there anything else i should be doing? ...
