hey im 15/f. I was wondering what exactly weight smart does. I heard it speeds up your metabolism. I want to know if it really does work? Does it help you loose weight. Please dont give me the speach on me being too young. I just want to know what it does exactly.. does it burn fat what? I'll rate 5s!

Im 100 pounds and want to loose weight, I know im really skinny but its not satifying, I want to drop it to 85-90 pounds or so by the end of summer! what are some good excercises! No lectures on oh how unhealthy or w.e! by the way im 13!

when i run i lose my breath so easily! i'm in good shape and run a lot but after 7 yards of running, i feel like i'm going to pass out! is it normal to have to stop running for a second and catch your breath?! when i was running a mile, i had to stop to catch my breath about 8 times. is it normal to have to stop? and what can i do to stop this so i can run long distances without stopping?

13 f weight: last time i checked i was around 125-130 ...... okay well im not fat but im not like really skinny either.. i hate my body though, i really really dont like my thighs because i think theyre huge and i told my friend and shes like no mine are huge, and shes like SOO much smaller than me and so that makess me feel even worse about them! i eat so much and try hard not to, what will help make me stop eating so much? helpp, ill rate 5s for good answers

Hey my name is Rachel and iam 17 years old and my cousin Tiffany and I get along really well,but she's only 13 and only weighs 100 pounds and is 5 foot tall and is complaining about being fat all the time and now she's going on a diet to try to lose 10 pounds is this anorexia?I don't know what to do iam getting really worried about her and i've tried telling her she's not fat,but she dosn't belive me what should I do?

this is what i had so far today: (i just got home from school a little while ago)
breakfast: an oatmeal on the go breakfast bar & water (i only have time to eat on the bus lol.)
lunch: salad a fruit roll up and a few crackers
when i got home from school: pretzels and yogurt
i'm obviously gonna eat later, but i was wondering what range of calories should i have a day, and what else should i eat to help thin out my thighs and stomach a little bit (along with excersise)

half an egg
half a piece of toast
1 strip of bakery pizza
a small handful of ships
3 Sandy Cookies (thats what there called)
a homemade hamburger in a roll
corn on the cob
1 milky way
1 apple
3 regular rits crackers
that's what i ate in a day. about how many calories is that and is that too much too little or just right? anything i need to change or improve or cut down? thanks. i'll rate if you answer everything.

i became being belimic a little bit ago because im starting to dislike my eating habits. dont worry im probably going to eat reguarly soon. i havent researched it that much but i was wondering how throwing up is bad for you? i mean, the food goes down in your stomach and takes nutrients out of the food but all it does is make the rest come up again. whats wrong with that? the excess food exit the body later anyway. just in a different way.

Okay im not fat or really over weight, i just want to loose like 5 or 6 pounds (get a flat stomach)i want to have a flat stomach by the time camp starts which is in like 3 or 4 weeks! i did loose like three pounds but i was stupid and i totally piged out last weekend and gained it back! does any one have any good tips on how to slim down fast. any diet rules or foods you know that are low calorie and taist good or any thing? i running out of time!

hey, well here is my normal everyday with eating. i skip breakfast in the morning [ not heathy i know, but its for personal reasons not to be skinner ]. the reason i skip breakfast is because if i eat early in the morning ill throw up [ seriously ]. in school at least i usually grab a powerade and fritos. then after school on the way home ill usually have my mom stop at wendys or burger king for me. i wont eat again until about 7 or 8 at night. what i do eat is usually easy mac. if im hungry anywhere betweeen that ill have toast. but lately like yesterday and today ive been eating ALOT. like here it goess. i still wont eat breakfast. ill keep the same stuff for lunch. but after school ill stop at dunkin donuts and get 2 donuts. then right a...

ok i want to lose like 15 or 20 pounds in a short period of time.well if you tell me to eat healthy, thats really hard for me to just not eat carbs, junk food, and candie.the thing is i accidently forget about me wanting to lose weight orits just too hard to stop eating that junk.i need help on how to make myself stop! plz help me thx
