is it true that people grow every seven years? my friends mom told us that and we weren't sure.. yeah i know EVERYBODY doesnt grow in 7 EXACT years, but do they grow around that general time period? because most kids get bigger at age 6-8 and puberty kicks in at around 14-15 so could any of this be true?

ok like im workin on losing some weight.. and like well i go on my tredmil land its syas like you lost 360 calories or sumtin (just givin a random number) but how do i kno like how many pounds i lost. like how many calories are in a pound of fat or sumtin. or is that like impossible to tell...??

hey im 15/f and about 130 pounds. I want to lose a few pounds so i can look good in a bikini. I want to lose my leg "fat" and i want a flat tummy. See I cant get "dedicated" it doesn't usually last. No matter what i do i cant seem to lose weight diet or no diet.. i cant lose weight or gain it and i want to lose it. I want to lose 10 pounds. Any Suggestions, or tips to get dedicated? What foods to stay away from? Thanks!! I'll rate 5s!

I want to lose a couple of pounds and i got the whole exrecise portion covered but my problem is healthy eating. I don't know what to eat that's healthy for me. I only want HEALTHY FOOD and the only thing that i know that is healthy is salad and i don't want to be eating that over and over again. It's breakfast time and i'm hungry. What are some healthy alternatives for breakfast, lunch and dinner?? I can go out and buy the foods i need just name some.

okay.. well ive been eating a lot lately.. probally because of this but whatever. today i ate a normal portion of food.. nothing too excessive. my stomach gets HUGE now after i eat and it gets hard.. its discusting accually.. i really want to know what it is because its keeping me from loosing any weight and even wearing fit clothes.

Hey today I asked my husband to fix me 2 pop-tarts you'd think all the work involved was poppin em' in the toaster but no he puts butter on the back of them. Have yall ever heard of this? 5's for all thoughts.

ok well i dont think i have a problem but like i have become obseded about my stomach. i dont care about weight or anything but i just want my stomach to be so flat and stuff. i have heard that it really can get out of control and i am scared it will. i dont personally know anyone that has gone through this and i dont know if its normal. plz give ur opinion!

So this weekend I have a hockey tournament and Im playing 6 games in 2 days. But thats not the problem. It takes 1 hour to play a hockey game and I will be playing 2 games with only 10 minutes of down time. Yeah, and its tiring to play! I'm going to do this 3 times--- 2 games on friday, 4 on sunday with 10-20 minutes of downtime between each pair. OK. thats not making sence. But all I know is that my coach told me to get energy drinks. Which are really good ones that work pretty fast, like within 1 hour or so? I'll RATE!

ok yea that was corney but I have a question...At nights when I can be at home with my husband I like to straighten my hair, wear cute pajamas and NO make~up... Problem is I have extremley dark circles around my eyes it looks like I am seriously malnourished but im not! What can I do to make them go away? I've heard of cucumbers but exactly what's there purpose? I'll rate high as the sky (22/female)

buttt i was wondering if anyone knew how to looose weight.. i know its a dumb question but ive triedd almost everything. i try dieting but i eat everything anyway.. i think its because i dont think i have self control, and i tried not eating.. and that didntt last long and people started to catch on. ive never tried being belimeic*.. that scares me.. andd i have a bigg sweet tooth. i just cant stop.. im not over weight.. i just have alot of muscel, but i do want to get rid of everything elsee..
