my dad lost his job

im still in high school, a male, and recently my dad lost his job. He was getting paid really well and his company was paying him for 6 months, and now that 6 months is up and now he doesnt get paid anymore.
the thing is, hes working now, kinda, like he is working for an insurance company but he says he doesnt get paid and only get paid comission. lately i've been worried ass hell for him and our family. My mom still has her job and makes good money, but my dad is the one im worried about. i just dont understand it and why i have to worry about it. I mean, he is a smart guy, went to a good college, and got a degree in engeneering and have always managed to make it through. but lately i saw his mail and it says he hasnt been ...

How to deal & speak to an unfair boss?

I joined this firm for less than a year. And I encountered an unfair boss. He only favour his apple of the eye. Whatever, his apple of the eye says, he will try his every best to accommodate her requests to the extend. And I am always pulled into the picture as a scape goat.
Not only that, work are always pushed to me when his apple of the eye is slow at work and I am a fast worker. Further, when things goes wrong, I am always the one getting the blame not her.

okay so I have been dating this guy for the past three months and I recently found out he was cheating on me! He told the girl he made out with that he was single and that I was just his friend! I found this out cause i incidentally talked to the girl.I really got angry when I found out he had been lying to me all this while and I immediately broke up with him. when i confronted him about the whole thing he had to accept it but then for the first five hours after confrontation he was all like "i cant believe i could lie so well.." but after that he said sorry and kept on texting and calling me up! he wanted me back and told me he was very sorry and all and he actually spoke to some of his friends (who i know too) about the whole t...

Asking my freinds sister to prom? Advice?

Ok, here goes, try to keep up. I'm a junior (guy), and this means junior prom and all that goes with it, getting a ride, getting a tux... I've hit a snag when it comes to finding a date. There is a girl, a freshman, she and I both play trumpet and sit next to each other in band, and are both in jazz band so I have had plenty of time to talk and get to know her. However, there is a problem, she is my friends sister. He is a good friend, we ski together, we hang out on the weekends etc. I'm worried that if I ask her it will really screw things over, any advice?

There's a ccute boy that I've never talked to, I just frequently see him in the hall. I want to get to know him. I want to show him that I think he's cute, so I want to give him a note and tell him that, maybe give him my number and tell him we should hang out. Then if he texts me or asks to hang out, id know he was interested back. So, my question is for guys. Would you be flattered if a girl gave you a note in the hallway telling you that you're cute?

I'm having a little bit of trouble. A couple of months ago, I smoked (to get high) because i had never done it before and I just wanted to experience once what it was like. I have not done it since, and i do not plan on ever doing it again. My girlfriend got mad at me because i did it on a night that i couldn't talk to her - she had her sorority initiation. So she was upset with me. This weekend i was supposed to go visit a few friends at a school up north and i had to back out last minute because i have a big test on monday. ok well i really like this one guy at my highschool and were both in the same grade and hes in 2 of my classes im one of the prettiest girls in my grade and i have lots of friends, i sit next to him in the classes that we share,he already knows that i like him and his bestfriend told me he was just shy to talk to me,and everythime i try to say hello i freeze up and just cant think of anything to say i really want to be more than friends but i just know how plzzzzzzzzzzzz help!?

I get surprised really easy. If someone comes up behind me and just taps me on the shoulder I jump, if they put their arm around me a yelp a bit from surprise, if they poke me in the waist and I'm mid step I actually go weak in the knees sometimes and they have to catch me. Depending on how bad they scared me, I may or may not scream. It's not really loud unless it's on the worst scares... Either way though, it has to be annoying to the people around me. And it's a bit annoying that I can't stop it. It's just a natural reaction.
You see, my friends, especially the guys, try to scare me like this all time time and they just laugh and keep at it like it's not annoying but funny to them. So I don't know if my...

Before you get mad, I SENT THIS QUESTION IN ALREADY, but there is more to it so I decided to put in the old question and add new information.
There is this kid in two of my classes. I haven't thought of him as a boyfriend until everyone started saying we'd look cute together. We talk everyday. I sit next to my best friend in a class and he sits across the room, yet he still manages to find a way into our conversations and she says he looks over at us a lot. I am 16, female. This is for guys. I see this boy in the hallway alot in school and I would like to get to know him better. So, guys, would you think it was weird if a random girl came up and started talking to you? I'm thinking about writing him a note and folding it up and giving it to him in the hall. Maybe say something like "you're cute, maybe we should hang out. Here's my number, text me to find out my name." or something along those lines. Guys, would you like it if that happened to you? So, I am a 16 year old girl, 11th grade. There is this really cute boy that I see in the hallway quite frequently. We don't know who eachother is so I can't say like "oh, I think he is slightly interested" he is just cute and I would like to get to know him but since he is a senior we don't even have classes together. I think it will be weird to just see him in the hall and strike up a conversation. So guys, if a girl you didn't know did that, what would you think? Well, I've been talking to this guy lately and we aren't dating yet but we both see it heading there. He has a best friend and she is a girl. They dated for like a week a while ago and then just became best buds. I have absolutely no problem with this at all because I have some really good guy friends too. So her and I have gym together. We have never really talked. Well, we are on the volleyball unit and we got on the same team. So I was wondering what I could maybe say to her to start a conversation to talk to her more.

I like this guy at work and he said he thinks I'm cute. I'm 20 and he's 21. I know that he used to drink, but I don't think he does much anymore.I don't really know how he is outside of work. I am Christian and I'm not suppose to date a nonbeliever. I don't know if he believes in God or not. If he were to ask me out what should I say? Would it be ok if I said I had to think about it?

So I've been talking to this kid, he's my sister's age, and I love talking to him and I don't usually get bored talking with him like I do with most people. We share common interests and opinions on some things, but we only talk online despite going to the same school. He's very nice and gives me advice too. Problem is, I don't know if I LIKE him like that or not because I've never actually LIKED a guy. Well, like, I mean, celebrities don't count. College Roommates

20/F This Fall, I'll be going to a local University to work towards a Bachelor's Degree. I am going to live in a 4-person dorm and we each get our own rooms. I do not know the people I'll be living with. They will be chosen at random. Can you guys please provide me with your experience of living with roommates? Also, did you guys take the time to "get to know each other" or did it just kind of happen? This is my first time living away from home, so any input will help. Thanks!

This is really short: I work with this great guy and we are really hitting it off, but here's the problem -- I work with him. I kind of promised myself I wouldn't date someone who I worked with just incase something didn't work out since I would still have to see him everyday. But I ALWAYS feel this way with guys, whether I work with them or not (I kind of have a wall up).
Everyone says I need to take chances to actually find love, should I?

Senior Prom Troubles :(

Hi. I'm having a problem with Senior Prom. Obviously everyone usually wants to go to senior prom because its the final dance before high school ends and everything. Well, I am not sure if I want to go because I cant find a date =/. I'm a little shy so I dont go around asking guys if they want to go to prom with me. I get awkward around some guys too. I have guy friends but they either have a date, or not someone I'd want to go with because of their behavior. I asked my one guy friend because me and him are very close..but, he's taking some other girl because he already promised her and feels bad if he blows her off, since there good friends also (although he'd want to go with me; she already graduated anyway...) So, i dont know what to do...

hi ok i can't believe i am making a big deal out of this and posting a question about this, but yesterday i overheard some people's conversation about smoking out of a pipe. and i asked her about and i gave her my number and she said she would hook me up with some weed. and she didn't text me but i called her today and she texted me as i was leaving a voicemail and said i wanted some weed. but i am so scared, and i feel stupid for even putting myself in this situation. i've smoked marijuana before twice. i know what the consequences are and yet i still put myself in this situation. this girl said she would let me know. because her dealer didn't have any. i am scared what should i do? i am 20 years old. i mean i know people smoke weed so it...
