OK, i just got my first period today. Unfortunately, my mom is on vacation so I have no clue what to do. Am I supposed to wear a pad/tampon while I sleep? How often should i change them? THank you so much for your help!

i don't know if i'm pregnant or not i don't think i am but i'm not certain but i don't have any money to go to the doctor or get a test is there any other way to find out if i am or not?
also my nipple is bleeding and it hurts, what's wrong with it?

menstrual cramps

I'm on my period and have really awful cramps. What's the best drug to take? Aspirin? Tylenol? I'm tempted to just take them all.
