For the passed few months I haven't been eating much. The only thing I eat during the day is breakfast, usually poptarts. The rest of the day I'm not hungry AT ALL and no matter how hard I try to eat.. I just can't. I used to eat A LOT but now I hardly eat at all. What happened??? I'm kind of scared.

I'm 13/f and i really want to gain weight before school starts in september. right now i'm like a 00/14 kids and i want to be a size 0. i'm an ectomorph, so it's hard to put fat on easily. What should i do to gain weight? (please dont say eat junk food, i want to be healthy too)

Hello. I have a very serious medical question for you fellow advice columnists. When a fetus is in the womb, and it is given it's first lethal dose of the common drinking water (H20, in science lingo), why does it not expand to unproportional lengths due to a reaction due to the bacteria in said H20? For example, if a Native American were to take a lethal dose of H20, he would probably swell to unimanigible proportions and potentionally die. Does the same apply to fetuses? Thank you for your time.

i can gain weight VERY easily. like if i eat one thing extra then i would normally eat. then i have a "fat day" the next day. where my stomach 'puffs' out a little more then normal. i can easily gain like 3-5 pounds in one day. i also exercise every day. i do AT LEAST 170 crunches, 100 bicycles, and then stretch out my abs. so what can i do so i don't gain weight as easily.
i think that it has something to do with me having a slow metabalisum, but what can i do about that? oh and i'm 14/f if that helps.
and i can't go and buy any special pills or anything that speeds up my metabalisum

14/f...i've been trying to eat less calories and stay thin. a daily eating pattern is this
breakfast -- a vanilla crisp Special K bar
lunch -- one red apple and one chewy bar
dinner -- whatever my dad makes (it varies everyday from hot dogs to pasta)
but all of the sudden my dad has been trying to get me to eat more food. he is always thinking that if i eat too little then i'm going to become anorexic. whenever my dad cooks he makes me eat more then i want to eat to stay thin. what can i do? and today him and my mom started saying that they don't like how i eat a special K bar for brerakfast. they want me to eat something more suitable for breakfast like cereal..but that would put more calories into my diet and make me gain weight.

okay i know that none of these foods are "healthy" for you but i need to chose one. i'm going out for breakfast at like midnight tonight. its going to be fun and everything, but i've been trying to eat healthy and stay thin since its bathing suit season and i'll be wearing bathing suits ALL SUMMER. so which is better for you/has less calories a belgiun waffle with butter and syrup...OR... a silver stack of chocolate chip pancakes with butter and syrup?
i don't mean to be rude or anything but i need an answer by like 11:00 pm TONIGHT because i'm leaving around then.

im 13 female n i wiegh about 120-125 i was wondering if any1 knows how many calories im supose to eat for all the meals of the day and snacks. thanx so much. oh and sorry but i was wondering if anyone knew any good ways to work on my abs and or to loose weight on ur thighs

Is it possible to lose 3 pounds in one day? I totally pigged out last night at a sleepover and when I came home and weighed myself I was 101. But I felt self concious because I have to be in a bikini in front of a guy tomorrow so I didnt eat all today and I excercised. Now the scale says Im 98.5 and I am wearing the same thing I was when I weighed 101 - a bikini. Is that possible or is the scale wrong??

I hate my body so much. Im anorexic and I have been since February, but I read the effects and I want to eat healthy! Ive started eating again, but its all junk. Does anyone have a meal plan that will actually help you lose weight and is easy foods to actually get at a supermarket?

I'm thirteen and I am 5'4", and i weigh 100 lbs. I used to be really thin with a nice, flat stomache, and i only weighed 87 lbs. I think the reason I weigh more now is because this year was kind of rocky so I started eating more and mroe junk food to get my mind off of it. I'm much happier now, but I can't get my body to resist the cravings for junk food 24/7. Please give me advice on how to stop junk food cravings.

so i'm a xc and track runner, and i want to lose a little bit of weight. i run 5-8 miles a day and i don't want to not eat enough. about how many calories a day is enough for someone who exercises this much? and how much should i get if i want to lose a few pounds?

Okay so heres my question and sorry if its a long one.
I'm a rather active 14 year old female. i eat healthy most of the time and try my best to take care of my body. lately i have been experiencing pains and aches in my bones and joints. i also get muscle aches but that is very rarely.
I have let my mom know and she claims that it is because i dont drink enough milk.
i do admit that i dont drink alot of milk but i do eat other things that have calcium in them.
but i think theres also a chance that it might be growing pain. considering that i havent really grown in three years.
So my question is do you have any idea why i may be experiencing pain?
