Should my dad sue for a hit and run accident?

My dad was in a hit and run accident and he finally found the car who hit him, should he sue?
My dad was involved in a hit and run car accident 2 weeks ago. someone hit my dad. He finally found the car today by coincidence.The man that was driving the car that hit my dad said that his wife told him she hit a pole. Theres a little bit of our paint on his car and theres a lot of his red paint on our car. The insurance company told my dad the car was totaled, but my dad is a mechanic and he said it can be fixed but it costs $4,000. The man told my dad that he would pay for what is wife did. He said he would either pay for the damage done to the car or buy us another one. I just dont believe that he would do that. He said that we would h...

Hi, i jusst wanted to know if me and my 2 week old boyfriend should break up? This all started today when i sat on his knee (its ok im 16) and he said that i farted..... and i didnt!!! The second thing is thaat he touched my friends boob. The third thing is that when i was going up the stairs at school he said that i should get my "big butt" out of his face!! i was like WTF! shut the hell up! and when we were going to leave, he just said bye. not love you. just bye. we usually say i love you before we leave to go home. but he didnt today. college internship fears

My school offered me an internship to Singapore, its one of the most progressive countries in Asia and this could be my big break if I want to succeed in Marketing. My concern is I have never been to another country in fact I have never left my home town. I'm scared that I'd unknowingly break some laws and be fined huge or that I'd starve. If anyone can tell me about the laws and the amount of money I'd need to survive the country I'd be very thankful. By the way I'm Jayce, 18 & female.

i broke up with my ex cause he had cheated on me
i had no plans of going back to him
and i stopped talking to him completely
but then he keeps on calling me everyday and saying sorry
i dont know what he wants cause
he does say sorry and says he feels terrible for everything
but not once has he mentioned he wants me back
i miss him a alot and obv i want him to come back so u see its very hard for me to be rude to him and not talk at all

I attend a nearly all white academy, but, me being black, I have never fit in. Every day, being teased because I'm no good at sports, because of my race, anything. My teacher had stopped me after class and asked if things were okay because he had been worried about me. I was too afraid to tell him anything. I also had lacrosse practice (they require you to play sports at school) and I spent twenty minutes sobbing in the bathroom because I was being made fun of. I'm also confused because I don't see why I am treated differently from everyone else. I'm always the one by myself. I just don't want to deal with this anymore. overworked, torn & unhappy

I am 22/F, go to college full-time and also work. I have a good job, a great boyfriend, and a wonderful family. I go to school most of the week and usually work during the weekends or when I can. The problem is I'm being torn in all different directions. My mom thinks I should devote more time to school, my boss wants me to work more, and my boyfriend tells me he never gets to see me. I try to split my time fairly, but it just seems its a never ending battle. I never even have a chance to just sit down and have time for myself. These are supposed to be the best years of my life, but I've never been so unhappy. i go to a very small high school. probably 100 students max. i was walking in the hall with one of my friends and this guy bumps into me and smiles then my friend gave him a hug since they somewhat friends then as i was walking away he says "i can't get a hug?" with his arms open so i hugged him and started laughing. i'm not quite sure why he even did that. it wasn't awkward though it just left me and my friend a bit confused. any ideas?

New High School

Ok so my whole life I had planned on going to one high school and now, 2 months from the end of 8th grade, I find out I'm moving and its gonna be a different high school. I don't know anything about it or anyone that's gonna go there. Should I try to go along with how their students are, or stick to who I am, cuz I'm artsy and this high school is very technical from what I've heard. And how should I act, I've never been the new kid and now I'm gonna be the new kid at a new high school and I'll be a freshman, as if high school wasn't scary enough.

i have a story and a question- so here's the thing... i sent my former teacher two letters of appreciation, then she sent me back a thankyou letter. then, because i was so excited to get a letter from her, i sent her another letter saying thanks for replying and congrats on her new baby that she mentioned in her letter. she didn't respond, so i sent her another letter talking about random stuff and questions so she would have to reply back. when several months passed, i finally figured out that a possible reason for her not responding to my letters was that she didn't want to talk anymore. so, finally, i sent her another letter apoligizing and explaining why i kept sending her letters and how i really just wanted to talk to her and sorry fo...

How should I apologize to my boss?

I worked for a dollar store for about a year up until last August. I had put in my two weeks notice before I started school, but when I only had about 3 shifts left I was hit with some person issues that were really upsetting and I didn't think I'd be worth having at work in that condition. I called my boss and told her I couldn't come in for my last shifts.
I feel bad about this and I'm on a kick about apologizing for my wrongs, so I was wondering what the best medium for apology would be in this situation. I would feel pretty weird/nervous about apologizing in person since it's been so long. I wouldn't mind phoning and talking to her, or I already have a letter written up.
What do you think is most appropriate/best?
