My friends low esteem

My friend is always feeling really bad about herself. Were only 14 but she thinks that there is something wrong with her because she has never been asked out or had a real boyfriend. She's always jealous of other people. I keep telling her that she can't focus on what everybody else has that she doesn't or what other people can do better than her. I try to tell her that there are so many good things about her, but she won't listen. It's frustrating to me because I want her to see what everybody else sees, a funny, creative, beautiful girl. I told her to stop feeling sorry for herself. What do I do to make her feel better about herself? How can I help her to love herself?

Hello. Here is the situtation (sorry if its long)
Im a freshman in high scool, and I have 2 really good friends. One of them, let's call her Jacki, is really close to me, weve been friends for a long time. My other good friend is Kelsey, I havent known her as long as Jacki and we arent as close as Jacki and I are. alrighty then my best friend that i've been bests friends w/ for like 4 yrs won't speak to me. and i had no idea why until yesterday --- i'm going out w/ chris and i just found out that she had feelings for him and i told her that i'd break up w/ him just so she could try to have him and she wont say a word and i try to talk to her but she just ignores me so i dont know if i should break up w/ chris...i mean i really really like him and he treats me right.....doesnt try to have sex w/ me, he just holds my hand and kisses me, and is always there when i need him most...i just dont know wat to do...help please i need it

Well i am 14 years old and I am a female !! Ok me and my friend always get in big fights and she is always tellikg me on how i am such a baby for liking some of male stars like aaron carter and Dream street ! And I don't know if she is a good friend or not !! I feel like she doesn't like me for who i am !! okay..my best friend i love her and everything, but she has this level of flirting that is like wayy over the line. and when ever she goes out wtih someone she like flirts wtih other guys and i tell her that she has a bf and she is like..so he cheated on me! and omg! and whenever she isn't going out with anyone she flirts bigggg time with other guys like she is a slut! and we actyally have some sluts at our school (like gurls gogot "fingerd" or w/e) and she also got fingerd but i am one of the only people who knows about it and i just dont know what to do! please help me!?

well im about to turn 14 and i have a low self esteem really low and i try to be all happy and wut not but its hard and i talked to my best friend about it and he was like totaly insoulting me and telling me im a idiot for thinking the way i do and wut not.and i dont like the way i look at all but imn thankful 4 wut i do have and im am really shy and i dont think i can go on with life like this cause all i practicly do is put myslef down and now its like part of me and im trying to lose that but its like im alwayz putting myself down for some reason and i feel like if im the worst person in the world and i dunno wut do anymore plz help!

Ok, me and my friend **J have been friends a little less than a year. And well things between us have ALWAYS been more than just friendly (yes, like friends with benefits), but we can't ever be just friends. As soon as he finds a girlfriend, or a friend he who he likes more than me that will be flingy with, he leaves me alone, I mean he completely stops talking to me.
