Adult children and boundaries

Hello; I have a 30 yr old daughter and 2 grandchildren (which are my world!) living in a home on my property, which I own. I pay all utilities and living expenses and have for years. My daughter is non-medicated, diagnosed bipolar, so she can be difficult at best. My issue is that both of her children suffer from asthma and alergies and the home is older, so for those reasons I feel it would be best if she only smoke outside. I have set up 2 patio areas, one in front and one in back, and she still smokes in the house. She has put her son in the middle and told him if he tells me he won't be able to see me, which broke his heart. Hey there--
so to get to the point, I want my parents to realize that I can take care of myself in public and that I have my own specific personality. Never in their life have they let me sleepover a friends house tge only time was when I was 9 and due to lack of social involvement I cried the whole night. Here I am now 7 years later without one sleepover EVER.
I finally got the guts to ask my mom if I could sleepover a best friends house along with another friend a she automatically said no because
a) she doesn't 'trust' me
b) I'm too old for it.
This struck me hard because my 13 year old sister has had more then 7 sleepover experiances compared to my 1. I'm 16 and still play pokemon, digimon, & wa...

Okay so i have a problem.
Im 13 and my older sister is 15.
My cousins(16 & 18yearolds)came to hang out and take us and my little 9 yr old sister shopping and to hang out.
So they went to pick up a boy, Brian(17) and we went to a park and ate some ice cream. Then they brought him home. They hid him under the bed and told my mom they were sleeping over(my cousins) and long story short Brian ended up having UNPROTECTED sex, the rest of us were watching a movie & my LITTLE NINE YEAR OLD sister, me, and my cousin walked in on them.
I feel really disgusted with my sister & cant look her inth eye. Then she BEGGED my older cousin to buy the 'after sex whatever' pills. And she never talks to brian after that....

I am very annoyed with my mom right now because she is not letting me socialize with people I like. I'm a pretty normal person, but over the past year I have become good friends with this neat arty girl who looks very different from everyone else. She dyes her hair and dresses weirdly, but she is exceptionally nice and interesting and would never do anything bad or weird. She is completed anti-drugs, an I have told my mom thiis. My oldest sister is 19...I keep writing about her because if I don't have anyone to hear my story, then I might harm myself...again. IT's almost 12 at night and I have school tomoro. I'm tired of my oldest sister living in our home. Her time is overdue and she runs the entire upstairs and the house, eats up the majority of our food, is greedy,selfish,and disrespectful. She has no common sense at all. I can never sleep in my room or down stairs on the couch cuz I hear the her showering since she doesn't close the door and her room door light is on as well. i have a self esteem ,self image problem .i know it effects everyone and everthing in my life but do not know how to fix it.i take evrything said the wrong way and respond the wrong way. i dont trust anyone.i gained weight because someone called me a skinny bitch a few times and over heard a women tell another that they should watch their husbands around me.now 10 years later i am 50 lbs over weight,have now friends,no job,no life.i went to see a counciler and she basically said until i want to change she cant help me, somehow i think that was what i was paying her for?maybe i am just ment to be this sad pitiful person that i am

Other Mum's approval but my own hate me

I am 20/F. I love my boyfriend's mum and we get on very well despite only knowing each other 4 months or so. I met a mum of 2 20 something boys at college and we get on so well that I sometimes see her as an adopted mum.
The problem is my own mum and stepmum view me as some 'problem'. Mum hasn't spoken to me in months and had caused me to move 4 times in 6 months and has got my benefit taken from me.
I recently moved in with my dad and stepmum and she was fine at first but with me being unemployed she really pressurised me and with the stress I have been through I was in tears asking her to back off a little.

My mom, my sister and me we all been having some herd time's in life.
But my mom and me... well I will just say that we have not been gotting alone.
Some time's it me I know but some time...I will just say it's NOT ME.

My family is very roudy and not like normal fams really. I mean my moms family was normal why are ours all unclassy like? I'm tired of this stupid shiz. I feel as though my parents are mentally hurting me. I don't know if it's abuse or not but my dad probably figured out how to stay away from that. My dad is okay sometimes except that he sides with my mom even if she's wrong. She will say something extremely rude that I don't believe you should say to a child and if I say something remotely similar it's all me fault. Apparently from my mother I'm a terrible child. I can deal with that since I have for a few years. Now lately they're talking about how I am not good at the sport I do. How other people are better than me while they do the same practices I do. The last time i wrote on was April, its October. I think i have matured and have became more wiser. My life has change oh so much. The main problem i have is is forgiving my family. Such as my mom and my cousin and nephew. I say my mom, because i really cant look at her the same way . We were in NY , my moms boyfriend and i gotten into a huge agrument. I few years ago my mom passed away leaving the house to my sister . My sister was very abuse to my mom and had my name taken off the house..she also told my mom that I would give away the house to stranger's. To make a long story short. My sister is a bum that works a few days a week. Her bum son who us in his thirties and two kids and wife have lived there for three years in my moms house. Is this abuse?

I was wondering if the following constitutes verbal/emotional abuse when committed by a parent.
- Name calling/yelling often
- Neglect/ Not being spoken to for a while
- Having standards that make the child feel bad
- Manipulation
- Talking badly about the other parent to get pity
- If the child lives in fear of being physically abused
- If the child feels unloved or like the parent simply cannot be pleased
Emotional/verbal abuse/neglect are hard to identify since you can't see the scars. And I was wondering if all of these must be present for it to be abuse.. or just some of them? Does anybody know? Thank you very much.

Okay I'm 15 and to be honest I've about had enough of this. My mother is another story.Yes i love her but sometimes wow! I just wanna go to sleep for hours sometimes and not wake up. She has parental controls on almost everything! my phone now included because my friend accidentally was messing around and mentioned drugs in one of our txting conversations. My mom freaked when she read it and took my phone away. And my friend is no drug addict she is such a wimp i doubt she would but i havent told my mom yet.
