Im turning 18 in a month && im going to start taking diet pills. Dont tell me why i shouldnt because you probly wont change my mind.
Does anyone take any diet pills or know someone that takes them. Which kind would you recommend?
i need something can buy at cvs or walmart. none of that sutff you have to order off the tv or online.

Alrite im 17 almost 18 in October && female.
im about 30 pounds Over weight & im dying to have thatt dream body. Im not Actaully fat. I carry it good i guess you can say. But the fat is in all the wrong places. Thighs & butt & stomach.
I bought this oxygen magazine. Its exercises that give you that total body workout & you can see amazing diffrences in 30 days. I know im not going to lose all my extra weight in 30 days but i hope to lose quite a bit.
Im pretty much willing to do what it takes to lose this weight. Im going to start these exercises soon.
I love to run but it doesnt say anything abut running. I want to run but ill have to do it earrly morning ...

I'm 16, 5'3" and weigh 152 pounds. I just moved to a new state and am going back to visit my friends in 2 months. I'd like to drop 20-30 pounds before I go back, and also slim down my thighs and butt. I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat fast food, and I don't drink soda. But with 6 AP classes and a job it's hard to eat right most of the time. I barely even have time to workout but I do what I can at night and on the weekends. Is there anyway that I can drop the weight?

hi, i weigh 101 and i'm 5'4 and im a 16 yr old girl. im a ice skater and my coaches think im fat. i am very insecure with my weight and afraid to gain. i have decided that i am going to hardxcore diet but not become anorexic, what would be too skinny for someone my height and age.

Hi, my name is Shiloh and im 16. Im about 5'4 and i weigh around 90 pounds i believe. Everyone always asks me if i am anerexic. People even say behind my back that i am. Iam not though, thats the thing. I mean, i eat pretty healthy. like i dont eat a lot, but iam not starving myself or anything. i also dance, so thats probably part of it. i dont really care that people say these things about me, but i dont want to be unhealthy. does this seem unhealthy to you, and what should i do about these bitches saying iam anerexic?

i eat way to much all the time. like im not overweight or anything but i know it will cetch up to me sooner or later so i jsut need ways to stop eating so much & thinking about food all the time.

My friend and I were talking the other day and the subject of food and weight came up. She says one way she looses weightand keeps it off and still gets to 'taste' whatever she wants is by chewing up the food and then spitting it out. Now, she doesnt do this for everything, just like chocolate and candy ect. Not like apples and everything healthy...but I was wondering if this really works, or does the fatty stuff still get in your body. Thanks.

I think I'd look alot prettier with longer hair. I am african American ( not actually african tho), and my hair grows slow....I understand that I dont need to have long hair to be pretty, but im way past that I need advice on how to speed up the process. I know I cant get a get long hair quick scheme without weave...but I dont want the appearance of long hair..I actually want it to call my own...I use dr. Miracle, and already use this thing called Hair Formula 37, but i dont know if its workin...I need my hair to grow

I know that if you don't eat, it actually makes your body gain weight, or so everyone says. But honestly, if you ate nothing, or say 1 apple every day for 2 weeks..would you lose or gain weight? I've always been curious about this. Thank you.

Alright basically i was diagnosed with anorexia two years ago. Now my question isnt about me being it cuz i know im not ive been keepin an average menstration cycle. My question is should i go on a diet or do you think that would be stupide becuase if i restrict i might become anorexic again. Im weighing at 115 im size 2 and small - medium in shirts..so im not huge but im not very very thin..im 5'3" if that helps you get a vision of my boy type im fit but i wonder if itd be okay to limit my foods. Im supposed to be at 124 but 115 is okay to..id like to be down to 112 im 16 years old. alright now that ive rambled on what do you think?

hey i am on a diet and have been doing fine but im very big on dessert. i cut down my normal ice cream at night and insteas of all those calories have something lighter. but now im ready to cut down dessert altogether. any tips? its very difficult as i am used to having something sweet before bed. help if you can thank youu.

I have been trying to eat healthier, so I have been substituting some of my normal snacks for fruits. But when I start eating them, I eat SOOO much fruit! Can eating too much fruit be bad for you in the long run? Like obviously you need fruit in your diet, but if you eat too much all the time can it cause you to gain weight or anything? Thanks in advance!
