hii. i was looking for some advice. i'm not sure if this is normal or not. but i've always disliked my body, i've always considered myself fat- even if everyone says i'm fine and its just muscle. but i constantly count all of the calories in my food. i'm extrememly self concious...and i wish i wasnt. once in awhile if i feel gross after i eat i'll purge it up. but it's not like i do it constantly. once in awhile i'll avoid eating but yet other days i'll eat regular. i don't weigh myself every single day.. but i'll stand infront of my mirror and point out my flaws and how gross i am. i think i'm the "fat" one in my group and i hate it because all of my friends are thin. do i have a problem or is this okay? help pleasse . thank you

Iam 17 and i weigh 149 and iam about 5 foot tall and I was wondering what kind of diet should I go on i've been walking my dogs for about a mile lately,but I was wondering what kind of diet to go on besides cutting down.

Hey my name is Rachel and iam 17 years old and i've been really depressed about my weight lately and my self-esteem has really been going down and my blood pressure has been going up to like 152/102 and my doctor says that's really high for a 17 years old and he looked scared and that really scared me that my doctor looked scared so i've been eating alot less than I use to.I use to weigh 149 and now I weigh about 105 and iam 5foot and I got so use to my lowcarb diet I decided to stick to it and excersize regularly,but my mom seems really worried and so do my friends and my other family they say when iam only 105 I don't need to diet i've been seeing my school counsler and she tells me to do what I feel is right,but at this point I don't know what is right.Is this anorexia?

1.) Will this help me from preventing illnesses?
2.) Will the strengthen my immune system?
3.) What kinds of foods and drinks should I have every day?

ok basically my school lunches are horrible. they serve pizza & bagels every day. their salad is watery & brown. you get my point. i need ideas for lunches to pack. i was thinking of either pb & j with fruit, but obviously i don't want that every day. anything that would be good?? just remember-- it will be sitting in my locker [i can use ice packs] & also i don't want packaged food such as 'meals'.

i was wondering what you could tell me about detox plans for your body. are you allowed to eat food, or is it moslty just water and the stuff listen below? any other information or websites would be great.
14 days of
60 oz water per day.
12 tablespoons Organic Grade B Maple Syrup.
12 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
a little over half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Well, I'm 14 and I'm a female. I have always been very self concious about my stomach because I'm not skinny - but I'm not fat either.
Is there any diet plans that I can get online for free to help me eat better? I'd like to start getting in shape and getting rid of my fat.

I need more fiber. Any suggestions for meals? I want something that has fiber in every meal [3] I have.
Is there any cereals that have a lot of whole grain and less sugar? I can't really go into the store and take my time to look..
I can't have beans** that last time I did, i threw up [i dont know why] i can't digest them?
So any recipes? Anything good with fruits? :]

Hey iam 17 years old and iam a female and for some reason i've been really embarrased about my weight i've been telling myself that I eat to much and that iam fat.my friends and family keep telling me that my weight is fine,but I don't belive them I tell them they just say that becouse they are my friends and family and they have to say that to be nice.Iam 5 foot and 1 inch tall and I weight 149 lbs and I've also been skipping breakfast,lunch,and I eat supper,but I just eat a very small salad in order to lose weight my friends and family seem very worried about me and keep telling me that i'll make myself sick if I keep doing this to my body.I also walk for about a mile everyday after school and it's true i've been exsperincing headaches al...

I've completely given up junk food. I don't eat fast food, candy, sodas, french fries, pizza, ice cream, potato chips, donuts, all that stuff. So anyways, today my dad, my brother and I went to McDonalds for lunch and I didn't get anything, I said I'd wait to eat lunch when we got home. Then my bro said "You're just afraid of getting fat. And he waved a french fry in my face." I didn't know what to say... and it was embarassing. I'm not afraid of getting fat. I eat plenty!! Just not junky stuff. I want to live a healthy life. And some of my friends joke that I'm anorexic cause I won't eat popcorn at the movies or drink sodas with them. What do I say when they do that??

Okay, I've got something wrong with me... I'm scared to eat. I'm only 14 and love to eat, but recently (3 weeks ago today) I scratched my throat or something and it's really weird and hard to eat. Here are some details:
1. I've dropped 15 lbs.
2. I've thrown up twice.
3. I've gone through a lot of stress lately. Maybe that has something to do with it?
4. My mom's letting me get out of school to go to the doctor tomorrow.
5. My grandpa, stepmom, mom, and dad think I'm anorexic (yeah right, a fat anorexic girl! lol no joke)
So if you can recommend anything to help me, if there is anything you can possibly do, I'd appreciate it!

I need to lose weight. I need a pratical diet that I can go on that doesn't include special diet pills or insanely expesnive food.
I'm already working out 3 hours every other day, I just need to correct my diet.

okayyy so i'm 5'7 probably and i weigh 107 pounds but i want to get down to 100 before school starts and don't give me some big speech about how it's not good to loose weight because i'm doing it but alright so... i don't eat that much every now and then and i just drink a lot of water and i work out like...45 minutes every day and i started all this about a week ago so does anyone have any advice on how to lose it fast? i want to be down to 104 by sunday please and thank you =]
