My mother is a very confrontational person. I love her but she is. Well, just in the car we where talking and nearly everything I had to say she had the completely opposite view on.
For one, we talked about piercings and tattoos. I love both, well my mom is a different story. I was talking to her about what kind of body art I would want in the future and how I would also like to stretch my ears (aka gauges/plugs). She completely flipped and started telling me how if I get piercings and tattoos I won't get a job and be homeless. Also, that I should want to make myself look like a freak. Completely blowing it out of proportion. I was really offended by this because I love it and do play on getting it done to...

Hey, Advicenators!
I need some help interpreting a dream because I think it is of great significance.
The dream begins with me in the backseat of a car with a 5-year-old kid driving. I was scared.
The next part of the dream seems of more significance. I dreamed that I was in my crush's living room (I've never been there before, though) and I am using his laptop. It is very similar to my own. There is no one else in the living room and I am sitting on the couch with a table in front of the couch and then a turned off television. Does my nose automatically make me ugly?

All through middle school I was made fun of for my nose being big. I was in the "puberty process" & all that. But through out the years, I guess you could say I've grown into my nose? It's not as disproportionate to my face anymore. My main problem is the bump on my nose ... I'm not an ugly girl, but I have a bump on the bridge of my nose. It's not HUGE, & no one ever says anything to me about it. But I notice it & I hate it!
Does it make me ugly?

Nervous about taking CPR class?

I know this question may seem really, really pathetic, but I work as a Residential Support Staff, taking care of adults with developmental disabilities. One of my job requirements is I have to take a CPR/First Aid class through the Red Cross. Problem is, I'm extremely nervous about the CPR part. I hate getting up in front of people and having everyone watch my every move. How do these classes work (I know not every class will be the same) but kind of a run down on how things go. Do you work in partners on the dummy, or do the dreaded get up in front of the whole class and do it? Like I said, this probably seems really silly and you're probably laughing.. but I'm serious. Any insight would be great! Thanks!

Embarrassing scars- what can a dermatologist do?

I'm not proud of it, but in my sophomore year of high school I had some really bad friends and was going through a bad time and I used to cut myself. I have completely changed since then and it's been five years but because of my stupid decisions my left forearm is covered in scars. I'm a totally different person than I was back then, and I don't want to live with this embarrassing reminder anymore.
I'm very fair skinned, and the scars are lighter than my skin and slightly raised. They aren't terribly noticeable in artificial lighting, but out in the sun or in very bright lights they are extremely obvious. Or at least to me they are but I'm self conscious about it.

Black spot covering pore on vagina mound

I used to give myself brazilian waxes, but have stopped recently. The other day, a lil spot on my vagina mound (the flat surface) was itchy, so I decided to check what it was and I found a black thing, I dont know what to call it, covering my pore, the pore where a hair was meant to grow. And so I just picked it off. I literally just picked it up off my pore. It was a hard and black. I have no idea what it is. I'm hoping someone has had this before and knows what it is. I've had this before but I ignored it. I have it once in a while.

Waxing/Sugaring Preventing ingrown hairs etc.

I was just wondering, what is a good, not too expensive product to use after waxing/sugaring to prevent ingrown hairs/pimples anything like that.
Usually after I have my brazilian wax, it gets reall itchy down there. Is there any way to avoid this?
Basically, I just want to know a good product as a waxing hair-removal after-care.

I'll just get right to the point here.
There's this really CREEPY guy whos two years older than me (he's about 17) and he has always bothered me...
i used to be friends with him, and a few months ago, he mysteriously got my phone number and began to text me
i left my phone for awhile, and when i came back, i had 5 or so missed calls from him and a voicemail or two.
This started a seemingly NEVER ENDING period where he would just call me non-stop all day, send me pictures of himself (just his face, looking sad, texting me, and leaving me voicemails. He must of called me 60 or so times over the course of a weekend. I never answered once which made him angry.

Bra cups

Every time I put on a 36 c cup, i pop out of it. i try a 34 D 36 d and so on.. they always run out of my perfect size.. and my family is always really low on money.. so we go to walmart..we need a brand that is not 30 dollars per bra.. but 20 is okay i guess. what is that brand that can help women when theyre 'in between' sizes? im 16 so i don't want those pointy fabricy bras. i really want cute types.. i really don't need patterns.. as long as they don't have HUGE straps and aren't pointy with a lot of fabric then im fine. thank you! ohh and i dont want just a thin bit of fabric.. i dont like extra cup padding but i do like thinish protective padding for my nipples. thank you!!

Hey guys I'm turning 19 on june 30th. And I have no clue what to do. My parents are not doing anything for me they could care less, and all my friends are out of town. So basically I want to do something fun by myself? Or maybe with one of my cousins. And I don't have money.and I don't like clubbing I'm a good girl haha. So yea I know this sucks but I want to make it fun atleast for me. And my parents are horrible they have never cared about me so its not a surprise they won't even remember. Little beatles in my pool!

We have a swimming pool (above ground) and there are always those gross little flying beatles. We went in there at 12 got out at 1ish, it was completely clean, no beatles, I went to go back in there at 3ish and there is at least 10 beatles! They like swim around in there. And they are just really annoying and when you try to take then out with the net they ing on.
So I was wondering, is there anything I can do to keep then away? Like a spray or something to put in the pool..

My tattoo doesn't fit my new future. What's the best way to get rid of it?

Hey everyone, 22/f.
Basically, just like my subject says, I have a tattoo on my back of a symbol that's pretty important to me (I designed it), but I'm beginning to see a future for myself in which I don't want to have a tattoo. So, I'm looking at getting rid of it. It's all black ink and the size of my palm, approximately.
1. Has anyone tried Wrecking Balm? I ordered it, I have it, but I'm concerned about skin damage, as I know it's basically a bunch of chemicals. I don't really have sensitive skin anywhere, but I am pretty pale, and scar easily, ish.
2. Has anyone tried laser removal, or intense pulsed light? The only issue with these is that I really don't have a ton of money. So, I dunno. ...
