im just starting cross country...i used to run just for fun but no matter how good of condition i was in i can never keep my breathing normal. i constantly have to keep fighting to get enough air. how can i change this?? thanks in advanced..

So Cheerleading.I love it but this year i didnt do it.It started today and i went and watched my cousion do it.I really started to miss doing it.So now i want to do it again.Im nervoes to tell my mom cause she will probly say i told so.I also dont want to do it because im so darn bussy.What should I do?

please dont say "Practice, practice, practice" or "ask someone" because I need ACTUAL tips from someone who has ACTUALLY played!

okay i've cheered 2 seasons already, but i was wondering how to get my jumps higher & better for this season(starts in 2 weeks)..and if any cheerleaders on here have any tips for doing better on anything else?..mainly i need to know how to better my jumps and higher them<3 thanks..ill rate high!

when you go for tumbling, what do you do there?..like stretches?(what kinds) and like for the tumbling what do they teach you??..please answer, anyone who can, it'd be a bigg help!..thanks, ill rate high!

OK, I sport knees or thats just what I liek to call them mt knees are not try but they just like dak and rough and not smooth i try putting lotion on them but that dosent take it all away what else could i do?? I'll try anything!

okay so its summer and im really not in shape anymore. well cheerleading starts august 15th, what do you guys think i can do to get myself back in shape before then becuase the first 2 weeks are all condtioning and those practices are from 9-11 and 12-230..which is a long time and i dont want to be hurting bad after the first day because im so out of shape. any suggestions??..thanks a bunch.. ill rate high!

hey! i'm on a healthier diet because i know i have been eating too much crap! i had a good dinner around 8 oclock and haven't ate anything since, since i know it's bad for you! and it's now around midnight, and my stomach hurts really bad! why does it hurt?

i've played soccer since i was in kindergarten..im a good player but i always had crappy coaches and i feel like im a crappy player yet good..i dno..im going into highschool and im obviously trying out for soccer..does anyone have any tips on how to get better and how to become a better runner and all that? i could really use the help!

hey i want to join every sport this coming year but im not VERY good at all of them and our coaches are all about winning and i dont want to be the one that ruins everything any tips on how i could get better in every sport (volleyball,basketball,softball,etc.)

OK, im looking for a decent tennis racket that is priced $20-30. so far the ones that i have liked are the Wilson Fusion 110, Head Ti Smash, Prince Powerline Synergy, Prince PowerLine Zone, and the Wilson '05 Grand Slam 115. I was just wondering if anyone had any other reccomendations and/or out of the ones i picked out which one would be the best.

i go to a school where sports mean alot..i have tried a bunch of differnet sports..but none of them work for me..i am tring to stay in shape..but i havent as much since i quit my last sport..i really want to try out for a sport this year..any ideas of which one i should pick..i'm not to good at sports ..but i'm detirmned to do this!

Umm Ok, I play Basketball and Softball and I love them both but I also wanted to try Soccer...I know how to play a little bit but I don't know the postions, or the rules does anybody have any good websites or know all that stuff??? And do you think I should try out next year? I have to admit I'm A little nervous

I was on the 7th and 8th grade basketball team for middle school and I got alot of playing time but I dont think Im that good. I dont thin i should tri-out for high School my school is really into basketball and i just want to have fun. I like basketball but i dont thin its my sport i think volleyball is. I dont kno if i should do both or just vollball? what should i do
