OK me and my friend have told eachother everything,
and secrets? never told to anyone.
So one day she asks me, Can I tell you a secret and I'm like sure, and she's like you cant tell anyone.
But one her other friends gave her two ciggartes! and I asked her "Are you gonna use it?" and she's like I dont know. But you have to do it with me. she said and I didnt say anything. I dont know. Shes like so will you and i said SURE!! why! I DONT KNOW! I was stupid! b/c Im not the type of person who stands up for hreself very often. I mean its just a ciggeret. it wouldent hurt me to have just one? would it??

dieting for prom night

hey iam 17 years old and I weigh 146 lbs and I wanted to lose weight by prom night so I can look good for my junior/senior prom night and I was wondering what kind of diet should I go on so I can lose 10-20 pounds by april i've been excersizing,but that dosn't seem to be working and iam not drinking any sodas just water nothing else what else should I be doing

making me fall asleep

I need help falling asleep. i always try to fall asleep but end up falling asleep at like 2 am!! Now that schools starting, I would like to sleep. lol. Can somebody give me advice on how to relax and fall asleep for school? Please help and thanks a lot!

Dieting

I'm 14/f. I weigh about 102, give or take. I haven't danced in like 7 months and I noticed my stomach is getting soft. My friends tell me that I'm still very skinny, but I think otherwise. What do you suppose I should do to get back in shape.

high cholesteral;;dad cant cook

i have a problem with my weight. my mother works from 3pm-11pm, so that leaves dinner up to my dad. My dad can't cook. He can only barbeque, and make chicken cutlets...and pasta. So every night we either have something barbequed [like hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.] or pizza or fast food. I have high cholesteral and I'm supposed to be trying to get it down since it's very high, but I can't do it with the way my dad "cooks". I do have a treadmill and I try to run a mile whenever I can fit in, but I do have school and other activities so it's hard to exercise everyday. What could I do to help bring down my cholesteral and lose some weight [or gain some muscle, either way] when I have to eat this food? I'm 13 by the way, so I can't exactly cook myself.

Hi. There is this fish shop (a shop that sells fish) near my house, they also sell stuff like candy, so anyway i piked up a candybar and looked at the sell by date and it was like 3 months past it, so when i told the shop keeper he insisted there was nothing wrong with the sell by date, so i took a few pictures of the inside of the shop, and the backroom and then a picture of the out of date candybar(including the date) and left, is there anything i can do to report him and if so who do i report him to?

i hate my body..i play soccer and lacrosse and i like to run.. but all i see is fat. sometimes when i eat i'll make myself purge. i don't want to do it before i do it but after i feel so much better like i've accomplished something. i always count my calories....i don't purge every day.. sometimes it's only once a week or once every few weeks. but sometimes i'll do it more than once a week...am i bulimic? is this serious? do i need help?

remember when cadey gave regina caltine bars or something like that to gain wieght?
do those really exist and do you know where i can find them...?

breakfast

I know you're supposed to eat breakfast every day, and it'll help your metabolism, but i never have time to eat it during the school year. my bus comes around 7:20 - 7:30 and i'm usually dressed by 7 (i shower at night) so by the time i wash up and do my hair & makeup and stuff its time to go. last year i had those quaker things and a water bottle, but i dont think thats enough for breakfast. i also think my bus driver is catching on lol. so what are ways i can either fit a fast breakfast in, what to have, or something nutitious i can take with me on the bus

oh yeah, i have a REALLY hard time getting up, so it would be even harder to get up earlier, so i might need some tips on how to wake up earlier

well they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. its always hard to make up my mind on what to eat before school.

and i'm asking if anyone knowns some quick healthy breakfasts that i could at least eat every other day. or what foods i could alternate with. thanx for the advice.

i eat constantly. i'll eat to the point that i feel like i'm gonna pop. seriously. and i get hungry really easily. i eat healthy food pretty much, and i dont throw up or anything. i guess when i;m sad i eat a lot more. so is there a name for this? its like i'm a compulsive eater. i havent gained or lost any weight, but is it still bad for me? i'm 5'3 and 104 lbs. and i'm overall happy with my body.

This may sound crazy but i really want to know how i can gain 'healthy' weight. I know that sitting on the couch w/ potato chips is a way to gain weight but i want 'healthy' weight. Like my best friend isnt fat but BUFF (and i REALLY mean BUFF) and i know that i am under weight. not WAY under weight. i eat 3 square meals a day and walk my dogs usually 4 times a day and play basketball and soccer alot. I am really skinny and short. Being short isn't a problem (well kinda for me anyway) but i really want to gain weight so i can get healthy and 'more buff' (stronger if that helps) PLEASE HELP!!!!!

16/f. please help im addicted to ice cream! whenever i see it, i have to have it. and im always eating it. i could eat a whole carton at once and its really bad because i dont think i would be the weight i am now if i wasnt so obsessed. how can i stop my craving/obsession with it? please dont say take it out of the home because i have 6 other family member who still want it.

I am an athelete and am physically exhausted most of the time after practice. I told my mom this and she says I need more protein so I should eat more meat. However, I'm not a big meat eater. Does anyone have any ideas for easy ways to get more protein into my diet? Like a supplement or something? Thanks.

ive been eating a 90 calorie granola bar, and half of a 100 calorie weight watchers yogurt (half of it is 3 oz)for breakfast. im 15/f 130 pounds, on a diet. is this a nutritionally sound breakfast for someone of my age on a diet? thank you :)
