crammed with work. Posted Monday June 26 2006, 6:23 pm
its about a job not a job search. sorry.
I work at cvs and yea you may think it can't possible be that busy but at times its really busy and i feel like i get crammed with things that need to be finshed. When i work 8 hour shifts its not as bad but when i work 5 huor shifts it is. I hate having to leave work for the managers to do. Like today i had to leave a bunch of stuff like doing a ton of reprints with photo. 2 rolls of film. Filling a 4x6 paper roll. Then i finished magazines but i didnt know where to put them so i left them up front. When i work i have to do all the stuff that is brought up and ring register. I usually work by myself so i dont have someone that can help me out because the manager is busy. ...

future plans Posted Saturday June 24 2006, 11:43 pm
I'm going into highschool this year and I'm starting to really think of what I want to be. Problem is, I have no idea what I want in life. I'm into traveling, working with/entertaining people, current events, writting, basically anything having to do with learning new things and meeting new people. I want to have a good, steady income but I don't care about being rich. Any ideas of professions that would fit me?
- thanks

Summer Job Posted Saturday June 24 2006, 10:57 am
I want to get a job at Starbucks but don't know where to start. I am 16 and I printed out the application. Do I have to have previous experience? It's a catch-22, isn't it?
Also, any tips if you've previously worked for them?

I wanna be a flight attendant, so after high school I'm gunna get trained to be one. Is it hard to become a full-time flight attendant? I have a family friend who works for a flying company and is well known with the company, so will this help me? If I become a flight attendant, do you know how much time I'll be flying...like will I be at home only for a day every month..? I'm kind of clueless.

14. Posted Wednesday June 14 2006, 3:45 pm
Okay, I know you get a lot of questions about 14 year-olds and jobs. But, I need to know some places you can work at 14. You have to know FOR SURE. Because some said McDonalds when that is 16, and others too.
Like I'll try baby-sitting, like I have babysat before, but I don't think that people will leave there kids with a complete stranger and such. Especially since I don't know CPR ect.
I want to get a decent salary and no volunteer work. But, please list jobs that you know FOR SURE.
Sorry, if I come off as rude.
I'll rate 5's no matter what.
