Okay so lately I was on an excellent diet and a successful one
Then i went to 2 parties and ate junk food
and then when i came home i ate junk food
and gained back the weight i lost.I can never just eat ONE cookie or ONE scoop of icecream, it would be like a big bowl or 2 or 10 cookies.
Then after that I would move to something else.
I need help!
And also im 5'7 but im about 145 pounds,, am i obese?
I exercise alot! and I eat alot of healthy foods but like every week i get these splurges!
Any help would be great!

I have very, very thin fingernails. They are literally almost as this as paper- I can actually tear them apart.
Is there any way to make them thicker? If I take multivitamins every day, can I have thick nails?

reduced fat peanut butter is a huge part of my diet.
I eat it every morning on whole wheat bread with a bannana.
Is that an okay breakfast?

Okay
so on a regular day
I eat a redcued fat peanutbutter and banana sandwhich , a protein shake
a peice of chicken , some green beans and corn
and an apple and some cantelope.
And I work off about 400 calories in exercise.
And I dont eat past 6 or 7.
Is an okay diet?
And also i only drink water.

Okay so im on this major calorie cut diet.
And i drink water all day long
but i try not to eat past 7 but i get these cravings for something other than WATER! so i drink like 1 0r 2 DIET cokes, is that okay??
or is it gonna ruin my diet.
Im actaully extremly good with nutrition and health but i just never thought of it like this since it has so much carbonation.

heya im 15 years old and recently ive been noticing a lot of hair falling out!
1. when im in the bath and am lathering in shampoo i find a lot of strands knotted around my fingers.
2. when i run my fingers through my hair there are about 4/5 broken strands and about 7 full strands floating to the floor
3. when i brush my hair i leave a carpet of strands of hair on my lap
I dont know if this is normal (because ive heard that you lose about 80 strands of hair a day) and i have a good diet , plenty of fruit n veg etc, and i straighten my hair everyday. I understand that this doesnt sound much but if it happens everyday as it does then wont i have less hair in a couple of years? help!

And is it possible to get an alcohol test to see if you've been drinking (not that I have, its just that a few of my friends have and I'm worried that they'll be kicked off the field hockey team if we are tested)

I'm 15, 5'1 and I weigh 85 pounds.
No, I never had an eating disorder.
I really want to gain 15 pounds.. Because I can't fit in a size 0 or 1 in jeans. I would like my hipbones not to stick out.. or my shoulder blades..
I want some fat on me. But I dont know what foods to eat. I know fatty foods, but list some meals. I'm going to do a milkshake a day. Or close to every day. (Is that healthty?)
I have a very high metabolism.. I heard, you should eat at night or before bed because you won't burn off the fat or something ?
If people think losing weight is hard.. gaining weight is even harder.
I've been struggling with it for 2 years.

You know in the gym places, they sell those pills that kill fat. I dont know the name in English sorry about that. Anyways, I work out a lot but I have a lot of fat on my body and everybody insists that this fitness aid, the fat killer (not its real name) causes no damage on your health at all. Its not like its hormones or steroids or anything. Should I proceed or not?
I am huge, I work out a lot, never ever consumed anything before, I am 110 kilos and do 60 pull ups every day and run for 1 hour every single day. I am pretty much the strongest person I know, and the biggest.

Ok im thirteen years old and i dyed my hair during summer recently as in about .. oh say a month and a half ago i started losing hair i would think a lot since my first time, but i dyed my hair in july i shocked my body i guess recently by eating only dinner and a snack when i got home from school i didnt lose much the first few weeks but in the past oh say....three weeks i have been noticing it when i hold all my hair is one hand and then pull gently with another and some falls out containing about 15 strands...i only have been using shampoo for the past month and a half too and i have been eating salad but sometimes with chicken...please help me and tell me what my problem might be, im also not a woman yet so how can my hair be falling ou...

okay im not like fat fat or anything
but sometimes i cant control how much i eat, ill eat sooo much just because i feel bored and i just do it.
like ill eat 3 small bowls of cereal and then ill eat like 5 granola bars , and on nights when im in a good mood , ill just pig out like ALL night!
help!
but usually i eat very very healthy during the week and i try and control my portions
but the weekends are like always splurges!
help please!!

um is it harmful that i accidently swalloed a couple of my rubberbands for my braces..?
i keep forgetting to take them out when i eat,
so then late i notice one side of my mouth doesnt have it..
and then the other does, so i assume i ate it.

Is it better to do dungbell curls or machines and what are the advantages or each. I do machines like bicep curls, shoulder press, chest press, push downs, and things like that.
