I dropped my ipod touch in water will it be better if I dont put in the charger for a while?
I dropped my ipod in water in school and soon as I dropped it I put it under the dryer. It was still on, put it kept freezing,turning on and off, and the apps kept coming on and off but the ipod was on. when I tap something, something else will come up. Its been 3 hours since I dropped it in water. I don't wanna tell my mom because this is the 3rd ipod that's been dropped in water. Its dead now because the battery was low when I dropped it and it was still working. and I don't know if it works now.Now its dead. It still works as far as I know, its not like the last 2 Ipod I had when I dropped them in water they wouldn't come back on. should I...

Xbox 360 Help transferring xbox live games to new console?

Um, I have an Xbox 360 Elite console... the old one, not the 250gb model, but I want to get that model. My question is, I have about 7 games I bought from the Xbox live store(Like Assassins Creed and Halo 3 and Devil May Cry 4) I was wondering, if I give my old Xbox away, does that mean I will lose those games? Or is there a way to transfer them to my new Xbox.

Due to assholes on the site and people who have no idea what the hell they are talking about I have left the site. Ahem, Dangernerd...Who likes to make assumptions about people when they do not know them ;) Then has brass balls to go search up whatever information he can gather so he has back fire to use whenever he feels like starting a little hissy fit. Let me remind those who read this, Dangernerd has a nasty tendency of using what you post on the site against you if you where to ever have a problem with someone on the site. Mind you, He likes to gather false information in a way that he thinks will benefit him in the long run.

On your raitings when a colomnist leaves u a feedback how do you retreive it I can get my rateings but can't see my feedback does anybody know how to retreive them if so please let me know because iv gone to my rateings page but all it does is give me score not my feedback

Buying a Paid Account on Advicenators?

I am considering buying the paid account here on Advicenators. I'm especially interested in the fact that I can change my username (or column name, I guess it's called) to something different. I have a couple of questions though for the people who do currently have paid accounts:
- How many times can I change my username? Just once?
- Does the detailed information on the questioner tell the person's username too? Because I was thinking that it sort of defeats the anonymity of the site then...
- Is it worth the $10 for a year for a paid account, in your personal opinion?

What should I do to get water out of my screen? I have a touch phone and its under the plastic thing so I don't know what to do, I have heard rice works so I took it apart and put it in a bag of rice, is there anything else I can do?

I have a Samsung Impression from AT&T. Everytime I receive a text message it says I have 2 messages instead of one. I tried deleting all my messages but it doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi, for those of you who live on Oahu and went through with the update that took place last Saturday, March 13, 2010. By chance, do you know how to retrieve a home phone's previous voice message (you know, that personal message you create that tells the caller to leave a message)? My parents and I really would like to have the original message back instead of creating a new one, as "required", because I recorded it when I was in 5th grade and it has extreme sentimental value. Yes, I have called customer service but apparently it's "closed and you may call back tomorrow". I don't want to wait 'till tomorrow. Please help ASAP.
