i need a physical test done for school to play on the basketball team next year i want to play but im to nervous to go to the doctors iget really nervouse when i go and start to ter up. i could always just take p.e.

Im a senior and high school and I've always been good at volleyball, just never the best. Last year when I was a junior I was only on the JV time while A couple juniors were in varsity. This year Im dead set to be in varsity cause thats just a rule for a senior. The new coach is taking the varsity team to a university camp then the jv to a community college camp. And she is making me and a few others go to the jv camp. She said it had nothing to do with abilities but I looked at the varsity camp and its all the people who were on varsity last year..even the freshmen. I feel like this is unfair and that me, and another senior, deserve to go over under class men because we have to play with people who will meet our potential. I find it unfair...

Okay so I am a cheerleader and I want to kno. Which tampon works best for being a flyer. I am lookin between playtex sport and kotex. Which one is better?? And if you have one that works even better just say. Normal flow not too heavy bu some days it is a little heavy. I am 98 pounds and I am 5' 2". Thank you!!! :)

What to do about relationship with coach that hit a downfall

I am a collegiate athlete and have been on my team for three years. I have always had a solid relationship with my coach and my teammates have commented randomly that they can tell my coach tends to have her favorites and that I'm definitely one of them. She does a good job of making everyone feel included and important to the team, but there are some people who she has gotten to know more. Over the last few weeks, however, she's been unhappy with me.

She told me in front of a couple other teammates (outside of the team context, though, so not during practice) that I look like a bitch sometimes. I think she realized she stepped the line because she clarified that I just don't tend to smile all the time. It took me aback. ...

Well ima go to a basketball camp tomorrow and I need advice on how to look pretty while I'm playing ball. Its because my boyfriend is going, I guess I'm alright at playing ball but the thing is that I turn red instead of sweating...... how do I look hot while playing? Okay so I need to practice doing extended libs, but I can't just go pull a whole bunch of people on my team to practice. I am a flyer and I née a way to simulate that I am in the air flying. How can I do this?? Also what are some good tips on...

1)•saving a stunt
2)•being really tight
3)•better flexibility
4)•stunting practice.

Cheerleading advice

Okay so I am a flyer. I do straight up extended libs... And thy are very solid. But when I go to pull something... The stunt just collapses pretty much. I don't know if my bases are scared or me? It use to not be like that but that was about 8 months ago. My hip keeps dropping throwing me off balance... And when I pull a heel stretch I heel and a scorpion I toe. Pleaseeeee give me tips on how I can be more solid and more balanced and just pull stuff easier!!! Thank you sooooo muchhh!!!! I really need your help!

Track season ended a couple of months ago and I have placed 3rd place at my first track meet and 1st place at my 2 track meet and 1st place at my last i couldnt run at the beginning when the season started because it got to lat and they couldnt get to my event, anyways I got a medal for first place at the regionals..And i beat georgia's top 30 runners and i was basically so fast i was leading the whole time, and so i google my team and me to find photos of me running or something because at every track meet photographer with his camera taking photos everywhere at the track and stuff...WHERE ARE THE PHOTOS!? i have no photos of me running or my teamates..I goto valdosta middle school.. let me know if you find my teams photos and stuff please!

Round off Toe touch

So this year in cheerleading they are going to have the girls that can do round offs turn the plain round offs into a round off toe touch!!! i can get the round off part, but if i can get some advice on how to go straight into the toe touch afterwards that would be great!!!! i CAN do them seperatly, but when it comes to putting them together i'm at total loss. Any Advice?

Gymnastics For the First Time

hihi, I am really good at gymnastics and stuff like I learned on my own, and I have my first class this Saturday, and I really wanna get fit and do warmups that will help my body become more flexible
I am sooo nervous because I have never had gymnastics in my whole life b4 O_O and i can do kart wheels, splitz and other stuff but i need to get better at them. And heres the problem, im getting cramps and im probably gonna get my period,and I HAVE to attend this class, and i do not wear tampons :P what do i do about my cramps and period for classes and how do i become more flexible quickly!? please really need help right now its urgent :D

Full down or twist cradle in cheerleading?

How do you fly a double down? I am a flyer about 90 lbs and next year try want us to have double down, or very close to it. I don't have a stunt team to practice with right now so how can I practice a double down without anyone lifting me in the air. And how do I do one? I have no idea I feel like I'll move all over the place. I know to stay tight but are there any tricks I can do that will help me stay tight or make it very easy? And how do I single down from a scorpion, heel stretch and scale? Any tricks and big tips? Thank you soooo much! I'll rate answers! :)

Running: what are some things I can do so a mile is easier to run for me?

Okay so I have to run a mile for cheerleading tryouts at the begining of august 2011. Right now I have about a 7:55 mile and I want to be able to run it and feel better at the end. I am NOT a long distance runner. I did track the last 3 years but I can't do it this year. I need things I can do that take like 5 miinuets to do everyday to improve my leg strenght and endurance. Any tips? I need somethings to help me be able to run a mile and not be so tired during or after. I don't have a lot of time after school because I have stuff to do after school till 6 then hw till like 8:30 and I can't go any where after that. Soooooo.........

Embarrassing Cheer Sneakers Question!

Hey Everyone:) I am an 18 year old female. So I've had this problem for a while now lol. I am very involved in cheering, but lately, I've had an issue with my cheer sneakers. They always end up smelling like vinegar after I've worn them a few times. It's SO embarrassing! I also get very dark stains on the insoles. It doesn't matter which shoes I wear, it keeps happening lol. Anyone else have this problem with cheer sneakers and have any advice on how to fix it? Thanks!!!

okay, so i have been asked to join the swim team... but i am veryy! self concious about what my body will look like in a bathing suit!:( im okay about everything except for my boobs and my legs! i dont want people judging me . (because i know how some people are) :/ i have until tomorrow to decide! somebody... PLEASE HELP ME! tell me everyhting i need to know and about this issue..!:)
