How do I loose weight?

Hey, Im 13/f and I weigh about 110 lbs. I want to loose weight, what is the easiest way how to do this? I dont look fat but most of my friends are my size and they weigh 85 or 90 pounds. So what is the easiest way?

Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar

My friend is a health nut and she told me she was taking vinegar for her health. Now, I thought that was weird but when I started talking to her about it she basically sounded like it was the best thing ever. She says it is good for SO many different things that I am having a hard time believing her. Does anyone here know what the benefits of apple cider vinegar are? As in proven results?

Can't stop eating

And I'm thin but I over
Eat like crazy and it's really takin a toll on my body. I just can't help it. Now that it's my period I'm eating double which is so bad . I can't stop I really can't.


How do I stop? And get on a normal diet?

I really really need to loose at least 10 lbs.

yesterday i had vegetable juice (i use a juicer and juice raw beats and carrots etc.) coffee with skim milk, salad with some tuna, and dinner was half a steak, i also had some grilled chicken and broccoli

today i had vegetable juice, a large coffee with skim milk, lunch was half a cup hoop cheese (sometimes called pot cheese- similar to cottage cheese but different) with some fruit, then mid day snack was 2 40 calorie vegetarian sauces with some avocado, then dinner was tuna salad and i had some of my mother steak. not a lot but a couple of bites.

i also walk as much as i can.

if i continue like this will i loose weight?

Smoothies and salads.

Hi everybody,

I have decided to start eating healthier and also it would be nice to lose some weight, so I bought myself a smoothie maker.
I thought it would be the best breakfast option to make smoothies, as I they fill me nicely but are v. healthy. Alongside, for both lunch and dinner (although as a university student I generally go for a lunch-dinner anyway) I would make salads with various things, mostly with minimal dressing/sauces.

Would this enable some weight loss along side walking at least 40 minutes a day, if not more? :) I am honestly too busy for proper work outs currently, but later I would like to work in a regular pattern of at-home exercises.

What do you guys think?

I'm known in my family for "Putting salt on my salt,", or having an excess amount of salt on my food. It's awful; I know. My family and I make jokes, and they've become accustomed to the way I eat my food. What I do is, I'll be eating with a fork or something in one hand, while I use my other hand's pointer finger to eat salt. Like, I'll wet it slightly with my tongue, and dip it in a large pile I keep on the side of my plate. I dip my finger in the salt on average about once or twice per bite of food. If I'm eating steak or Chinese food, it can be up to four or five. I use my finger, as well as load salt on the actual food. And I put it on everything. I even have to load up my Ramen noodles with salt.

Diet Pills

I am contemplating taking the "Green Tea Triple Fat Burner" diet pill- Of what I have read about it is more of an energy booster than an actual diet pill (you still need to diet and exercise to lose the weight). However, on the side of the box it says that it contains a chemical that someone believes causes birth defects. Does that mean if you take it while pregnant, or if anybody takes it can cause them in the future. I am only 21 so I am not planning on being pregnant anytime soon so would that be harmful? I am not planning on taking them for very long, I just need help to jump start my weight loss, I am trying to lose about 10 pounds.

Why does my mom always criticize me for occasionally eating junk food

it's like she doesn't understand why I sometimes get sugar or salt cravings. she only buys healthy food and sometimes I just really crave some junk food, like a burger, or chocolate bar, especially just before my period. but every time I get something like that I have to hide it or she always make some crude comment, like "of course you're eager to eat but not to clean your room" or whatever. who prefers cleaning their room to eating a chocolate bar? it's so annoying and she's been doing it my whole life. i dont think her philosophy of only buying healthy things even works cause all it does is make me get cravings, and i can't drive so all the food we have is at home. i eat a lot of fruits to try and satisfy the sugar craving but ...

how can i go on a diet without anyone noticing?

I'm not fat but I really want to go on a diet to lose a bit of weight around my thighs because I never gain weight in my middle section.. the thing is my mum will practically force feed me if she thinks I'm not eating enough. So what should I do!? Any advice on losing the most weight from your legs?

I'm not really skinny, I promise, its just everyday I have the same thing over and over and I will not change my routine. I think I tend to eat less because I'm a busy person, eating feels like a chore so I eat things that are really quick to eat. This is my diet:
Breakfast- 1yogurt + drink
Lunch- 1apple + water
Dinner- homecooked meal with the family

Is this a healthy diet?

I have really small feet

I have really small feet.I'm a size 5.And I barely find heels that are my shoe size.All of the heels are usually 6 and above.I get really frustrated when I don't find any heels that are my shoe size.What can I do to make heels fit my feet?Help.

its my final year in high school and for my last and final grade i have to do a research paper (max 5pages. min 3pages), and i decided to do my paper on the way other cultures have inspired american cuisine, but i cant find anything on the web along those lines. everything i find is saying that ALL of american food came from other places. what can i do to get more info on the american food? and if you know of a website could you PLEASE tell me. i have dead lines every friday untill may 20th and my first deadline is in 3 days and i have nothing to work with. eating problems

Sorry for the length. Thanks in advance for all answers.
All my life, I've always been that fat girl that always eats. 2 years ago, it got the best of me, and I started skipping breakfast and eating only a little for lunch. Then, I would eat a ton at home. It went on for a few months until I realized it wasn't doing me any good. Then last year, a started doing it again except I would completely stop eating lunch because I had honor society stuff to do. And it didn't help that I was really self conscious around my bf and two of my best friends at the time did the same as me. It was so hard to stop. No carb vegetarian diet

Hi I'm 21/f looking to go on a no/low carb diet for a week or so. Nearly all I eat is carbs. Lots of pasta and bread and sugars. Not much fruit and veg. I'm not very good at cooking and also I am a vegetarian but I don't like lentils or
Tofu etc. I will not eat any meat or fish but I will eat eggs, milk etc. I don't know where to start. I have no idea what to eat to go on this diet and google isn't helping. Can anyone give me any ideas?

Loud stomach noises for no reason

i keep getting these really weird stomach noises everyday on the same time. it usually starts when i lie down in bed at like 10pm and and it goes on for 10-20 minutes! it's so embarrassing because it also happens when it's quiet and i end up looking odd! i'm 100% sure it's not cuz i'm hungry. so what is it and what's wrong with me?! it's not painful at all it's just these really loud noises and they're embarrassing. and i really don't want to see a doctor because he may laugh at me. and what am i supposed to say anyway? 'uh, hi. my stomach makes weird noises...'

How do you stay on a diet when you crave bad food?

I'm 5'5" and 145 pounds, I want to lose 20 pounds but every time I try I cheat on my diet. I kept cheating and telling myself that Id just start my diet over the next day, but when the next day came I always ruined my diet. People around me are always eating junk and when I see it I have to have it and I over eat. If eat a small portion of something I crave then I will want it.
I've been on a diet for 3 days and I cheated, so I start over. How can I stop craving junk food?

diet to loose 20 pounds

i recently gained a ton of weight due to freshman 20 and being on vacation etc. etc.

i am normally and usually very skinny and now im 20 pounds plus and do not look or feel good.
i am dying for a diet food plan to loose these horriable 20 pounds
ANYTHING i am desperate and extremley ready and motivated!

id prefer the fastest way but i open to anything and everything.

please im a girl, an added 20 pounds is so much for my small frame to handle. i really am anxious to loose the weight!
