What are some ways I can keep my hair healthy (breakage, damaged hair .. etc) but still make it look great everydaY? I rate high! :)

hi...i really need help. i am on a dance team and they told me that i had to lose weight. this was about a year and a half ago. right when they told me that i had to lose weight to stay on the team i started getting ideas that i was too fat. and now i think im fatter than fat. so during that i year i decided to skip a meal to see if that would help but then i started to skip 2 meals and now im not eating at all. my best friend keeps saying that im anorexic but i dont want to believe it and i dont think its true. either way i am really scared because im losing weight really fast and all but i dont want to lose it this way and im scared that im going to die or something. i dont want to tell my parents so i dont scare them so what do i do......PLeASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Health insurance

My mom pays for my health insurance, so she gets all the bills and statements. I want to start birth control, but I really don't want my mom to find out. If I get a perscription for pills and fill it, how will it show up on the insurance statement? Will it show up as something general or will it say what the perscription is for? Thanks in advance.

spots and dots

Hey, I have like little red dots on my arms, thing is, they are only there some of the time. They dont itch or hurt, but its embarassing to wears short sleeve shirts when they are tehre! Does any one else have this problema nd if so what can i do to prevent and stop them once and for all!? Thank you

I have a problem...I'm 15 and I weigh 100 pounds...good right??? Yeah I know! But there's always a downside...My stomach looks like it's 6 months pregnant! It's sooo fat and I always have to suck in but it still shows! Why do you think this is...and How can I deflate it??

red dots...

alright well on my arms.. on the upper arms and lower arms i sometimes see these red dots. i dont know what they are from and why they are there. they do not hurt or bother me but they are embarassing. does any one have this problem and if so what can i do about it? thanks i rate

Im a 13-f. I've had my period for queit a while now. But the last time I got it was in the middle of February. I used to get it every single month. But all of a sudden, it just doesn't come. Anyone know why?

bad headache and dont feel good

About 2 hours ago I asked if I was going blind and I talked about my eyes and stuff. Well, I said I got a headache after that and it became worse. I layed down and I just woke up and the headache is just as bad. I still feel dizzy, and I feel like I'm going to throw up. Is this what migraines do? I took an Advil and it didnt help at all. Ugh! I feel horrible!

Ok this might sound bad, but I want everyone to think about it. I want to become anorexic, and it's not because I want to be skinny. I'm already pretty thin. The problem is my cheeks(yes face cheeks). They are chubby and not cute at all. I think not eating would make them thinner right? I'm not going to make it a big thing and not eat until I die. Once they get thin ill eat regularly again. Theres no other ways to lose weight in your cheeks right? I mean I know it sounds really dumb to do that but I'm kind of desperate here. Is it that bad? Do you think I can get really sick? Will it work if I become anorexic?

ok I have a thing in my family where I can only wear 14K gold earrings or ill get an infection..and well i really like these kinda earings ( http://www.hottopic.com/store/product.asp?LS=0&ITEM=255499 ) just i know my mom wont let me get them..bc they arent 14K n i kno she wont let me make the hole in my ear bigger..but doesnt ne one know if i can get real 14K earrings likethoughs?..i dont like wearing really girly earings i only have these cute pair..which i think my sister stole from me..n then sliver studs...my mom also said i could get those earrings if they were 14K n regular size!! plz help thx in advance!!
