I really want my nose and ears pierced. The problem is Im scared of needles. I've had my ears pierced one but I took them out because I didnt like them. I was about 10 then. And Im 15 now. Does anyone here have there nose pierced? And can you tell me how bad it hurt and the proceduce. And if you're scared of needles how you delt with it? Thanks!!

Goodwill Re-do's.

I recently bought some pants at Goodwill and I want to change them to better fit my style. I would like to put inserts into the legs, to make them wider at the bottom. I need some tips on how to sew certain fabrics. Mostly just jean.
I have done it in the past, but did not use a sewing machine, and they ended up just fraying and tearing apart. Now I have a sewing machine, but would like to hear some tips on how to keep the fabrics from fraying and ripping.
I was also wondering if anyone could help me with the seams. I usually sew a long triangle up the side of the pant leg to make them wider, but at the top end, where the triangle comes together, usually ends up in a big bunch of wrinkled fabric.

Cheetah room!

Okay well I like the whole idea with the Red, and cheetah design for my room..Someone gave me that advice..does anyone else have any advice for decorating a room with red, and cheetah things in it..I like the whole sexy look..so some good advice would def help alot..thanks =)

I have a scrapbook that I'm making for my Junior/Senior year..I'm really into decorating..but I was just wondering if anyone has any cute ideas for me to add to it..or maybe some stores where I could go to find some cute things..besides Walmart..and Joanne fabrics..are there any other places? thanks!

getting out of the house

just about every friday i go to a dance and i always have to wear something i dont like out of the house because my mom wont let me wear: camis, leather pants, short skirts, tank tops, wife beaters, eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, hoop earings, u get the picture. well i always change when i get there. its a real pain. does anyone know how i can convince my mom to let me look like im 13 not 6. thanx for ur help.

I know alot of people have asked this question..but what are some good haloween costumes? I don't want anything "hot or sexy or sluttish" nothing like that cuz I'm going with some 7th graders..something original..and I don't want to spend too much money..plus I don't have too much at home..any ideas? i have super super think hair and when every i blowdry or let my hair dry with air it goes frizzz city and i so much hair it doesnt look good and i was wonderign how do i make it go not frizzcity with out paying to much money and i cant go to the hair place everyday so ya i need some help
