I am NOT happy in my marriage

hi,i am from south africa,cape town,i am a female and i am 19 years old,almost 3years married.i have a daughter that is two years old. the last time i was happy was the day i got married.. ever since then iv been crying every night. i have always been taken for granted, i had to go through alot with my husband we were both on school that time and that made it soo much difficult. i moved into a room in his mothers house. he didnt think that he must leave school to go work for his family he just wanted his parents to do everything for him.he only thinks of himself,he doesnt do anything for us if he doesnt get anything out of it. he is the only boy and the youngest child, he is 19 years old too. he has always gotten everything right by his fam...

Dairy trouble. I fell so bad. What was I thinking?

Okay I will try to tell the story with out get you all mix up. Some time ago my older sister use to keep a dairy.I fell like I'm the big reason why she stop.And our mom and only the smill reason. Now I need a new dairy but my mom is taking her slow time getting to the doller store. I would just tell her that I need a new dairy but then she will ask to read the old one and when you say no she will give you more work for the day. And then she will go in your room to see if she can find the old dairy. Meaning you most put it in the trash. One time she got so mad at my sister for saying no that she want right up to our room(me and my sister have one room togather)and found the dairy and read it. What Is It Like To Have Parents?

Hi! I am 13 and a girl. I do have parents but they don't love each other. It's like someone put two random people who have no chemistry in a house. They no longer sleep in the same room, it's been like that for very many years now. They never say I love you, don't hug or anything like that. I always hear people talking about how they want to have a marraige just as awesome as their parent's. They also say that they love being with their parents. Well, I am with my mom a lot but my dad is almost unbearable. He doesn't know how to have fun, he ONLY talks about my math homework. He won't bring me out for some father-daughter time ever. He isn't the dad type at all. He is tall, slightly under weight, and graying hair. I don't remember the last ...

Biological Dad..

I recently found my biological Dad and turns out that he is living 20 minutes away from me. I've been working with an agency for some time and I found out that he also remarried in 1996 and I was given a phone number.
I am overwhelmed and confused, I'm not sure if I should call him...Hell, I don't even know what I would say. My biggest fear is that I don't want to cause chaos in his marriage but I really would like to find out my medical history and a bit about my biological mother. Do you think I should call and if so how do I start the conversation to make it a little less uneasy?...

My brother passed away and left me some money. My sister inlaw says I should share it since her husband helped pay for funeral expenses as did I. The estate will still pay us for those expenses- is she right or wrong?

I'm 21, why is my mom so involved?

Hey there. I'm 21/f and I have a year left of college. After this, I really want to move from my house, even if I decide to go for my masters. It is just a very overwhelming feeling to feel like you can't do anything without someone getting involved. This is the most basic example. It is really bothering me. My mom has MADE me get hair extentions... yes, MADE me. If you lived in my house or knew her, you would know that she makes people do things. The reason why is because I had some damage in my hair and she wanted me to wear them so that the damage wouldn't show as much. For 2 months, I have not TOUCHED my hair. I feel like my parents don't care

They seem ignorant when it comes to something really affecting me. Whenever I'm around cigarette or any type of smoke, strong smells like cleaning supplies, or sometimes even certain foods, I can't breathe. It literally feels like my lungs shut off and I can't get air. But when I tried to tell this to my Mom, she didn't even seem to be listening and kept talking over me (telling me to do a chore or asking me an unrelated question). I finally gave up and just walked away frustrated.
I sometimes randomly get lightheaded and stagger, but she simply says "what's up?" and doesn't respond when I tell her. She says it like its fake and I'm just playing around. But it's SERIOUS and she acts like she doesn't care.

Okay...so I know this is like a REALLY weird question...BUT! I want to start like wearing thongs...and I'm 13(yes I'm young I know) but I have no idea what to tell my mom I can't just say "Hey mom I wanna start wearing thongs let's go buy some!" not happening! I can't stand my sister at times

I fight with her everyday and I just hate the way she acts. Sometimes I get on great with her other time I just hate her and never want to speak to her again like now. She always thinks she is right in everything even when I try to say something even if it about my life she has to have her input to it. And she thinks it should go that way. She also hardly says anything nice to me and talks bad bout my friends. Also when she asks wat I think of something and it's not the same as her she goes of the head and says well it's a good thing it not u getting it. I left my facebook account open and my mom went on and read all my messages and replied to all saying I was grounded and wasn't allowed friends till I am 18, which is two years from now. I think it's unfair that she went through ALL MY STUFF. Without my permission.

How Do I Give a Pity Invite, Without It Seeming Like One?

Hello.
My cousin is going through a hard time at the moment, with his parents recently separating. He goes to school, comes home, and works in the same room until he decides to eat/sleep. He rarely goes out, which is odd because he seems to be the type that would be quite popular: good looking, good at sport, intelligent etc.
Long story short, his father made an insensitive comment the other day. My grandmother, my uncle, and my mother have asked for me to do something with him to cheer him up. This is fine, but I don't know how to ask without it sounding like a pity invite? I was thinking of just heading into the city, do abit of window shopping, grab a bite to eat, and maybe catch a movie.

I am a 30 year old female, my parents are 55 and 56, A little history first, when I was about 11 or 12 I remember my parents fighting at night one time. My father was trying to pull my mother from their bed. She wouldn't leave the bed, me and the friend I had over woke up to this and started yelling at my dad to stop....come to find out years later my mother had "fallen" for someone else. (That is all she told me).
Now, more than 15 years later, signs of her chatting sexually, texting/sexting, meeting people at random places have fallen in my lap. My neighbor saw her sitting at dunkin donuts with another man. And before this she has been confronted several times...resulting in family blow outs that don't conclude...

My dad hates me

Hi! I'm michell. My Dad hates me. Recently he has been extremely cold towards me because he thinks I'm rude to him. I wasn't rude to him. He lives my sisters more than he does me and that hurts a lot. I don't know what I could have done wrong. Or why he can't forgive me for it. My relationship with my dad has always been bad. He never liked me and I never liked him. But recently he's been like talking to my sisters an ignoring me. When we go out together he jokes around with them but when I ask him a question he replies me with a single word. I don't know what to do anymore. I thought he will always love me despite my actions. But I am not so sure anymore. He hates me. I don't care about that part but it hurts when he shows his favoritism!

So, each day i get yelled at. If its not by my mom my dad. If not my sister. Im the youngest of 3 girls. I am 13. I have a sister who is 14 and the other about to turn 17. The 17 year old is the one who makes me feel the crappiest. She said she wants me dead.. The way she said it still hurts. My 14 year old sister is the one im closest to. But we annoy each other too much to where each day i am called a b**ch. My dad is like Idk, he has a problem with everything i do. He yells at me basically all the time. I rarely conversate with him. Then comes my mom, she says im ignorant, i talk too much, just so much. I hate living at home. I hate my life, myself everything. I don't know what to do anymore.. My heart is fully sunken. So the last week my mom hasn't been home. She's been staying with her mother in the hospital. She finally came home last night for a little bit, and I ran her some hot bath water, made her coffee for her, and everything.
I get off of work at 2 I've been getting up at 6 to take my 7 year old brother to school, and than I have college at 8.
I've been exhausted, but I've been doing it for her.
Well she came home last night, and she ran and was giving my brother hugs and kisses and saying how much she's missed him;
but here I am, all excited to see her, and she pushes me to the side, literally, and goes to him. I'm thinking, 'where is my hug? why aren't you excited to see me?&q...

Well my dad and I have never been super close but he's getting older and I want to be with him more. But the only thing he talks about is math, math math math! All the time! He didn't used to. It's because I got a C in it last semester. I dread asking him for help because he spends like two hours on 5 questions. EVen if I tell him I have homework due the next day while my math isn't he still continues. I don't even ask for his help anymore because he just walks into my room and says ok where's your math homework? Even my mom groans when he comes home. They have never been close that I know of. They haven't slept in the same room for idk how long and don't hug, kiss, or say I love you. Ever. Please help me, if you can :)

I am a sixteen-year old girl and I really hate my family. I usually have good days at school, but once I hit the steps of my home, all my happiness washes away. What's the problem exactly? Well, a lot of things, but mostly my mother. Let's start with her.
