ive been trying to lose about 10 pounds for the past couple months. i eat regularly and everything. sometimes when i have a craving for something fattening i eat it then make myself throw up. (then i win both ways. i get it, and i dont lose weight) i dont make myself throw up all my food, just the fattening food right after i eat it. is this dangerous or bad for my health?

I try to eat healthy, not like extremely low-cal or anything, cause I'm not trying to make myself skinny, but I just want to look like a normal, healthy person. Lately I have been eating a LOT at dinner time. I can't help it, I never feel full. I try to take my time when I eat, since it takes awhile for you to realize you are full, but I still am hungry. I eat a large breakfast ( about 500-600 cal) and about the same at lunch. I eat a snack when I come home from school, and I drink enough water. I have not gained any weight yet, but it's possible I could, the way I've been eating. I eat like two dinners every night now, sometimes like 1000 cal. What could be my problem, why am I getting so hungry now? How can I turn it around, or should I?

Ok so a lot of people tell me i am too thin. I've done those online calculators and they say i am, but you can't really trust those things because they don't take in to consideration a lot of important factors, you know. im 5'6 100 lbs. A lot of people think i'm too skinny and others even go around saying i'm anorexic, which i'm not. I don't care that people say that, but i'm wondering if i'm underweight. Is that too skinny?

i work in a candy store & i cannot stop eating the candy! i am trying to loose a little weight & in the morning/during school i tell myself i won't eat any but i wind up getting carried away & eating a ton of candy at work! it's hard because i see the other girls i work with eating it too & even when they are not there i am just as tempted! i even try to have a healthy snack befor i go so i am not as hungry, but i wind up eating just as much once i am there! what can i do to stop this? are there any tricks to give me more will power?

Ok so i use to be plus size and i have lost weight over the years and now i have slimed down a lot over the years. When i was plus size i did eat a lot but i stayed full for a mad long time. Now since ever i lost weight i eat all the time im like full for a little bit and hunry like 10 15 min later.. i dont think thats really normal and the thing is that im not gaining weight, and people even say i eat a lot for my size but i cant help it im just always hungry.. i am and active person and my mom was saying how i have ADHD so do i just burn off all of the food and it doesnt stay with me so im hungry again?? or does it have something to do with my Motabolism, its just weird because it started ever since i got thin
so can you all please give me ideas on why im like that

i am 13/f and i have nevr lost weight. i am 5 feet and 140 pounds, im not FAt just overweight a bit and im not ugly but i want to lose weight and nothing works. my doctor is making me get bloodwork cuz there mite be something wrong. any advice at all?

So today i was at play practice and i tried to throw up after i ate like 3 or 4 times but i couldnt do it. But after i tried my stomach just hurt like no other. I dont want to do it but i cant help it. I feel like its the only thing i can control

I'm 14 years old. I weigh 125 pounds, I'm 5'6". I run about 20 miles every week, I march in a high school band, and I play lacrosse, so I'm pretty active. So my question is how much do I need to eat? I don't want to lose or gain any weight, I just want to maintain my healthy self. I recently lost about 10 pounds, so I'm not really sure how to stop, but not gain it back. Thanks

My name is Alex and im a 16year old female. i weigh 130 pounds and stll have my baby fat on my stomach.
Every since grade school i have been called fat by my peers and even my parents have called me fat and told me i needed to lose weight. Even though i know eating disorders are bad they haunt my mind. I think about not eating everyday .. i try and throw up my found after i eat but never do instead i break down and cry. Even if i think about not eating and throwing up does that mean i have eating disorder and if so how can i stop.

ive had this homeade stuff before.. its dip for like apples and just pretty much other fruit.. but all i know is it has cream cheese and marshmallow cream in it. does anyone know what im talkin about and if so can you give me a recipe/link?

Ok put it this way.
I eat way to much, im not even kidding.
I dont eat anything bad though , i eat all healthy foods but i just eat to much of it!
Like for example fruit.
I could sit there and eat it for like 30 minutes without stopping.
Or like cereal, i dont just eat one bowl. I eat like 3
I exercise all the time, but maybe im just bored?
i dont know! i need help!

okay im an athlete, but i haven't exercised in a long time because i have a chronic ankle sprain. i weighed myself today and i lost about 8-10 lbs. im guessing im losing muscle, but does that muscle turn to fat?? or does it just get smaller. any ideas or things i can do??
