Popping joints

I occasionally pop joints in my arms fingers, toes, neck, back, etc. Does this cause arthritis? I have a mild understanding of anatomy and physiology, and I know the popping sound is caused by the gaps inbetween joints, and that if you do it enough you can wear it down to the bone, but how long does something like that take. And if it does damage your joints, why do chiropractors do it?

i am addicted to cutting my wrists and i know its bad but i just cant stop what should i do? im not going to go to a doctors because they just dont understand and i didnt tell my parents because they would think i was crazy

Hearing

When I was younger I a serious ear infection that was so bad to the point I was unable to hear people's voices. My mom realized something was wrong with i didn't start to develope my speaking skills. As i grew up I {knowing nothing of my hearing problem of when i was younger}I felt as I didn't belong how I didn't know until a several months ago and now I feel that I should be "Deaf" Instead of "Hearing" I just don't seem to belong in the "hearing world" that I should be in the "deaf world". In class i started reading peoples lips for no reason at all but like it so if I ever miss something I can catch it. I wish all the time that i was deaf. Does this mean i have a sick mind? Am I using a deafness as ...

carpal tunnel syndrome

In 1975, had carpal tunnel surgery (L) in March and (R) in July.
Last year, a M R I showed My C-2 slipped (surgery 6/4/03)and deteriating disks of C-3, C-4, C-5, and C-6 (surgery 6/10/03 removing and replacing disks). All were "pinching" nerves to both hands, causing pain, numbness, and tingling. Neither 2003 surgery has removed the symtoms, which I have 24/7, which seems to be getting worse of late. Age = 66 yr.
Did carpal tunnel come back, as suggested by family doctor and neurosurgin? My whole hands seem to be numb and the pain seems to come from inside of wrist, going up my arms.
Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There's a group of girls at my school who have been cutting themselves. I talked to my counseler and he said that it was the right thing to tell him, and he would have me remain anonomys. One of the girls and she found out from my counseler. She got mad at me, and she said that I should mind my own buisness. Was she right, or was that the right thing to do?!? Please help!!!!!!!!!

My Poor Toe

I was at a friends house and I was playing on her brothers skateboard. Stupidly I was wearing sandals and I fell. I hurt my toe and it looks fine but it hurts when I walk and it looks a bit swollen. I'm not sure if I broke it, fractured it, or just stubbed it really bad but I would appreciate any suggestions that would make the healing process faster!

My pierced nipples

I have had my nipples pierced for about five months and I sometimes have pimple like puss come out. Is it infected? what can I do? It doesnt hurt or anyhting it kind of looks like there is a pimple next to my nipple.

I don't think there is a section for puberty, but there should be.
Anyhow, I have a hurty pimple thing in my NOSE. Gross, yes. Hurty, yes. It's like pea-sized and it hurts alot. It's right on the opening of my nostril. At first I thought it was a tumor but thats very unlikely. I went to pop it and only a little bit of zitty stuff came out, even though it's huge. (Ewwy...)
Any remedies or comments?

I`m currently on workers comp. I have injury my shoulder & the ortho doctor gave me a rating of lost of 17 per cent-my question is:Based on money how much is that worth? for me to get at the end of my case?
other questions, If I close my workers comp case the money of the settle will be giving to me by payments or all at once?
Lest said that I close my case all at once and in the future I re-injure my shoulder or get different complications because of my preview injury can I re-open the case?
please somebody there help me I will apreciate any advice maybe someone have had a related experience relate to legal matters thanks.

Menstrual Acne/DUB

First of all let me congratulate you on this wonderful online service you are offering people like me. I thank you for giving of your knowledge so freely.
About 1 year ago I suffrered with (D.U.B.) dysfunctional uterine bleeding . My doctor recommended "Climen" for 4 mths and it did indeed work well for 4 mths. My irregular period returned 2 mths ago . It`s now 5 days late . In addition to this I have been experiencing for 2 mths now - menstrual acne. As soon as my menstrual cycle has ended , my skin clears up. This is very annoying though because when teh acne starts , it`s bad.
My question is , do you think that I should start the "climen" again? and will this medicine take care of my acne problem as well...

Not sure if it goes under "injuries"...but whatever...it just hurts.
Today when i woke up, my chin just had some kind of pain i never felt before. it feels as if a "bump" grew or something. whenever i touch it, my chin hurts.
i might not be able to go to the doctors...my parents don't have the money. And Because of that, I don't have money.
It might be those random things...sometimes my knee hurts, and it stop in a few minutes...
kind of like...when you leg gets numb...only with a pain.
help?
