what do i tell to adoctor who wants to look down there? even females make me feel self consious. I will not let them touch me or look me down there or take my shirt off. Please help me i want to tell them not to but how. Is there any other way that they can see if im healthy! Im scared out of my mind.
Im sooooooooo scared that i feel dizzy. I cant go through this. I will rate really high to any 1!!

voice cracking

hey or the past couple days my voice has kind of been like cracking, but i am a girl. and my throat doesnt really hurt or anything, and i havent been screaming or shrieking a whole lot. any ideas what it is? or is it just normal? thanks!

Alright, I've been bulimic for like 8 months...throwin up about 3 times a week...how long do i have to not throw up to not be considered bulimic?

Sinuses

I just resent went for a CT-Scan test on my sinuses and im awaiting my results. I'm so nerious , I'm thinking the worst, tumors, cancer and surgery!! I went to the dr's last fri and her checked me and her said I had no infection??? Should I really get myself sick over this??? I have had such congestion in my nose nothing releases and my ears congested also?? every medication i was given I was nervious to take!! I had the test done 7/5/05 im sure if there was anything very serious im sure the dr 's office would of contacted me??? Right??? I spoke to there office this morning and I have to get the films at the hospital on Friday, I'm hoping I get the results by then???

i've had my period for over two years. the last two times i've had it its been really really light. like i don't have to change my pad at all during the day and by the third day its barely there. is this normal?

Nose Piercing

I'm thinking about having my nose peirced this week. I've done alot of reseach about this and I'm not too worried about the pain or needles or anything.
I just want to get some basic facts before I go through with it, if anybody whos had it done or see it done could give me the low done on what happens and if it bleeds much... ect.
And how long should I keep the stud in before I change it? I've heard all different times, like between 6 - 12 weeks!
And finally, cleaning, what's best to use, and if I catch a cold during the healing process how should I deal with this?
Any help muchly appreciated :)

Tampon Questions for you Girls

Ok, I want to try tampons and me period should come in the next couple days, but my mom doesnt use them either... so, I have a few questions:
1. How do I tell me mom that i want to use tampons?
2. What is the best brand out there and the most comfortable?
3. Even though its the first time, should I still use the lowest Absorbancy, because me period is really heavy?!
4. When did you start using them and do you ifnd them more comfortable than pads?
5. Does it hurt when you use them the first time? Ive gotten fingered before so would that make a difference?

I`m a 12 year old girl and I`m obessed with what I look like. I mean it`s not high matencine (i can spell lol) or anything like that. It`s just I can`t friggin stand myself!!! I always compare myself to others, I exercise constantly, and I feel like I`m always saying "Ohh you`re too effin` fat" or "God why the heck can`t you be skinny??!" I`m a size 0 but it`s like I cant accecpt that... I use to be anorexic (once again i can*t spell) and I use to cut myself. I don`t know what to do...is there something wrong with me? Please help me!!! <33 much love

A diet than can work for a 13 year old that can cook,(not too many ingredients though) and can help me lose 10-20 pounds in a month or two. I want to get slim before school starts! My dance class ended and my mom signed me up for basket ball, and I ride my bicycle but the numbers arent going down the scale. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but cant muscle lose weight too?
Anyway, can anyone write a good diet that has been working for them? =3

My hair is dry && damaged. How do I get it to have that soft sorta oily coating on it to make it smooth. I've tried Treseme, Garnier, Herbal Essance, and Pantene and I still have hair that feels like straw!!

i was in my friends pool all day today and after a while, it hurt when i wiped my eyes so i stayed in for like a half hour longer and went home. now my whole face is red and hurts really bad. how can i treat this right now and without having to go to the store because i have no one to drive me there

period, very irregular

I've had my period for two years now. It's verrrrry irregular. It will skip months and come anytime during the month. I've gone 3 months with out my period. I never know when it's going to show up. I've heard that sometimes if you're skinny that might have something to do with it. I'm like 5'6 and i weigh 105 pounds. Do you think it has anything to do with it? What do you think i should do? Thanks.

ok well yes. i know, its a girl question, but im not sure about it. I have a had my period for about 9 months, but this month it hasnt came it was due on the 21st, but it still isnt here, i have never ever had sex. and i dont know what to do! please please tell me its goin to be okay...i dont need to be pregnet at 14...

ok tonight i had like 4 or 5 beers..for me it was enough to definately get me tipsy..i feel sober now but can i still get a hangover in the morning? any thing i can do or take tonight to prevent a hangover?
