Hey! Im Roman Catholic...and over half of my friends are Mormon. Just wondering to Mormon people:
1.) Do you believe Mary was a virgin?
2.) Do you think the cross is a bad sign?
3.) Why can't you go out until you are 16?
4.) Why can't you have caffiene(sp?)?
5.) Why can't you do as much things of Sunday just because of church?

My friend and her version of witches

I'm really confused, and surprised. I talked to my friend today, and we were talking about how I'm interested in Witchcraft, and then she said "Are you telling me you're a witch?"and I got kinda uncomfortable and Was like,"not really"cause I'm interested in it but I'm not one..yet. And then I asked what she thinks a witch is, and she rattled off all the storytale things, and I was really surprised. I'm trying to explain to her what modern "white"witches are, but I'm doing the best I can, but I dont know if thats good enough, I cnt eactly tell her to go look it up online.

Atheism makes more sense than any religion. There are thousands of creation myths out there, and practically none of them agree with any of the others... which presents one with a real dilemma when it comes to which religion to believe in. Then, science can explain how nearly everything works and has worked since about the first billionth of a second of the universe's existance (as well as giving near-irrefutable efidence that creationism as presented by christianity is bunk). It's not hard to decide that there is no god and that things which we don't know, like "What happened before?" and "What is magnetism?" will be explained eventually.

CHanging religions

I really want to change my religion, I am a Roman Catholic I just don't believe in their thoughs and such. I am not sure what I want to be. Does any oen have any past experience? Is it like a legal thing if you want to change religions; like you have to get papers? Any help or comments or info about other religions would be greatly appreiciated!

I give advice on this site, and yes, I'm also a Wiccan, almost on the verge of being an atheist and lately there has been someone harrassing me about my faith, she has left 2 messages so far in my inbox, about God, and I've given her actual proof about why I don't beleive in God like that. What I wanted to know is, have I been the only one getting messages like that? Thanks.

im an atheist,and im considering Christianity,because someone really made me realize,that there has 2 be a God.She gave me so much proof, but i'm still not sure if i'm ready because i've been an athiest for about 2 or 3 years.what should i do?

Why are ppl obsessed with being wiccan or athiest? i myself am a Christian,and i don't understand why people take those lies so seriously.Ok,wicca is doing spells and letting evil spirits cum in you..wow that sound soo fun!!(geez o pete)and athiests have absoloutly no proof that there is no God.i mean, ino u guys will thik that im being prejuduce just because its not my religion,but how can people say that and believe it?I just wish people knew about my God like i do....

I am jewish, people tell me all the time that in their religion there is a trinity of some sort. My question is how can Jesus, The Holy Ghost, and _________ make up G-d? I dont know the third one either.

My friend doesn't go to church and she doesn't understand why I'm religious. I want her to understand why it is so important. (I'm a Christian.) I really want to get her to come to my church. I'm not sure what I should do. I don't want her to go to Hell because I love her like a sister.

Okay! Im a Catholic. And I have no problem with it. Well, I know that you arnt supposed to cuss and say mean things, exs- raciest things and gossip ect. Well I have an African American Boyfriend- Im White. Anyways these kids on the bus are so mean to me. Like they know that my boyfriend is Black. And like the other day this one kid says "My brother had this dream and he was telling it to my mom. and his mom was like ' well Martin Luther King had a dream and he got shot' " and i was like you guys know that I dont like racist jokes. Losing My Faith In Man...

First, let me preface this by saying that this is going to a bit long and that I'm not highly religious. I always believed that if you lived your life morally and right, God or the cosmos or what have you, would reward you in a way. You would be able to affect people's lives by the way that you live.
So I've lived my life well- I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, engage in pre-marital sex, am always kind, and work hard helping others, however, I'm losing my faith that its all meaningful. It seems to me that people in general are becoming too superficial. There is no more great search for knowledge and truth and TRUE beuty. okay i believe in god but i guess i doubt it somtimes, i get scared of "what if there isnt one" and is there a heaven :/ i think i should go to church to build up more faith but then again i dont get how that could actually help... I really get upset over this, any suggestions? <3
