Hi I'm a figure skater and I want to get a hold of a skill sheet. Like it tells you the level and what you're suppose to learn in that level..i can't seem to find one anywhere online. Please help me! Thanks.

this is gonna be lengthy. i'm a sophomore and i made varsity field hockey this year along with another sophomore. she played mid and i play forward. when she played mid we were pretty evenly talented. then one day coach moved her to forward and thats where my year went down the toliet. she played 50 minutes/60 and i was lucky to even get in the game for 2 minutes and mainly just played JV. i was stressed the whole season about this and the whole situation. so now the seasons over so my stress is gone until i have to start thinking about next season. oh wait. thats now because coach recommended us for a special winter league and shes so excited to do it and i was to but i dont know if i can becuase i have winter track. if she does it and i d...

tomorrow i am trying out for my favorite sport TRACK & FIELD!
i am in 7th grade so i have to try out for J.V.
for the try outs i have to run 6 laps around the track under 12 minutes [plus some other things but thats the hardest]. this is going to kill me! im not good at distance running. i do sprints. what if i dont make it? i live for track! is there any way i can get faster? i trying out with one of my best friends. we are the only ones trying out tomorrow becasue everyone else already did. i'm so nervous.
what can i do today till tomorrow at 3:30 to make me do better?
what are some tips for when im running?
anything you want to tell me!

ok! Well this summer I was on a very intence swim team, and volleyball team! I weighd about 84 pounds! Then after summer when volleyball and swim team stopped, i started to eat more and i just stopped exercising what so ever! And i dont have gym in school! Now i weight about 112 pounds! I really want my body shape back i've tried to hold back my eating but i cant! Please help me what should i do?

ok so here is the down load.. i've only been riding for about 5 years, my cousin darcy milne is a good rider well her trainer shelly karon olmpice rider says she could go and be a pro. but anyways i kinda feel like i wanna jump higher but i also want my own horse but i know that wont happens.

OK,
So next year I'll be trying out for High School and I play all positon's including goalie. And to be on the High School team and to go farther in life playing soccer I really need to find a position and work on it really hard. I just can't choose. Foward I love but I don't really have good endurance but I have speed and a hard kick. Midfield I'll always be moving and usually touching the ball but once again i don't really have the endurance for it. Defence I love too there's nothing really anything bad I can say about that. Then goalie I love to be goalie espically when I save the ball and everyone cheers (lol duh) but then i hate it because feel like I let my whole team down. I'm 14 and I'm a goalie and I was wonder what are some thing I can do to become better? Also, how can I have a stronger kick and punt. Also, i'll be going out for High School next year and i was wonder what are some things i should do and "train" for? Thanks any tip on soccer will help!

okay well can anyone give me some dance tips...i kinda suck at dancing like al lmy friends can do this thing where youre arms are in front of you and you shake rly fast and you shake your butt but i cant do it! can anyone tell me how or how to do other dance moves? ill rate 5's unless its mean!

well, i wasnt sure wat to put this category under but w/e. it kind of does have to do with sports. the thing is, that my friends row. my best friend and these two guys i noe go to rowing. and i go to an all girls school so its really fun for me to do those things after school because i get to hang out with people i know outside of school on more days other than the weekend. but the thing is, that i also do ballet. i do ballet for two hours a day on monday's and wednesday's. but, people think thats like weak kind of. u noe, they think that because i dont do sports like the ones their doing, that im not really strong. but, for ballet, u have to be really strong. its not easy. you have to have a lot of strength, especially in your legs and in ...

ok we have b-ball tyr outs on the 14 the problem is that we have to have atleats a 3.00 to play.i used to have that but now it went lower. my problem is that when it comes to math test i suck at them. i get fustrated and in the end i get an F. i am places in a class with people that really dont give a fuck if they pass.. except this isnt a retake class. i dont know what to do. i mean i get the stuff we do but when it gets down to it i get an F on test.. can someone help me out. soemthin that i always do is study and i still cant seem to pass the test. i have the 4th highest grade in the class. (right now it is a C)

Volleyball is the one sport I love with a passion. I connect with it so well and I've played it for 5 years. This year, alot of conflicts came up that make me miss many practices, games, and tournaments. So, I talked to my coach about becoming team manager and helping out in practices and keeping score for the team during some games. Things like that. But, last year I sat out at every game because I was a freshman, and this year would be my time to play in games. It's hard for me, but I'm deciding to go with the team manager or actually try out and have the concequence of my coach really getting mad at me for missing so many pracitces... which one sounds better?

Yesterday we had basketball tryouts at our school and as a sophmore i made jv again and 5 of my friends moved up to varsity. Mainly because one of the varsity didnt want me to make the team..soo she tried to do nething in her power to make me look bad. I am torn up about this..my heart feels like its in my throat. That was my goal this year.and i failed at it. I feel like theres no positives. Do you think there is ne positives about this?

I really want to play softball. I want to get in shape because I think try-outs are very soon. What can I do to prepare? What should I take? What should I wear, I know that I should wear nothing to tight but something kind of neatly loose, right? SOmeone please help me. Thank You in advance.
